Hamlet was super helpful with my BMW. His price was super affordable for my BMW s Repair. I really can t thank him enough for taking the time to explain the process to me. I understood where my money was going

Most unprofessional man I've met. I Went to get an estimate for some roof dents. Hamlet went to the back to get a number because they couldn't help me, but there was miss communication because he was on the phone while helping me. So my wife said he was probably busy because some time has passed. As I am backing out the drive way, Hamlet is YELLING at me," ARE YOU SERIOUS... ARE YOU SERIOUS ... IM DOING THIS FOR YOU AND YOU ABOUT TO LEAVE?" Verbatim. My wife and I were shocked. Then Hamlet says it a couple more times. I get out the car to confront hamlet as to why on earth is he talking to me like that in front of my family... he just gives me the number he was looking for and tells me leave. He spoke to me like he was my boss and I was late to work. I assume he felt that he was justified to speak to someone the way he did because he felt like his time was wasted, which is horrible. Unprofessional, disrespectful, rude.

Hamlet and his team brought my cherished 323i wagon back to life! A good amount of work needed to be done. From replacing old cooling hoses and suspension parts. Oil pan and transmission service with some other issues in between. They got the job done, and fairly priced as well. Highly recommend

Hamlet is super friendly and knows BMWs! I had broken down on the 5 fwy and came in 45 minutes before closing and am leaving a very happy camper (I needed a fuel pump control unit replacement).Great prices, too!Thank you, Hamlet!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

This guy is amazing! I had an X5 out of warranty. It wouldn't start. It sent it to the BMW Dealer SIX TIMES!!! One time they kept it for 10 days and brought in a District Manager to troubleshoot it. They charged me thousands of dollars to replace stuff that didn't solve the problem. Then I took it to Hamlet. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in an hour. A $65 faulty ignition switch. Amazing!

Not the least expensive option, but they are less expensive than your local BMW dealer, and they obviously use OEM parts! So it's a win-win!It is conveniently located in Glendale and they provide great service! A+

The service is top notch. I have never had any problems with taking my car to hamlets. Just in my recent visit they saved me close to 3 grand on replacing some engine internals. Dealer quoted me 8,200 and needed the car for 2 weeks. Hamlets did the car in 4 days and much cheaper.I love knowing every detail regarding my car. It is so easy to understand what is going on because every employee at hamlets is involved with your car... Now that is service and love into my car.I'm very thankful to have a shop I can trust.Try them out, no regrets

Took my car to Hamlet's BMW and was told I needed new spark plugs, so I had the shop replace them. Later I found out they charged me $300 dollars and didn't even replace one spark plug. Then I also noticed heat shrink on my engine harness, like they switch parts on my car. Unbelievable, if I was you I'd check all the work done by Hamlets to see if it was even done! I found myself always having breakdowns and going back until I finally lost my job, due to so many break downs. He's definitely a crook and wish you luck if you took your car here. This man will drain you, until there's nothing left!!!!! Good luck and God bless

Hamlet's BMW services are outstanding. Anytime I have an issue with my car I take it there. I fully trust these guys to give me the best price, being that the dealership charges far more for the same service. They only use BMW car parts too. My car is usually serviced in a timely matter, which I can appreciate. These guys are very knowledgeable and efficient!

Hamlet BMW is the most professional and reliable repair facility for BMW. The pricing is at least 1/3 of the cost of the dealership. Hamlet has a true passion for the BMW brand. I brought my ALPINA in because the wheel lock had no key . He returned it to me in a day ready to roll driving like the ultimate driving machine.

This is the place to have your M Sport Car maintained!In 2013, I was referred to Hamlet from another honest mechanic that could not do the work I needed on my E46 M3 (Race sub-frame bushings and subframe reinforcement). Hamlet installed the bushings and reinforcement in a single afternoon and got me running again the same day. I've been so impressed with Hamlet that I've been coming to him ever since. He is very up front on pricing, his prices are extremely reasonable, and he gives his work excellent attention to detail. He is also a great source for parts and advice if you are as "do-it-yourself" inclined as I am. He uses only genuine BMW parts on your car and is more than happy to install any parts which you supply to him. Oh, I almost forgot, he shows you any parts that need replacement after he replaced them so that you can actually see wear/tear ect.... I'm a solid lifetime customer. :) - Clark

After reading postivie reviews I drove to Hamlet to check out a low tire and alignment issue I'd been having, maybe look at some electrical. Upon arrival, I was treated very brusquely bt some older mechanics who couldn't understand that my tire was leaking.After we got past that, I was told I needed to wait for Hamlet himself. About 30 minutes they said, he was the only one who could price tires.45 minutes alter, Hamlet arrives and looks up the tires, tells me I can have them installed the next day. Meanwhile the mechanics have installed the spare tire on my car, which I remarked looked 20 years old. They said it probably was, but the pressure was fine and I could drive on it.The minute I hit 35 mph the tire flew off the spare rim. Thank god for AAA. I'm not sure if I will return to Hamlet for further service.

This was my second visit to Hamlet's BMW service. I went in for an Oil Change and Micorfilter replacement for my 328i.Hamlet, Peter and Berge (sp?) were very helpful, and took me in right away. Peter and Berge were excellent at their workmanship, and in addition I also had my Halo light on my headlight replaced.A job well done, and very reasonable, and also very friendly place.

Hamlet fixed an oil leak that could not be fixed by anyone else. After wasting time and money at Superstar German Auto and Pacific BMW I'm so glad to have a mechanic I trust who charges fair prices!

Been a customer for years. Today wS awesome, I went in thinking that I needed a new battery, but he said it was a loose connection and he cleaned up the connection thingy as well, so I left happy

I WAS RIPPED OFF BY HAMLET AND HIS SISTER IN NORTHRIDGE SOLD ME A PIECE OF CRAP THAT HAD TO BE TOWED 3 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE, I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK HE BASICALLY SAID F#$ YOU. HIM AND HIS SISTER ARE CON ARTIST.
