Returning to my suv after a 3 hour drive and a visit to Griffith Observatory I was met with a flat. After doing a Google search I called several places and they either didn't have my size tire or were about to close. Just tires got me back on the road in no time even though they were about to close. They really saved my trip. THANK YOU

Walked in within business hours 7:15 pm because I had flat tire. They told me they were no longer working on vehicles. If that s the case just change business hours to closed. Saw one of the technicians pretty much run to tell cashier not to take any more cars. Didn t even acknowledge us

Thanks to Nathan,Razmik and Antonio I had an outstanding experience at this tire shop! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect tires for my vehicle. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and had my new tires installed quickly and efficiently. The pricing was competitive, and I felt like I got great value for my money. I couldn't be happier with the results my car now rides smoother and handles better. If you're in need of tires or any tire-related services, I highly recommend this shop. Five stars all the way!.

I had a nail in a front tire. I asked them to put a plug they said they don t do it for some reason. It took 30 minutes for them to just write the information and another hour and a half to patch the tire. If you want a quick good Service it is NOT the place.

Everyone was very nice, they worked quickly (less than two hours on a Saturday) and gave me a good deal. Will definitely go back in the future

This review is for Mike Sullio! My experience with Mike was amazing. I had a flat tire during Tropical Storm Hilary and he showed so much compassion. He helped out big time! I have a good impression of Just Tires because of him. Thank you!!! Danielle

This is the worst place I've been, it seems like the staff are angry and offended, they did a car inspection for me for 40 minutes, and the car was new, and they also put a price tag of $80 for it.

Do not go to this Just tires. I had a appointment for an oil change. They had told me that it would take an hour. Once an hour had reached, they tell me that i have to wait another half hour. Arguing with me and speaking over me. I tell everyone to not go to this Just Tires unless you want to be disrespected. As I was checking out and reaching for the receipt a worker called Antonio ripped the receipt from my hands. Yelling at me and become extremely aggressive. Soon after another worker had told him to return the receipt and I left the auto shop frustrated. I advise anyone who is planning to go to this auto shop to never go again. I will be calling the Just Tire company to fire Antonio for being aggressive and disrespectful. No one should ever be in this dangerous environment.

Terrible service. I have a Turo account. Took my car to the inspection, they wrote wrong license plate number and refused to fix that. I wasted a lot of time on them, Very fair situation.

I do understand you can t expect much customer service from employees now a days, but there is a difference in having lack of mannerism vs lack of effort.I had made an appointment to repair nail in my tire for 9:00 am.Besides the fact that Mr. Mauricio informed me I would need to wait at least an hour and half, But the repulsive way of his behavior was very unprofessional. Definitely will not return.

Went for a new tire. Estimated wait time was 30-45 minutes. After 30 minutes I was told that the techs put my tire on the wrong wheel then had to of course wait for them to correct this.

Very upset and disappointed from service and attitude.I purchased a lifetime rotation and 3 years alignment package from just tires in La Canada. When it was time to do alignment they send me to the Glendale location on Central avenue. After service they tried to sell me 3 new tires, I did not buy it. I pitched Michelin tires vs GoodYear. Last week it was time to do rotation and alignment, so I took the car and the manager said it should be half hour, so I waited two hours and finally it was done. Drove straight home as I parked the car I noticed a bolt next to the left rear tire. Wasn t sure why was it, called my son. He came next morning and checked two of the bolts that secure the tire were missing. He said it s dangerous to drive like that, that he would take it to be repaired. The response from the manager was maybe someone tried to steal the tire the car was locked in the garage and no one touched it. So, after some fuss and also being rude they put the bolts and checked to make sure all is there. They refused to take responsibility of their mistake, carelessness.That s not enough frustration, next day the low air sign comes up, the same left rear tire I looked, there s big nail on the side (btw it s a new no flat tire) that probably can t be fixed and I ll have to buy a new one. I think they did put the nail deliberately to get even, because we complained, so now I ve to buy a new tire.Although I still have another 1.5 year warranty, I will not go there again. I strongly recommend other not to. Unless you re buying new tires you don t get good service or good customer service, and plus rudeness and lies.They should be reported to Good business practices as frauds!!! Betty S.

I walked in for an alignment with my 3 year plan. Staff were friendly, the work was pretty speedy (even though the parking lot was totally full), and Tony in particular was great.

Called an hour before closing and asked if I could be seen for a tire that needed patching. I clearly stated I could be there in 15 minutes and was told to come - no problem. I arrived 15 minutes later and was turned away - strike 1. Annoyed for making the trip in the pouring rain I asked if I could come at opening the next morning and be seen first - was told sure. I arrived the next morning 5 minutes before opening. When the shop opened - I was told it would take a 2 hour wait because of a SINGLE car that was ahead of me somehow - it stayed overnight ?So, 4 bays - 8-10 people working there and they CAN'T do more than 1 car at the time ?This place is an absolute joke, I wonder if the owner is aware how lazy his employees are

Great Service here at Just Tires In Glendale. The workers there know how to help out and get you just what you need for your car. These two workers named Nathan and Mauricio helped out the other day and didn t hesitate on doing their job and within a matter of 2 days I was able to have my fresh tires installed onto my wheels. 10/10 definitely recommend, I will definitely be a returning customer of theirs.

