Such a great experience buying our new car. We found the car online and called the dealership. Zach Rogers assisted us with everything we needed to know. We loved the deal they were offering and drove two hours same day. Arrived and was greeted by Zach, he walked us through A-Z with the new 2024 IS350. Signed all the paperwork, handed over the check and we were out.

Most people would agree that buying/leasing a car is not a fun event and would rank the same (for me)as going for a dental root canal! But working w this Lexus dealership was easier than I expected. We were met by Victor (sorry, I don't know his last name), and he was a good salesman trying his best to "sell." He didn't need to do too much persuasion as my heart was already set on the NX350H in fiery red. The whole process was friendly, but it took longer than expected; we were there for 5 hours(?). Other than that, I'm hoping future maintenance appointments will be smooth and painless. New baby picture attached! I'm expecting to drive this car for the next 10 years, God willing!

I had a very good experience at Lexus of Glendale. As I was at another dealership and was disappointed by their inventory, I noticed more cars at Glendale and noted interest online. Denice Avila began contacting me and I met her immediately for a short meeting. I got wonderful vibes and felt very comfortable with her. I was hesitant over the next few days and she worked with me and was patient with me to get me into the car of my dreams. I am so grateful for her not giving up on wanting my business. I didn t get in there til essentially closing time and we were also there quite late (11 pm) to make the sale. her attitude was delightful the whole time and I am appreciative to everyone for staying late to assist me. She has also followed up after my purchase over the next couple days to make sure everything wad going alright and to make sure I was contacted by finance when I needed them. On a separate note, lovely dealership with a great chai latte to top it off

Very nice people. Very helpful and friendly. NOT!!!! They made us feel like we didn't fit in. Low balled our trade in offer. Thankfully we had issues and didn't make a deal. We had a better experience somewhere else.

Got a CPO a few months back. I love the car that that I purchased but the dealer does not care after they got your money. I had refunded of a warranty. It is clearly mentioned that I can get a refund from it, but Kevin the financial advisor made it difficult and was not nice but hanging up the phone call immediately.

I brought my vehicle in here and they broke 2 bolts under my vehicle and tried to charge me $350 to fix it. They also knew about a leak I had in the sunroof and left it on the roof to let the inside get drenched over a rainy weekend. As I left the dealership the airbags of my suspension blew 2 miles down the road... I brought it right back demanding an explanation but they didn't offer me anything but I could spend more than a thousand to remedy the issues. I paid them to leave my car in worse state than it was before. Easy to say I'm never coming back. What a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and research to find a trustworthy shop near you. Avoid dealerships unless it's still under warranty.

I traveled from Bay Area to the dealership to pickup my dream Lexus RX350h. Prior to my arrival, I had already negotiated the price, which is significant less than local dealership. The entire process took less than 90 minutes. The sales helped a lot during the process. However, I hope they would provide a full tank of gasoline and expedite the pickup process.

Lexus of Glendale carried enough inventory with reasonable prices.Sales rep, Hellen, was so nice and well follow up.Service department was professionally followed up.However the dealer s loaner car was lower level than my car.If the equivalent or higher level of car was provided, I could have experienced and might have considered for the future purchase.But, overall good.

We had a great experience at Lexus of Glendale! My husband and I drove all the way from south Orange County to Glendale on a Monday night, we did not arrive until after 7 and the dealership closed at 8. However, Helen our sales rep, still gave us the full experience. She was amazing she went above and beyond, and although it was well past closing by the time we sat down to do paperwork, the whole team stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Helen even stayed beyond that go over how all the functionalities of our new car worked, make sure our gas tank was full, and was just so incredibly kind and sweet! We are very thankful we got to work with her. The dealership is also very beautiful, and with all these things combined, it was just a great experience. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle here!

Took my es300h in for an oil change and it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. Taylor greeted me right away and was very friendly and informative. Didn t disappoint at all and got me in and out without any trouble and most efficiently keeping me up to date. They have an excellent lobby with massage chairs that made me almost not want to leave. I will be taking it to them from now on and always going back to Taylor! Great job man! Thank you!

