After putting my smog test off due to trepidation (I know...silly), I scoped this place out and finally put my big girl pants on and went in. Albrik greeted me with a smile. I told him about how nervous I was... he immediately put me at ease saying it was an easy process. He pointed out some chairs where I could wait. I passed - yay, but have a feeling if I didn't, he would have helped with repair recommendations, etc. I am recommending this place to all my coworkers and anyone who reads this review.

My visit couldn't have been easier. I pulled up and parked my van out front without even calling ahead. He immediately got to work. Plugged in his computer, ran a diagnostics test, read me the results, and sent my smog readings ahead to the DMV within 15 minutes. I got home and was able to complete my registration renewal online immediately. He quoted me at $68 with a debit card, but knocked off $6 just because he's that cool.I'd give 6/5 stars if I could. I'll be going here for all my smog tests for as long as I live in LA.

These guys are amazing! Quick smog check, affordable with amazing costumer service!I'm a leg amputee and the attentiveness and parking was perfect, definitely bringing all my vehicles for all their needs from now on!10

This is the most and well reviewed Smog and Test Center in this whole area that I could find. Chris was extremely helpful and kind. If you're looking to get your smog test done don't look any further. Great price and excellent service is given here!

I went to the shop for a smog test on 7/22 and met with Chris. He was very friendly, the place was really clean and the entire process took about 15 minutes or so.

I ve come to Glendale Smog Center twice with two different cars, and both times Albert was very kind and efficient. The first time I brought the wrong car (yes, seriously) and felt terrible about having wasted Albert s time, but he was very gracious and insisted that I not worry about it. I highly recommend Glendale Smog Center and Albert. He fixed a fuse for me and didn t even charge for it! Awesome service.Service: Smog certification

I would like to start off by recommending this shop to anyone in need of a smog.I have literally came here to bring all three of my vehicles and I have been treated with such great hospitality and professional business etiquette.I can tell Chris wants to earn my repeat business by the way he treats me as a valued customer.This review is from a genuine person who understands supporting small mom and pop shops will help better our economy as opposed to these big corporations.Their price point is affordable and they are close by to all the major cities.I salute this business for keeping their prices low and keeping their customer's happy.

I pulled in and was pleasantly met with the owner, a Glendale local and a very friendly person to talk to. His price was perfect, and he even had a car in before me but I was in and out in literally no time. He s so kind youll get your smog checked twice a year. Great business and honest, friendly owner

I was in and out of there within 10 to 15 minutes tops. It was a totally reasonable price. It was super close to my neighborhood and in all honesty Albrik helped me out when I was in a bit of a bind for time. I 100% will go back to Glendale Smog Center again.

Getting my smog check. Been coming here for years. Since before 2015. Best service ever. Always attentive always with a positive attitude and may I say very clean. Professional and tries to get you in and out as soon as he can. Chris really understands the value of your time. As for the last thing I want to say is that Chris always greets you with a big smile and makes you feel appreciative for your business. Thank you.

Finding this shop was one of the best things I could do for my car. Chris is amazingly kind and the staff here shows the same dedication to exemplary customer service. He remembers me every time I come to get my car smog check and the service is quick and accurate. I recommend this shop to my friends and family and I recommend anyone who is in the area to stop by for service. Chris and his staff will always give you the best service, hands down!

If you want to experience excellent customer service and a guaranteed quality service on your vehicle this is the place. Chris is a friendly guy who up to now has probably worked with all car types and will get the job done. I took my car here to avoid the sales recommendations and pay less than what other shops in the area charge you. Amazing place!! Speedy and professional and comfortable. I ve been coming here for years bringing my families cars. In and out in less then 20 mins, not to mention the great service Chris provides. Always ready to hand you a cold bottle of water and a nice place to sit. Very inviting and friendly and clean (unlike most expected auto shops) Chris is gentle and is pleasant. If your car has any troubles he will help figure out what s wrong with it and even recommend the places you need to go in order to fix anything. He is very knowledgeable and wants to put a smile on your face.

