The Glendale Maaco team was great! Bryan was very patient and answered all my questions. He made sure everything I needed to know and was awesome to work with. The manager Ursula was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. When I seen my painted truck I was amazed and extremely happy and impressed with the job that was done on it! It was an excellent job and I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you guys for the great work. I know where to come to get any of my vehicles painted and/or any dents pulled.

I recently had my 1983 BMW 633CSi paint here at Maaco and I am super satisfied with how it turned out. The paint was sun damaged and faded all around the car so seeing it all one color is great. I pointed out a couple of areas that needed body work and they took care of them perfectly! I can't even tell there was a dent now. Jay was a very big help and listened to all my concerns and assured me that I would be very happy with the final result, and she was right!

Super stoked that I took my car in for a full paint job at this location. The customer service was amazing and the final results were awesome too. As soon as I walked in they explained all the options perfectly and weren t trying to up-sale me to the most expensive package. They asked me specific questions and presented me with a package that was most suitable for me. Loved how honest they were. I personally worked with Jay. She had great knowledge and has an awesome personality. It s didn t feel like a transaction. She made it a fun interaction.Ursula was the manager on duty, she was awesome too. As soon i dropped my car off and walked in, she greeted with a huge smile. I felt so welcome there. I felt like they actually cared and were passionate about helping. I m so happy!!Overall experience was an 11/10. Thanks again macco of Glendale, you all rock!

I first came in unsure of painting my car I was even afraid of getting the job done, however, after pulling the trigger and having these guys paint it, I am truly amazed at how it came out, very happy. Ursula and Bryan are very amazing people. I totally recommend you bringing your car to them. I am definitely bringing my truck next.

I recently had my Toyota Tacoma fully repainted at Maaco, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I chose the 2 stage paint with 5 year warranty and also a spray on bed liner which came out beautiful. Thanks to the meticulous work done by Ursula, the manager, my truck looks brand new. Ursula went above and beyond, ensuring I was satisfied at every step. Her responsiveness and regular updates made the process smooth. I'm so pleased with the outcome that I've already scheduled my Prius for a paint job next month. Highly recommend Maaco and Ursula for their exceptional service.

Got exactly what I needed.To be honest, I was actually skeptical as I saw some negative reviews from other branches, however it turned out that their quality was beyond my expectation, even though I chose their very basic option.I just needed a simple basic full paint job at affordable price. Color turned out to be perfect and smooth. Front, back and all windows were also cleaned throughly.Shout out to Jay, who made everything easy and fast. Very kind and professional.Thank you!

This location of Maaco was an absolute 11/10 dream experience! I came in quite stressed and worried about having my car sanded, repainted and cosmetically repaired while on such a tight budget and tight timeline! I was going out of town to visit family for the week, and aiming to have the job completed by the time I got back. The manager, Cindy, and the entire rest of the Glendale Maaco crew, were beyond accommodating, patient and gentle with me throughout the entire process!!! Patience was needed as the budget I was on was quite minimal and the parts we sourced (to fit the budget) took quite a bit of time to arrive and they did me a solid by keeping it there until they did! They worked with me every step of the way from price matching/discounting/cutting costs wherever they could to doing an absolutely stellar job repairing once the parts got there! I will absolutely be coming back for any further cosmetic or mechanical work necessary in the future! PS - give Cindy a raise and manager of the year award!!! I want to single out Ursula at the Glendale, CA MAACO shop for her amazing service when I had my car painted. She was there for every step, answered every question and clearly knows their process inside and out. I was hoping to just fix the oxidized paint on certain panels, trying to save money. But when it turned out to be more cost-efficient to repaint the whole car, she worked out a way for me to choose a new color for the same price with the options I d chosen. What started out as just maintenance became fun and a chance to undo a small regret: I d bought my car because it was a good deal, but had always wished I d kept looking for a cheery orange car (not everyone s cup of tea, but my favorite, signature color.) I had assumed repainting was out of my budget, but thanks to Ursula and MAACO, my good-deal car is now a unique, tangerine-colored ride for an affordable price. They even gave me a deal on other spruce-up services like headlight cleaning. So I say trust your car to this shop they ll take care of you. Service: Painting

Excellent service both times I ve been here! Two years ago, I took my Oldsmobile Alero to get repainted, and they did a great job. Recently, I noticed some of the paint was peeling off of the roof. I took it in today to get an estimate, as it was under warranty. Ursula helped me out with a plan to get it repaired & to match the paint, since only a section needed repaired this time. ( I m picky about my car, as I ve had it for 20 years ; and feel I m in very good hands here !)Thanks Maaco for keeping my Oldsmobile looking good!

Do NOT take your car in to @maaco for a paint job. The quality of work is 0/5 stars, and they can care less about customer satisfaction nor quality of work! #maaco #paintjobTheir customer service people were extremely friendly and helpful right up until I began pointing out the flaws. They tried guilt-tripping me into thinking I should be satisfied with the work because they messed up and painted the door jams which were not originally on the work order.Besides that point, they tried explaining that it wasn't a "custom paint" job in order to justify painting parts of the vehicle that should not be painted as well as missing parts that should be. I had to replace and reinstall the seal myself because they did it wrong for the doors, hatchback, and windshield.

