A+ Customer Service , I Had A Calibration issue ,with my 2019 Toyota Corolla ,the Pre - Collision System Unavailable light ,wouldn't go off after I had it repaired at another shop ,the gentlemen at Glendale Auto Body ,Recommend me to another guy ,who is mobile and does the Calibration , An I got it done , thank you

Came to this shop on reference from AAA to replace a wheel well cover (they referred to it as a fender liner) after an isolated incident in a parking lot tore it halfway out of its place. Jose was very helpful and personable while he looked over the fender area, giving me a good alternative solution before I asked for a cost estimate for the part needed and labor. Today, when I came back to get the fender liner installed, he was still very welcoming and kind. God willing, I won't get into another stupid incident for some time, but will look to them for future body repairs.

They did a very sloppy job on my car, they didn t assemble the parts correctly, there s big gaps between panels and some parts are missing whilst other parts are clearly not new as they are supposed to be.Totally disappointed with this place, I called to tell them that the job wasn t what I expected to be and they told me to bring my car back after it was there for 2 months.It should have been perfect from when they told me it was ready, they clearly don t have a quality control staff that guarantees that they deliver what the client expects.I also had some nails on my tire from when they were working on my car that I had to pay extra to fix, I had a digital tire pressure gauge underneath my car seat and it was missing.They charged about 4-5k for labor alone and it should have been an excelente job.Do not recommend.

Brought in my sons infinity for some finder switching car came out awesome thanku Glendale auto body u guys rock....car came out beautiful ...bomb job...Bagner is the man he always treats us like royalty...thanku so much

We had to have our back bumper replaced due to minor damage. Gabriel handled our entire experience from beginning to end and did so with professionalism and care. Getting the estimate was very quick, in and out in minutes, and as soon as the parts were there, my car was dropped off and picked up the same day. Will be using them *if* I ever need body work again!Service: Body & Trim

Had a shattered windshield and some roof damage on my 2021 BMW X3. Got Mercury Ins to cover the dmg (minus deductible). Bagner at the shop helped me out and was completely awesome. It was effortless working with him. He was straightforward, responded to all my inquiries quickly, and dealt with all the insurance paperwork. Awesome experience, and I'd recommend the shop to anyone. Car looks like new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We worked with Mark to have my daughter's car fixed after seven years of accumulated scuffs and scrapes and then finally two car doors that were vandalized. The insurance company covered the vandalism damage, but we handled the rest. Glendale AB worked with the insurance company, and Mark worked with us by providing several options for the extent of the repairs we wanted for fixing the scuffs and scrapes. The cost seemed very reasonable. More importantly, the structural and visual results are terrific. We would highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Glendale auto body to get a quote on a minor repair for my Toyota Prius. Marc V. Gave me a quote and followed through on his word and then some!! Excellent customer service! It s not often that you find upstanding people in business these days! I would take my car there again in a heartbeat! Obviously it s a body shop and I hopefully won t have to, but if I did need there services I would go!!

They were able to take care of my tire problem well Costco when touch it. they also gave me a 3-year guarantee and all the tires that's good around the u.s. and they honor it.

This shop is first class. They made my 17 year old Mercedes look new again. If you just want Bondo and don't care about your car, go somewhere else.

These guys are awesome. I've been a claims adjuster for 13 years and this is the only place I will take my car for body work. They done great work for me on my own cars.

Very professional service, very courteous service writer , Mark is the owner and is very concerned that you leave the body shop very happy , Mr Boegner is not happy until you are happy, customers always come first above anything else .
