Hovik is awesome. Great service, and good vibes. The place is clean and well equipped. Services done for my LR3: oil change, brake fluids flushed, wiper replacement, and suspension calibration. I definitely found my guy for my all my Rovers.

Our family has been getting our cars repaired at KS Complete Auto for fifteen years. Hovic and Harout and taken care of two Volvos,a 950 and an XC 70 and two Toyotas, a Rav 4 and a Corolla. We keep coming back because Hovic and Harout, the co-owners, always do great work at a fair price and we really trust their diagnosis and repairs. One day years ago I brought in my aging Volvo 950 and Hovic told me "Matthew I don't want to repair your car anymore. You are wasting your money, you need a new car." That sealed the deal. I strongly recommend KS Complete Auto - a high quality neighborhood alternative to the impersonal and expensive dealer repairs.

I had several issues including, suspension air compressor, struts, steering and brakes that required immediate attention. Hovik coordinated the service on my Range Rover Sport and was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. All issues were taken care of within two days and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle over the weekend. Our Land Rover was leaking transmission fluid while on vacation in Palm Springs. We took it to a local mechanic who gave us a diagnosis that didn t sound quite right. (It turned out he didn t even look at the vehicle). After reading such positive reviews about KS Complete Auto we decided that we would let them look at our vehicle. We are so happy that we did! We were not only given top notch service but were told exactly what was going on with our vehicle. Hovic spent the time to clearly explain the issue and get us back on the road quickly. We made our journey safely home to Canada thanks to the great service provided by KS. If we lived in LA, KS Complete Auto would be our mechanic! Thanks for your great work and excellent customer service Hovic!

Five stars isn t enough for Mr. Hovik and his team !Customer service is essential in the automotive business yet over all very rear to find, except at this shop. Customer services is amazing !These guys are more than experts when it comes to foreign vehicles. My Range Rover drives way bette At 50k miles than when I drove it off the lot 5 years ago. The guys do it all . From simple service to any complex job! The best part is that they do it with passion and at a fraction on the cost.Highly recommended ! If you get a quote from them and go shop it around, your waisting your time. You will end up back this shop!

KS Complete offer far and beyond the best auto repair services in la! I arrived distressed after my car had been broken into; my back windshield was smashed to pieces. Harout and his crew immediately worked on finding the replacement windshield I needed. They not only replaced the window, but vacuumed the broken glass that covered the back of my car for no additional cost and were also able the make the time to work on a few other repairs my car needed. Their work is fast, meticulous and flawless. Harout happily walked me through all of the details of my car's repairs and offered helpful insight on continued vehicle maintenance. I have never had an experience quite like this. Harout and Hovik treated me like family and with the utmost respect, relieving almost all of my stress regarding this unexpected bummer of circumstance. I still can't believe an auto repair shop of this caliber, with such kind and helpful individuals, exists. I recommend their services to anyone and everyone looking for a refreshing change when dealing with their automotive needs and (from time-to-time) woes. I'm always anxious going to a repair shop, but never again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Harout, Hovik and the rest of the KS crew. This is the second time I take my 2016 Maserati Ghibli to Hovik. He is very professional, honest, and did an amazing job with my car. It is very hard to find an honest shop to work on my car. The first time I had my brakes changed and the work was done in a timely manner. I recently took my car back in for a routine oil service, brake service, air and engine filters changed and to have my spark plugs changed Hovik, once again, did a superb job and created a sense of ease and comfort. You are definitely in great hands by taking your foreign car here. Will definitely be coming back for my next service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

I highly recommend this place for any car troubles! We were about to drive back home to AZ from Glendale and my car was making weird noises that needed to be checked out ASAP. We called KS Complete Auto and they told us they would check out my problems immediately. It was a minor fix that took about 5 minutes out of my day and got us back on the road quickly. We asked how much it would cost for the repair and he did not even charge us! I offered to tip him and he would not even accept my tip. Such a sweet man with a great company, and we are so thankful we used this auto service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

What started off on the wrong foot has proven to be one of my best experiences yet with an auto shop that deals with Land Rovers. Hovik and the guys here at KS Complete Auto repair take their work seriously and with great pride. This is the second Land Rover I take to them to have inspected for general issues and they were able to diagnose them and offer affordable solutions for my problems. This particular vehicle was my 97' Discovery and was having issues with a belt squeal. What initially was thought to be a possible defective harmonic balancer was eventually diagnosed as a rusty old piece. They took the time to remove the timing belt and remove the rust corrosion on the pulley and VOILA no more belt squeal. It's crazy how sometimes the easiest solutions are the best ones. Along with this I also needed to have the diff's drained and refilled which they did with no problems at all. I have found an extremely honest and reputable Landy shop and I will definitely be coming back for more as we all know these Rovers tend to like spending time in the shop! Fantastic service! About a year ago, my son's car broke down and needed to be repaired. I live abroad and I knew no repair shops in LA. I searched the Internet and found KS Complete Auto. All the reviews I read were great, so I contacted them by email. They were right. I received a quick and friendly response. Despite being so far away, my business with them has been very smooth. They are excellent professionals, serious and reliable. A month ago, my son had an accident and we needed KS' services again. In addition to repairing the body, they checked the wheels and warned me that they were worn--something I really appreciate. As in the previous occasion, they treated us quickly and the experience has been, once again, exceptional. I will continue taking my son's car for maintenance. I highly recommend them!