I had been here before and the car paint on my Toyota Celica many years ago smoothen the dents and painting turn out well. Recently had a minor mishap on my Jeep Cherokee which resulted on a dent on front left side of the bumper. Brian is very courteous, welcoming and friendly. Very patient and did not rush us. Provided us different money saving options with an estimate and consider in painting the whole car. They accept insurances and claims. I would strongly recomend to go to this particular branch for your auto body work and painting job needs.

Edit: it s been a couple of months since I got the paint job here, and the car looks dull/flat/is no longer glossy. 3 different pros have explained my car has what is called an orange peel effect. It happens when the body shop skips the final (and crucial) step of wet sanding.Additionally, the windshield spray nozzles were painted shut. There is a little over spray in some unimportant places. And there are some little dings on the door that weren t visible before the paint job but are super visible now.What I m hearing a lot is that Maaco is not great at painting cars. These problems I have are normal for Maaco. People even laugh and roll their eyes when I say I went to Maaco. While the price may have been a little better than elsewhere, I wish I had spent more on a quality paint job.That said the people who work in front of house at this location were super friendly, so I hate leaving this bad review.

I have a 2005 Toyota Avalon that still runs great and probably has another 150,000 miles in her if not more. Unfortunately, the once beautiful silver finish was starting to look dull and oxidized. Then I scraped a high curb and dinged the right front bumper. That was the last straw. I wasn't ready to sell and I wanted to feel good about driving the car I was once so proud of. I had heard a lot of positive things about Maaco so I went for an estimate. The price I was quoted was so affordable I wondered if their service would live up to the hype. The young man who did the estimate, Victor Rodriguez, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable - a real credit to the company. His professional demeanor convinced me to take a chance. That was last Friday, 10/10. Today, 10/20, I picked up my car. I was blown away by the quality of Maaco's work. And, I still marvel at the price I paid. If you have a car like mine - still running like a classic but looking too old before its time - I cannot recommend Maaco highly enough.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, Body & Trim

A few years ago, my brother had his car completely repainted, including a clear coat finish.Recently, I noticed the clear coat was peeling really bad on the hood and on the roof of the car. (If you peeled it, it was as if you were peeling sunburned skin.)On April 4, 2023, I took his car in to the Glendale, CA location where the work was preformed. I was told it was 5 years to the day that the paint job was done.I was given a quote, and made an appointment for those 2 places to be repaired, the hood and roof of the car.On the day of pick up, I looked at the car, and it looks beautiful.� I did ask the guy, "What happened here? Why wasn't this taken care of, it looks like this is going to have the same problem. Why couldn't this get done?" I was told, "It isn't part of your order, just the roof and the hood."I took pictures before I left the location. I was sad that they couldn't do that part of the car.I leave. I drove out to Azusa Costco to get gas. All along the way, I was thinking about the car, and the part that was left undone. I think about it, and looked at the pictures again while I was filling up the car.� I walked all around the car, checked EVERYWHERE where they "protected" the car from over spray, etc.� I was FURIOUS! All along the trunk line and above the 4 doors there was clear coat starting to peel. The car was NOT like that when I first took it in on April 4, for the inspection.� I was MAD.� I immediately called the Store and said, "I'm coming back out, because this wasn't done right, the paint was not like this when I dropped it off. I'm coming back." The man said, "We have before pictures..."� Yup. I was heading back out to Glendale.I get there, the man that helped me by taking my money, came out to help me.� He was helping another customer. Because there was another customer there, I didn't want to make a scene.I showed the guy the car. I showed him how the clear coat above all the doors, and trunk were in a straight line.� There is NO WAY that the clear coat was going to be eroded as a straight line.� It is the TAPE that was used to tape off things."Um, I'm sorry ma'am. Management won't cover that. Your order was just for the roof and the hood."� "BUT IT IS YOUR TAPE THAT WAS USED THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM!!!!"� �As I left, I shouted out to the customer, "Don't go here, go to Earl Schieb, it's Arco the street!"� He probably didn't hear me, but believe you me....� I made this known!Never ever will i recommend Maaco. I will OnLy go back to get the problem resolved.Service: Painting

I went To get an Estimate From a Young Lady by the name of JAY RIDGEWAY at Maaco in Glendale, Ca Location and I have to say SHE WAS AMAZING very friendly EXTREMELY approachable, Outgoing, Down to Earth and None Pushy. She is the EPITOME of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My Car came out like she Described its Shinny Like a brand new CAR and the paint job AMAZING. But have to say the Manager Ursula extremely rude and a disgusting human being. How dare she yell at Jay in front of clients and myself especially for something she dint do. Ursula needs to learn Real Customer Service from Jay. An Ursula needs to be Demoted.

I was happily surprised with the results. I was told by many to not use them, but I couldn't ignore their competitive pricing. The total change of color and re-painting of my entire car turn out well! Ursula was receptive, efficient, customer service oriented and totally knew he stuff. FYI, I will recommend MAACO. Thank you to all your Maaco staff!

Took my 2005 Toyota Camry in for some much needed assistance. Luis, Arturo and Shasha were very nice, professional and efficient. Felt like old friends instantly.They did exactly what I needed and were finished 5 days ahead of schedule. Paint job was better than I had hoped AWESOME. Cost was incredibly inexpensive.
