I had a horrible experience at this service department. I made an appointment for 12 PM Monday. I waited until after Saturday they still have not got back to me and gave me any information or update of any service provided on the vehicle. I had to go and take the vehicle and bring it somewhere else.Update: went and picked up my van(Saturday)and there had been zero service done to the vehicle. No one even looked at the van Since I dropped it off Monday for my 12pm service appointment. If you need service DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They will leave it sitting out on their lot and not even touch it. Service advisor was Paul Bautista. Zero communication, zero service performed.Service: Auto maintenance

Marvin is outstanding! I brought my Dodge here for several recalls. Marvin took care of everything. Overall, the customer service was excellent, they were prompt and lent me a rental whilst my car was in their shop too. Also wanted to give a shout out to their cashier, she was so friendly! Thank you everyone!

The service department especially Paul Bautista and Marvin( never caught his last name) have bent over backwards to help me out. I had been diagnosed with Autism ( Aspergers syndrome) and trying to understand paperwork is somewhat difficult for me and they spend the time to explain all the details and work that has been done on my used 2015 Jeep Trailhawk diesel. If you own a Jeep or FCA vehicle and you need work done at a dealership I highly recommend Dodge in Glendale.Thank you Paul for all your hard work and understanding!

They have had my car for more than 3 months. I called in almost every week and it was still being repaired for various reasons (Fiat 500e battery failure). I called in yesterday and they told me it had been fixed 2 weeks ago. If I hadn't reached out to them they would not have called me to let me know. In the 3 months they called me once and texted (automated text with no info about my car) once. Super unprofessional and ridiculous.

I went to have a assessment. Jeep turning off. Regular maintenance customer. Mopar maintenance insurance, they wouldn't help with 200.00 diagnostic! Service? $$$ They car when u buy a 65,000. Vehicle.
