I ve been servicing all my cars at Jack s Lube for over 20 years now. Vic is the kindest and most honest mechanic I ve ever known. If you are looking for a new mechanic, come down and talk to Vic. He will give you the best advice possible.

Went to 4 different mechanic shops in glendale trying to find one that's both trustworthy and has fair prices. I've had very bad experiences with so many mechanics and this one is a breath of fresh air. I won't take my car elsewhere in the future!

Very disappointed. Had high hopes, was told to ask for Vic, he a great sales man so be careful.Gave us a quote for work to be done. Charged $1100.00 to replace 1 Motor mount and a radiator. Even thought quote was for belt and all motor mounts and radiator.Also asked for cash so he could go buy the parts. And would not give a official receipt because he said he was giving a good deal and saving is money on the taxes. Then said we could pick up car when they were closed and he would leave the key with the guy who Owens the hamburger stand.Unbelievable....

Vicken and his crew are excellent mechanics. They service vehicles of all kind: Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac, Toyota FJ Cruisers, Hondas, Acuras, etc. Vicken, the owner is very trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, keeps up-to-date on technology, etc. and is very pleasant. I ve known him for 36 years, and have refers others to him.Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Best repair experience ever! My husband broke down, this repair shop was the closest place, so ended up here, but was the best repair shop. The employees were fantastic, friendly and efficient. Replaced the alternator and got him back on the road within two hours and all without costing an arm and leg. The total price for parts and labor was amazing. I would definitely recommend this shop.

The man that helped me was very friendly and most of all HONEST. I got a good feeling from him right from the start. I needed a diagnostic for my vehicle to see what I needed to repair for my Smog test . The cost of the diagnostic went toward the cost of repairs. He took time to explain to me what each code meant and how that part operates and what would need to be done to remedy each problem. Service is excellent, repairs did the job to pass smog, I am a happy and satisfied customer! Thank You!!!

Amazing shop! Been coming here for years, never had to have the same problem fixed twice like other shops I've been to. Very knowledgeable, ASE certified mechanic. I don't know what the negative reviewers are talking about, won't take my cars anywhere else!

I'm a DIY mechanic whenever possible, but when I don't want to work on a particular car, Vik is the only mechanic I trust with any of my cars, and I don't normally trust mechanics, but he is not only honest to the nth degree, but he is very fair on cost. Try and find another mechanic shop with a level of trust and fairness as this shop, you won't.

I needed an emergency brake pad and rotor job after someone grossly abused my car while I was out of the country. Vic went to work on it right away, getting all needed parts and having it done for a fair price in good time for my out of town trip.

Do not go here. I came in for an oil change, they insisted I needed new brake pads, I went along with it, and one week later my brakes are scraping and my car is unsafe to drive. Wasted hundreds of dollars here. This is a terrible establishment.