I was in New Jersey buying a Bentley in LA. I need a good mechanic to inspect the car and be my eyes on the ground. I called a number of garages but when I spoke with the owner of KS Complete Auto I knew I found the right guy. Boy was I right!! He did a very thorough inspection and than Face Timed me for a complete inspection of the car and the issues he found. Great mechanic, great service, very reasonable fee and a real gentleman.I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The check engine light came on in my Land Rover and I got a diagnosis in the morning. Besides that repair, I had some maintenance issues that were sussed out, but everything got taken care of same day. Thanks to Hovik and his team! Excellent ServiceI called for 100,000 mile service on a Land Rover. Hovik took my number and information. I had been looking for a repair shop to call "home" for my used BMW and after over a year of trial and error I came across KS in Glendale through their consistent and resoundingly favorable reviews online, and my experience with each visit has not let me down.Hovik and his team are immensely knowledgeable on every nuance of what makes a car run in its optimal condition. They have been incredibly easy to work with, always taking care of dealing with my extended warranty company (which can be a full time job in itself sometimes). I feel like Hovik and the team know my car inside and out and always know what to look for, and always get things taken care of faster than I have experienced with any other local auto service facility. Any time things are not covered by my warranty, they have been very accommodating and offered me savings wherever possible.I would definitely recommend KS to anyone looking for quality service on their BMW or any car in the LA area.

KS Complete Auto has been my go-to auto repair service center and I cannot recommend them enough. Hovik and the team are professional, reliable and friendly. Whether it is to get a routine checkup on my car or if I have any warning displays - they are the first place I go to! So far it has been really easy to bring in my car.Recently I've been getting a warning on my screen saying "top up coolant immediately, do not drive on" which was quite an alarming signal to me. I called Hovik in the morning asking if I could just drop off my car within the next 20 minutes and he said sure. Once I got there, he diagnosed it and confirmed there was no coolant leak. He topped it off a little bit, filled my tires with a little more air, all in the span of around 15 minutes.Their excellent and efficient service is why I will continue to go to them only. Thank you guys!

When it was time for major service maintenance on my Toyota Avalon I decided to take it to KS. I was very happy with the customer service I received from the first phone call right through to the moment I picked up my car. Regular communication from the shop kept me informed on the progress and recommendations for keeping my car in good running condition for another 100,000 miles. I highly recommend this shop.

The service was great But in my case, I have never heard in my life you can't machine rotors on a European vehicle (brake job). In this case 2016 Land Rover Sport, the price for the work definitely is better than the dealer Land Rover. I would recommend using them just know a little mechanics so you don't spend more than you think you should. But that is with any auto repair shop.

I meant to write a review after my first visit to KS Complete Auto, but better late than never! A few years back I found KS Complete on Yelp when I had car repair needs. I am an enthusiastic supporter Hovik and his crew. Hovik is honest, kind, and reliable. He explains the repairs and always do so in a way that teaches you about your car. I am very busy and he always finds ways to fit my scheduled maintenance or repairs into their busy schedule. Take this morning for example, my service light came on and he found time to inspect my car. There was no service issue just a faulty light. He reset it, checked my air pressure, and refused to let me pay him. If you need a mechanic, not just any mechanic, but someone you can trust that knows how to fix your car then please visit KS Complete Auto.

Awesome place to get your Range Rover serviced. The dealerships charges $900-$1100 for the same service. I saved sooo much money coming here. Very fast and honest. Ask for Hovik!

Can t thank the professionals at KS Auto enough for the top quality work they provided for my Land Rover LR4. They carefully inspected my LR4 and gave me a detailed analysis, I agreed regarding the services KS Auto suggested and they finished on time. True professionals. Great expertise, great problem solvers, great service!Hovik and Harouk are the best at what they do. They are so good, they quickly become indispensable to you! I have been going to them for years and through 3 cars. First up - an old Volvo 940 that was having problems which the previous mechanics could not solve after multiple attempts. I then went to Volvo, and they could not figure it out. As a last try, I checked out an NPR radio program, Car Talk, and looked on their website's list of recommended mechanics. Up popped this shop. I thought, i'll give it one more try because I couldn't afford a new car at that time. Hovik got in, took it for a drive, came back and knew what the problem was. Fixed it. That was it for me. They got me many more years out of that car. I've been with them ever since, through one Hyundai Sonata and now on my second Sonata. Not only are they superlative at maintenance, diagnosis and fixing, but they're HONEST, easy to work with, and just plain good people. I was lucky enough to find KS Auto in Glendale thru my search online when I was out of warranty on my Range Rover. Even though they were not in my neighborhood, and about 20 miles away, all of the rave reviews persuaded me to take a chance, as I wasn't happy with the dealers (prices and turnaround time.) This was a few years ago and I've been a loyal customer ever since. Hovik and Harout the partners are always extremely cordial, friendly, sincere and most important honest. They really care about their customers and their reputation. Their mechanics are all trained really well and I've been 100% satisfied with their work.This is the place to go without having to worry about being taken advantage of. Thank you Hovik and Harout. Best Service in town! My recently bought Bentley Azure had several issues needed repair or attention before i could drive it on a road trip with my family to Houston. There was little time to fix it, but Hovik and Harout and his team did a fantastic job to get us on the road.With a complex car like the Bentley from 1999, they managed to get it done. Thinking outside the box and looking for solutions is what i really appreciated.We arrived safely to Houston were the car is shipped to Europe.Quality service and good advice I would recommend their service to everyone.Thank you guys !LammertThe Netherlands

My sons were living in Glendale and did not know any mechanics in the area. They googled auto repair and read reviews. All good. I also tock their car there to check out some electrical issues with no appointment. . We discussed possible causes. They were looking at the car in about 10 or less minutes. checked out cause, replaced appropriate fuse and we were on our way in less then 30 minutes. Also gave me info on replacing auto key cover on line cheap. Good people.

Friendly service and they fixed multiple issues with my car. They showed me exactly where the source of the issues were. They told me how long it would take and how much it would cost. Prices are reasonable for the type of services they fixed. I knew my car would be in good hands and proved to me they would take good care of my car. Would definitely go back for future car services
