I had THE BEST purchase experience at Glendale, Chris was The Best salesman/my new friend. I had lots of questions and he made sure to answer all of them. His customer service and attention to detail are top tier! I m definitely coming back. Diego was awesome on the finance side. Both gentlemen explained everything in detail. This is the second time I got a vehicle from Glendale Infiniti. I had a jeep wrangler on lease need to be traded in, they took care of it for me. And I got the QX60 I wanted. Joseph, is an awesome guy helped me on the first day even it s time to get off. And I have to go back on the next day to get the vehicle but Joseph still came to help me to get the vehicle even it s on his day off. I went to a lot of different dealership and got different cars, many others will sell you expensive car and markup crazy on your lease or finance, but for Glendale Infiniti, they are honest, and provide you the best service and price. As long as you want and talk to them they will try their best on helping you.

Great experience, wonderful staff, I love my new car. I came in here after having unsuccessful experiences at a few other local dealerships and Victoria was just amazing!! She was knowledgable, helpful, lovely, easy to work with, and she got me the deal I was looking for. The entire staff were awesome. Diego in finance was also great, quick with the paperwork, explained everything, was also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership. I do not say that often either, I am not an easy customer and Victoria worked very hard to make all the pieces fit for me. I am very happy.

I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Special Edition from here this week. Victoria was awesome and took care of me from start to finish. Answered all of my questions and made buying a car painless. Her manager was also great. He did everything he needed to sell me my vehicle including showing me what they paid for it. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. Ask for Victoria.

I got my Infiniti truck back from service at Glendale Infiniti and immediately I noticed that the cd changer was making odd sounds. I tried to eject a disk but it wasn t doing anything except making strange sounds. I mentioned this to the service manager I had been dealing with and he suddenly dropped his usual friendly demeanor which was surprising. He kept asking me what I wanted him to do and I told him he needed to fix it at no charge since it was working perfectly before I brought the suv in. He wanted to get me a quote, but I insisted that he pay for it. So finally nothing was getting resolved and he said his manager was gone so I left. I had to call and text several times to get him to respond which was also unusual for him as he had been very easy to get in touch with. He told me that his manager needed to inspect the cd changer. I told him he had already inspected it. In the meantime as I was driving it around, i noticed that the ride was now harsh and I was feeling every bump and the steering was now skittish. Unfortunately this wasn t the first time I d had issues after getting my suv back from them. I ve taken it there three times and every time it s come back with some new issue. The first time I took it to them it came back with an oil drip. They claimed that I needed to have the gaskets replaced. I refused that repair and magically the drip resolved itself. So clearly they were just trying to get more money out of me instead of properly servicing my suv.I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Glendale Infiniti.

Got my Infinity at Glendale, second time going to the same dealership to purchase a car. Chris Levine helped with the purchase of both cars. Chris went over and beyond with the delivery of excellent customer service. Chris listened to our needs and expectations- I was very impressed as he knew exactly what we were looking for. The car is more than what I expected, I love my infinity. I also want to give kudos to Diego and the credit team for making this experience flawless and easy. Thank you!

Chris was amazing! I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for him. First I came a Friday even right at closing and he took the time to stay over and took me on multiple test drives to find the perfect car for me ! But he also explained everything thoroughly and super knowledgeable of the cars. Also when it came time for pick up and delivery made himself available to assist. This was some of the best customer service I ve ever had. He is definitely an asset to this company!

Very Happy with our experience! Thank you to Joseph Park, Internet Sales Manager, and Diego Cervantes/Finance Manager. They made purchasing a vehicle online a quick and easy process for us. As we were not able to travel to the dealership a few hours away to purchase the vehicle we were interested in, Joseph Park went above and beyond (on a Sunday) to personally deliver our newly-purchased vehicle to our home which extended past his work hours. He was very personable and made this a smooth process for us, and we appreciate that very much! Thank you!

The Best experience ever!! Roger (Hraj), the sales manager, was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions with a no nonsense approach. I purchased a QX60 that i wanted with the exact specs and color. Roger gave me the best deal you can find by far... Go see Roger. You will definitely be grateful you did!!