I have been coming to Just Tires in Glendale for about 5 years now. I have to say that the customer service experience here has always been top notch. I received excellent customer service again today from Robert. Not only is their customer service excellent, but their car service is excellent as well. I feel like their pricing is fair and even when I didn't accept their recommendations they always kept their professionalism and courtesy. I have never had to take back my car because of a mistake they made (like my experience at Pep Boys) and the work is always quality. So just wanted to make sure these guys know how much I appreciate their consistent, excellent customer and car service!

I have been taking my car here for awhile because I really do trust these guys. They always take good care of me and give me discounts if I m having quite a bit of work done on my vehicle. They re super friendly and professional. I definitely don t feel cheated. I haven t lived in Glendale for awhile now but I still come here whenever my car needs maintenance done on it. Highly recommend this location.

Wonderful experience with them. Pulled up and told them my 1 tire is low. He put air in it and insisted I check all three but I turned him down and he insisted and I found out they were all low. Thanks for being thorough.

Great service!!! Everyone was so helpful. They did not take long what so ever, I was in and out. Went for an oil change but they also rotated my tires, and did tire pressure. Also replaced my cabin filter. They know their work and I ll be coming back again. Wasn t expensive either.

I arrived an hour before closing. Air was leaking from my tire and I was refused service since it was just one guy working in the shop and him inside. I explained my situation as the air was rapidly leaving my tire and I was still refused service. Why stay open until 7 if you re going to stop helping customers at 6.

This is a great professional location if you need your car serviced. Gary is a wonderful manager, and all the guys are very professional. I have to apologize for some miss judgment. I have lost my wallet and was thinking that it was stolen there but, several months later when I took the car for detailed cleaning they found my wallet underneath passenger sit side ways and tyey gave it to me.So, my deepest apologies for any inconvenience.

I got a flat on the freeway on my way to work and AAA towed me here. The staff was friendly and I got a great price on some Goodyear tires, but it took over 2 hours to put on 2 tires! And I was the only one in the waiting room most of the time. I had asked to please hurry as I had appointments to get to, but I feel my needs didn't matter because it's not like I could drive out to another place. If they had been quicker I would have given 5 stars.

Robert and Gary are fast, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, I am near a Just Tires that does not offer this type of service and the personnel looks stressed, tired, and unhappy. It adds to the stress you are already coming in with as a costumer, so I appreciated Gary s and Robert s professionalism. My car needed some TLC and Glendale Just Tires delivered! This place is great!

Blew one of my tires by hitting a horrible pothole at echo park. Inquired to several places that might have the tires I needed. Spoke to Ramon over the phone and was told that they have the tire size I needed. Drove down from echo park with my donut wheel to Glendale and was greeted and helped by Ramon. He gave me a good quote and deal. Ended up replacing all my tires since one is fully blown off and the others have been punctured and patched before. The waiting room is also spacious and social distancing is not a problem. They also offer water bottle and have filtered water that definitely helpful amid this heat wave. Staff are professional and really friendly. Will definitely come back again and recommended.

Great customer service from mauricio, he made sure I knew exactly what I needed and got me in and out as quick as possible will definitely be back.Recently came back here for an oil change, Nathan was really professional & helpful 10/10!!

As soon as I felt the sting in my hand on the steering wheel of my truck, the unmistakable sound of stale compressed air escaping from the confines of a Goodyear all terrain radial took control of my hearing. Yes I needed to call triple A cause only 3 of my 4 tires can roll. Pep boys is not going to hold me hostage ever again so I tried Just Tires. Happy I did cause they were every thing positive I could of hoped for. My best recommendation!

Had a screw in my tire, found out on a Sunday at 3:00 pm, went to this establishment to get a plug or a patch. Assistant Manager Mauricio had the worst attitude and didn t seem to want to help us in any way, his demeanor was more of a it s late and I don t want to work anymore . He then said that he could not repair the tire, that he could sell me a tire that did not match with the rest of my tires for $251.00 USD (prices online for my tire go from 100 to 150 USD). Obviously didn t buy it. First and definitely last time to go there. STAY AWAY!

The staff here is rude, condescending, and extremely slow. I made the mistake of buying tires from them and dealt with their lackluster attitudes and workmanship while the tires were still under warranty. After my last visit, I will not be returning.

I scheduled an appointment with them using their website. When I reached there I was told they never had the (cheaper) tire in stock and they offered me to install an expensive tire. I told them my appointment clearly mentioned availability of the (cheaper) tire. I had to leave the store without any work done. I will complaint to State of California Consumer Protection Division. This is a clear example of 'bait and switch'.
