Carlos runs the most honest automotive shop in Glendale. I trust him completely. He is very detailed oriented and does a great job in servicing my families cars at a fair price.

Ken Daniel's Automotive Repair is fantastic. Carlo is extremely honest. If something needs to be repaired/replaced he will call and explain the problem before going on to the next step. Carlo is also the nicest guy ever!

This guy really came through for us. We broke down on our way to mexico late afternoon and he had us back on the road the next morning by 10am. He even stayed late that night to get us out sooner. Super professional and well priced. We offered 200 in cash extra to get work done sooner, he made no promisesbut also respectively did not take any extra cash. Very honorable. Extremely recommended thank you so much for making our family vacation happen.

Carlo is the type of honest human that restores your faith in humanity over profit.When my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance he went well above and beyond to help me look at understand all my options and not be bullied by insurance adjusters. He even would not allow them to pick up my car until I had a chance to come and collect my belongings (and say my goodbyes).I currently have no car but when I have my next one, I ll be bringing it here.

Unbelievable. I never thought I'd end up with one of those shady mechanics, but here we are. I never leave one star reviews, but hopefully I can keep other people from getting ripped off as well.I only needed front brakes, an oil change and a loose heat shield fixed. He said he'd fix the heat shield for free. I was explicit that I only needed front brakes, as I'm selling it and the rear brakes had plenty of life left in them. He also quoted me $500 on rear brakes alone. I get to the shop to pick up my vehicle and they ended up doing the rear brakes as well, and charged me the additional $500. The clerk said he heard it the other way, even though I explained why I only needed the front brakes replaced. He apologized sarcastically said he'd take them back off and refund my money.Shortly after as I was driving home I quickly realized that the heat shield was rattling worse than before. I called him to let them know and they said they could only fix one heat shield for free. I wanted the rattling heat shield fix, not the one he claims to have done for free.At this point, I'm not even convinced that my $100 oil change was done. I wouldn't bet on it.Beware of Ken Daniels.

I really appreciate people who genuinely care about helping others...and not just helping their wallet. The help that Ken Daniels Automotive gave me was what I wanted and I wasn,t charged a penny. How refreshing it is to find an "old school" business whos end product is a Happy Customer regardleas of what it takes. Thank you to everyone there.