I have been on the hunt for a car for a few months. I went to many Infiniti dealerships around the area but wasn t satisfied. However, when I came to Glendale Infiniti, I was welcomed and assisted very fast. Victoria was the one that was helping us and she was very reasonable, communicative, and outgoing, and informative. I ended up leaving with the car I ve been wanting a few hours later. I would definitely recommend my friends, family, and colleagues to go here.

So, last Sunday, I went to infiniti to check out the new QX50 SUV. Been interested in that vehicle as an option for a new lease. Victoria, the salesperson, was super sweet & welcoming. She showed me a few examples and all the cool options and features. She had a really good personality and not many salespeople have that these days. I know that if, and whenever I decide to move forward with an Infiniti, Victoria will be my point of contact.

I was making my rounds, shopping for a new car as I had recently sold my car. When I initially stepped into Glendale Inifiniti, I didn't really think getting an Inifiniti was the direction I'd be going in.Upon stepping in I was approached by an eager, welcoming employee by the name of Victoria, who made the entire process a breeze from the test drive to presenting me different options.Victoria was a very relaxed salesperson that didn't put that pressure on you where you feel forced to do anything. She explained everything and even made it her bottom line to say that no matter which direction I go be sure it is what is making me happy at the end of the day. This put me at ease and gave me time to think out my decision and even worked with me to get the best payment that I was looking for.Thanks again Victoria for all the help and making the car-buying process a smooth one.

Heys guys if you re looking to buy a new car, look no further. Infiniti of Glendale is where you need to go. I had previously owned an Infiniti Q50; unfortunately it was totaled. I was so happy and satisfied with my Infiniti Q50 so I decided to go with an Infiniti again but wanted something a bit bigger. We headed over to infiniti of Glendale and as soon as my husband and I walked into the dealership we were greeted by Victoria. She asked us what we were looking for and we told her we had two options in mind. She showed us what they had in stock in her office before kindly showing us the vehicles physically. I definitely loved one, more than the other. I knew as soon as she let me test drive the Qx50 this was the one. Her advice and thoughtful help made my husband and I new owners of a Qx50. Everyone looking into purchasing a new car make sure you stop by Glendale of Infiniti and ask for Victoria. Like I said she was AMAZING!!!

Had a good experience at this dealership. Made an appointment and was helped right away by service Advisor Ben. He explained all the work performed on my vehicle and asked my authorization before doing it. Ben was very clear on the cost of the services but the invoice i received didn't give me a complete breakdown like expected or at least it's not very easy to understand. The final cost was higher that you would probably pay at jiffy lube but i guess that's to be expected.

Best of the best..this place feels like a second home, people in there always treated me like family or more like a spoiled last child, that s the type of feeling I get every time I visit. My car has very high miles all because the team has done great job. I can t thank enough Glendale Infiniti and the service department. I went online amd saw an amzing deal on a Infinity Q50 as soon as i requested to purchase it Victoria called and ask if I needed help and when I could see it. I have 3 Infiniti dealers closer to me but had such a positive experience leasing a QX80 from Glendale, I decided to try their service dept as well. Glad I did. Here's why.When I pull up to service, I hate sitting there being unacknowledged . This morning, I had someone walk up and greet me, put a number on car, and let me know someone was aware I was there.Devin Dagraca was on top of everything. In addition to this great system that texts you the status, Devin came out to give me an update in person. He really was patient and wanted to make sure they addressed everything, and even things I didn't push for, he proactively did anyway.Good service is tough to find these days but I found it today at Glendale Infiniti. Oh, and they finished even earlier then they estimated. Nice.

Amazing customer service! Bar none the staff goes beyond making you feel comfortable and welcomed. I purchased my 2023 Infiniti QX60 from this group and I am a Very Happy customer. Peter Kim the GM and Joseph Park Internet Sales Manager were extremely kind, patient and thorough when educating me on my new vehicle.