Chris was friendly, fast and efficient. I was getting a smog test done for a car with an out of state license plate that was being transferred to me. No problem. Told me that my car would be finished in less than 10 minutes. We chatted a bit while I was waiting and he even gave me a bottle of water. Wonderful service! Will definitely be back here again.

I got a smog test. The typical pricing they had listed on the wall was around $90. Sooo overpriced. I got a "discount" and it ended up being $70, which is still 20/40 dollars more than it should be... but the guy was nice and it took about 15 minutes. Also the place is tiny so hopefully you're the only one there if you go otherwise getting in and out is dangerous.Service: Out-of-state

The service that I have received here was incredible. Not only is the owner professional, but he is also extremely nice. My smog check took 10 minutes and it was such an easy process. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone.

I have had an incredible stressful week and Chris from Glendale Smog & Test Only saved the day. Before I went to Chris s shop, two other technicians in La Crescenta tried to smog test my car. Neither could get the car to rev between 2500 rpm and 3000 rpm. They took over an hour and a quarter tank of gas and failed to test my car. That night I read all the great reviews about this shop and Chris and out of hope and desperation I took my car to his shop the next day. Chris was polite and super nice and as other reviewers noted his shop was very clean. I explained the problem to him again and he assured me that he would do his very best. On his first try, after less than five minutes, Chris turned off my car and told me to come on in to finish the paperwork as he was done with the smog test! I could not believe it! I was so happy and excited that I hugged him twice. I was charged $70 out the door for the test and certificate. I would recommend Chris and his services to anyone who needs an excellent and reliable smog test technician. Thank you Chris!

Chris was amazing!!! We recently moved to CA and had to have our vehicle tested for smog before we could register it. We called Chris and he told us to stop by in an hour. He took us promptly at our assigned time and answered all of our questions. Chris was very cordial and pleasant, and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Chris!!!

This shop has great service with professionals that know how to serve their customers and their vehicles. The location is easy to access and waiting time is short. Khachik is very knowledgeable about cars and explained the smog check process in detail. I highly recommend this business to everyone. They are even open on Saturdays to help customers.

Found my new go to place for my smog checks! My family and I come here now because Chris has the best customer service and got us in and out in less than 15 min. Plus, his system uploads everything to the DMV automatically so it made my overall process very quick and easy! Highly recommend Chris

This is my 2nd visit to Glendale Smog. I went today because my registration and smog was due in 2 days (oops). Chris was super helpful and extremely professional during my smog check visit and had me in and out within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place if your looking for fast, reliable service. Thanks! Whoever is in Glendale needs to check this place if services are needed. Smog tests , tire services, and all kinds of services. Great prices, and outstanding customer service! Everytime I bring in my car, I feel like I'm home. All the staff members are so kind, and take care of your vehicle as if it's their own. Doesn't get better then that. Not only that, I never have to worry about something being wrong or not done correctly when driving off the lot. Such a great shop that I highly encourage people to check out that want their car done with great service and quality.

Best smog test in the LA area! On his website he has a coupon that you can print out before going to get $20 off making it super cheap. Very easy and very quick. Best thing is if you call ahead and let him know what time you're coming, he's accommodating and is willing to open up a little earlier or stay a little later for you if you need to because of your work schedule. Highly recommend him!

As a business owner, I know how hard it can be to deal with other people and today the only reason why I m writing a post today is because the owner was dealing with some difficult people and still had the utmost patience for them.He offered me a water while I was waiting for him to finish dealing with a difficult customer and made me feel comfortable that he was getting everything done. Not once did I feel taken advantage of as a female that was getting my first smog.I m very satisfied with the service and honestly felt bad for the guy today. Glendale sure has some rude and angry customers...thank goodness my business isn t in Glendale.

I have been coming here for 10 Plus Years mainly because the shop owner is always so kind and has a great attitude/personality. The service is always quick and easy and I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here the next time you need a smog!! 5 star service in my book
