Staff was professional and provided quick efficient service. Omar, Luis and Christopher were AMAZING they check my car and even filled my tires. They recommended some additional services that I couldn t afford at the time but will definitely come back to get them done on payday. 100% satisfied.

Came here to get my oil changed and the mechanics were really helpful and friendly. Initially it was just an oil change, but they looked at my air and cabin filters which desperately needed to be changed and gave me explanations on what each thing is used for and when i should be replacing each one. Not only do they offer their expertise, but also offer explanations. If you're looking for a friendly and fast place to get a quick oil change, this is a good spot. Thank you guys!

I had a keratin treatment done here, and my hair has never looked smoother and more manageable. The service quality was excellent, and my hair felt so healthy and rejuvenated afterward. While the treatment isn't the cheapest option, the value in terms of how long the results last makes it worth every penny. My hair is now frizz-free and looks gorgeous. I'm satisfied with my experience here.

This visit was quick and efficient. The manager explained my options and charges before hand to avoid misunderstandings later on. Only drawback the tech couldn't figure out the settings in my vehicle so the oil warning light is still on.

I got there early for a Saturday morning so I would avoid lines and I only had 3 others in front of me for an oil change only. I arrived at 9 am and left at 11:20. This was absolutely ridiculous and I would have gone elsewhere but I wanted to use up my gift cards. Thank god I did because I will not be returning, Valvoline is the way to go! I will be doing a Google review and taking my business to them.

I would like to call out by name Aaron and Robert, who were very helpful during my visit and didn't upsell me anything. That is one thing that really discourages me, is when representatives try to sell me services that I don't want/need.

Yesterday I went to have my car serviced. I don t remember the name of the kind gentleman that assisted me. I believe he was of Indian descent, olive color, dark hair and he wore glasses. He reminded me of a little teddy bear. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. Got my oil and windshield wipers changed and they did a great job helping me out. I had recently gotten into an accident and my hood wouldn t close properly, they really went above and beyond to close my hood and make sure I was safe. Like ridiculously quick. 4 team members addressed me, all with professionalism and kindness. Never had to leave my car seat, and they gave me a sticker. :) x1,000,000108.20$ for an oil change and they checked a lot of things.

Staff was very professional and competent. My diesel truck is a bit unusual and they went out of their way to ensure to use the correct oil filter and synthetic Rotella oil. I can highly recommend this shop.

Terrible Jiffylube ExperienceDo Not use Jiffy Lube. I brought my car here to have a simple oil change. After listening to the tech bang on the undercarriage of my car for an hour and a half they came to me and told me that the cars oil plug had been stripped by the previous place who changed the oil. I informed them that I had brought it to another Jiffy Lube location located in Henderson NV which showed up in their computer system. Not taking any ownership of the problem they told me that they couldn't do anything and sent me on my way. After leaving I noticed that my oil pan was now dripping a large amount of oil onto the cement. I returned to the location where I reported to them that the car was now losing oil because they had tried to force the plug out with a screw driver and hammer. I was not told at the time but later found out from a call from the manager that the plug was sealed with silicone to temporarily seal the leak and send me on my way.My car now needs a new oil pan and is leaking large amounts of oil until I can have it done. A simple oil change has now turned into a $500 ordeal because inexperienced techs improperly put the plug back in and then more inexperienced techs tried to use brute force to removed the plug.If you think you are saving yourself money or time by stopping by this Jiffy Lube or any Jiffy Lube for that matter know that you are only going to have a harder time down the road because of the type of work that is done at this national chain.

First time visiting since I moved here. Great service from Aaron and Heriz. Friendly and knowledgeable. Only disappointment was that their car lift for a tire rotation wasn t working, and apparently hasn t been for some time, so I had to make an extra pit stop elsewhere (that in the future can do both the oil change AND rotation). If they can get that working I ll stay loyal!

The service at this Jiffy Lube was fantastic! They were extremely quick, checked and did everything needed for my oil change, my car's Windows got cleaned too and they were extremely nice and friendly. The service was super fast and I didn't even need to get out of the car. Definitely going to let them do my car's oil changes from now on. Thanks for the amazing service.

Just arrived there this morning to get an Uber inspection, the man told me pull at the last door, so I did, after making me wait, he then came out told me that why am I waiting here, I am blocking his customers, then he told me he can't do vehicle inspection because it's Friday and it's very busy, even though I was the 1st in line he said look other people have come here for oil change, and I can't help you.Well, my first and last time here, I will never come again, I always knew something was not good about Jeffy Lube, that's why I never go there .Have a nice day.
