phenomenal service!! Glendale Collision Center was so fast and easy to work with! I simply dropped off my car, gave them my claim number, and my car was ready within a week!! Adam and Armen were the greatest help and made the process so easy! They even delivered my car to me when it was ready! 1000% definitely recommend!

10000% RECOMMEND .. I had a hard time finding a body shop to take my car to and called about 8 different shops and no call back. When I called Glendale collision , I didn't at first get anyone on the line but , a few mins later I got a call back from Armen. Not a lot of places give you call back but , armen did ! And I'm so glad he did! If you want amazing top quality communication that would be with him! Every step of the process from beginning to end he is there. No questions asked. They have amazing service and to the people who worked on my car did an amazing job and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

A hit-and-run smashed off the driver's-side mirror of my late-1990s Honda. I was left with an unsafe problem that needed solving, fast. Armen at Glendale Collision Center knew exactly what to do. I called his office, we scheduled a meeting, he assessed the condition of my vehicle, and quoted a reasonable price for a quick turnaround. He called me within a week with a freshly-painted part, installed it at the center, and I was back on the road, safe again. Thank you, Armen!

After three visits here I'm finding this review is overdue. This is a fantastic shop to work with! Honest and reasonable. Armen makes it painless for you and the work it top notch! Visited and worked with quite a few shops but this is the go to every time.

I could give you all the details on how much of a pain my insurance was, but Arman WAS AMAZING, he was there on top of everything, he answered all my questions, was Super responsive, and was quick, even after hours. If you need a place to repair your car PLEASE PLEASE go to Arman. He will get your car brand new, if you find my comment look no further this is the place to go.

I ve taken my cars to a bunch of shops , no one is as reliable , knowledgeable, and work on a timely manner as these guys. The manager was very communicative with me and provided me with all the information I needed. They even took care of some previous damages done to my car .In addition, I picked up my car Saturday morning !! These guys work around the clock . Check them out!Service: Body & Trim

There is no other place I would think of taking my vehicle in for repairs other than Glendale collision center we unfortunately got into an accident a few weeks back and went directly to Armen at GCC because we know he will take care of everything and answer any questions that we have along the way. Glendale Collision Center has never disappointed us as we have been going there for over 10 years. They have a hard working team that repairs your vehicle and makes sure it is done in a timely manner. We love GCC and highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of a trustworthy hardworking team that always goes above and beyond for their customers. I couldn t recommend this body shop enough. My friend took his Mercedes there after someone ran a red light and hit him, and they had it put back together immaculately in no time. When I learned they use dealer OEM parts as a big part of their repair process rather than cheap aftermarket parts, I knew their quality of repair would be amazing. If you ve been in an accident in the Glendale area, I definitely suggest you talk to these guys.

I had a great experience with Glendale Collision Center. They repaired my BMW back to its original condition in a timely manner. I'm a very picky person but I couldn't find anything I could complain about. I'm from the Los Angeles area and I'm glad I got referred to the great body shop in Glendale.The guys were super nice and always gave me up to date information on when the car would be ready and what stage we were at with the insurance adjusters. I'm a customer for life and I will definitely refer my family and friends over.

I think I got about 8 different quotes, driving to each body shop and not only did Armen give me one of the very best quotes but he was the most honest and authentic person I'd spoken to. I knew immediately this was where I wanted to have the work done and sure enough they did an incredible job for a price that you honestly won't find at any other reputable shop. Plus they give you a lifetime guarantee. It doesn't get much better service than that.I put the leg work in and found Glendale Collision Center to be THE best place from Silver Lake to Glendale. So let me save you the time and effort and take my recommendation!

I had gone to about 4 other shops before I came to Glendale Collision. After coming here, I figured out that all the other shops in the area were trying to overcharge me for no reason. GCC was very reasonably priced and the customer service was BY FAR the best I'd seen around. They did a great job with their workmanship with matching paint and making it look like it came from the factory again, and all in less than a week! I even had a small issue with my AC after the repairs, but I brought it back in and they got me taken care of in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Dropped my car for an estimate. They kept my car for 2 years. Wouldn t let it release bc they were asking ridiculous storage fee. Insurance didn t agree. Also, added extra damage on the vehicle. Never, and I mean never take a vehicle here.

This was my first time going to GCC because of an accident that happened to my moms car. We are more than happy with the service, some issues happened with the vehicle that shouldn't be discussed here, however, Aram one of the employee's there went above and beyond to make us happy and allow us to feel satisfied with his service. I 100% recommend Aram and his customer service to anyone who needs to get their car repaired!

This was my first time dealing with a mechanic and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I dropped my car off the staff here was so helpful and friendly. I was paying through insurance and ran into a lot of problems and Armen always responded quickly and made sure I felt like a valued customer. Fixed my dented bumper and detailed my car!

I love my car too much, one day my car is damage in accident I am so upset I thought this car is not working as same as before accident but after repair the Glendale collision center I am shock and my car is look like same as new one, really thank to Glendale collision center team, great job!

Stay away from Glendale collision center this body shop taking 5 months to fix my car and my insurance company pay for all brand new parts in these guys put a used parts and broken parts pain is very bad job I need to put a new claim to my insurance company to replace all the broken parts and taken to different body shop