I went in yesterday to get a key Fob. Erik was phenomenal! He made sure I had everything I needed while I waited. I was even able to finish my remote work from the dealership thanks to their computer stations when my car was ready Erik went over all the services I would need in the future and which ones I would need sooner. We've been coming here for years to service our RX 350. They lost our business and brand loyalty today. They gave us a loaner for a few hours while our car got worked on - we drove it for a total of 5 miles. They tried to hold us responsible for a dent/crack in the windshield that they insisted happened on our watch. Wanted us to pay for a windshield replacement! I told them we would have heard or seen it happen and that we only drove 5 miles. I asked them to check their video camera footage to make sure. They told us it would take 45 minutes to look at (I was with my 10 yo kid at the time) which seemed like a tactic to have me give in. 75 minutes later, they emerged to tell me they couldn't tell anything on the camers -- "too much glare". Yeah, right. This whole experience was awful. I think they knew of this defect and were trying to pin it on me.It doesn't end there. From a service standpoint, the experience was also pretty terrible. We've now had 3, yes, 3 batteries for the car in 8 years. We always keep it in the garage. This is not Canada, where the cold can take a toll on batteries. Regular car batteries should last around 6 years - Google it! Yet, Lexus of Glendale still charged us FULL LABOR and nearly all of the battery part cost --all told, like $300 for a battery that shouldn't have needed replacing in the first place. Unacceptable.

Can't say enough of the awesome experience I always encounter when having my car serviced at Lexus of Glendale. Always welcomed with courtesy from beginning to the end.Just had another valuable experience this past Saturday, February 24.Thank you to all the service attendants; Jorge-Service Advisor; Josselyn- Customer Service; and Vip- Certified Lexus Technician for always taking care of me and Dylan ( My IS 250FS). Daphne in sales department was very nice and helpful when I went in to get a new car. She showed me many cars, whatever cars I requested and she showed it to me. She explained everything very clearly. She listened to what I was looking for such as price and etc.. She helped me purchase another Lexus IS 250. I am very happy with my car and experience. We are very happy with the purchase of our NX 350h. We did all of our homework to determine what we wanted and the appropriate price, and our broker found a better deal through Lexus of Glendale. We were able to request a car that met our requirements. When the vehicle arrived at LoG a few days later, it was prepped, including washing and fueling. Paperwork, often a long, grueling experience, was easy. Joshua spent time with us, familiarizing us with the controls and setting up the app so the car is integrated with our phones. Would I buy from Lexus of Glendale again? You betcha!

I just purchased a new NX 450h+ PHEV and I couldn't be happier, both with the car and with sales associate Terri Gallon! Terri promptly and cheerfully responded to all of my online and phone inquires and took the time to fully understand my needs with respect to a new hybrid. Perhaps most significantly, she came up with a purchasing strategy that allowed me to take advantage of a $7,500 factory credit that, but for her expertise, I wouldn't have obtained. Thank you, Terri!I also purchased my previous car at Lexus of Glendale, and for nearly 20 years they've handled the maintenance and repairs for all three of my Lexus SUVs. It's fair to say that I'm a happy and loyal customer.

Lexus of Glendale has the best customer service. Their customer lounges are so comfortable. Everyone there is so courteous, professional, and friendly. Glendale Service Director, Jerry Temores, always goes out of his way to ensure that the customer is well taken care of, is well attended to, is satisfied, and happy with the service. Service Advisor, Bryan Mendoza, also goes out of his way to address any questions or concerns I may have while my car is being serviced, and follows up to ensure the customer is satisfied and all issues have been taken care of. I highly recommend this place and will continue to take my car there for service. Thank you Lexus of Glendale.

I have been there today and I was wondering what my car would worth. We did the appraisal they give me on my Lexus 52000 even I was having number from a different dealer who live in WashingtonThe wholesale price for my Lexus is 67000 and retail price 74000 . I know it s a business but not like that if I agreed I ll lose more than 22000 plus 4000 to pay off the car plus all of this money goes to the new Lexus. 26000 add to any vehicle it s gonna be disaster . My advice sell your car outside and see how much it worth

Went in for a faulty O2 sensor, they had a loaner car saved for me to use. My car was ready the next day but was unable to retrieve until the following day. Danny said it was no problem. Picked up car in the morning and it was washed, a service I did not ask for but is appreciated!Thank you Lexus of Glendale.
