They held up to their name, 5 stars for this review.They scheduled me next day. The work was done in a timely manner while I waited. And most importantly it rained days after install and no leaks.They gave me a range of options when choosing replacement glass, something other shops were downright hostile over when asking about what brand was being used.

Five Star Auto Glass came to my rescue again. I used them last year when I got a rock chip on my windshield and Alex patch it up. This time I reach out to another company that comes to you but he was a no show so I went back to a company I know does great work. Eric was my installer this time and he did a great job. Every tech is different so I shouldn't judge what they do differently as long as they fix the problem. I paid cash for the service but they also take credit card too. The whole process only took about 15 minutes for everything to be completed. I was happy with how it came out and I'll be sure to stick to you guys next time. Hopefully you'll have the mobile service again.

Great place and great customer service. They only use 3m products and comes with a lifetime warranty. I have brought all of my vehicles here to get them tinted and will continue to only bring future ones here.

I was here tinting my new Honda Accord back in 2019. They did excellent job. Fast and high quality. After the job was done, they gave a warranty card, said they will fix any problems if there are any, but after 2 years of everyday use everything is great. Paid 250 for all windows and sunroof. They use 3M high quality tinting film! I recommend this place to my friend today.

Very pleased with the work and pricing here for auto glass. Windshield replacement costs are basically internet pricing, and tint options are very reasonable. Using quality 3M products. Saved about 500 dollars off OEM Mazda windshield. Very quick install too. Brick and mortar is nice when so many are mobile only and then disappear! Would recommend this spot without a doubt.

My car has 2600 miles on it... They scratched my paint and dashboard badly. Tint film had debris and tons of air bubbles behind it and they had to redo it twice, the third time I came back I had them remove it. Looks like a cut mark from a razor on my dash and someone's belt buckle ruined the paint on my hood down to the metal in some placea. Never again... People behind the desk are wonderful. Installers are reckless.

Professional work, great prices, and wonderful service! As this is the second car that I ve brought to Five Star Auto Glass, I knew that I could expect an awesome quality job on the tinting and great customer care. As with my other car, Alex (the owner) took the time to review different tinting options; and, then, a short time later, the job was completed and my windows looked great. Overall, Five Star Auto does a superb job and is definitely the place to go for window tinting!

My first time with this company. Edith was very helpful and nice. They were able to replace the front shield of my Mustang in just a few days at a time convient for me. Great value! I called yesterday to ask for a window repair. Not even 24 hours after, my window is perfectly fixed. 10 stars to this company. I could not be happier with their service. They came to straight house to fix it. Very very affordable. The man who came to my house was beyond professional. Thank you so much David you rock!!! He did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place.

I based my choice on windshield replacement on the reviews I read on my Google search. Five Star Auto Glass did the job perfectly. To my surprise they came to my house to do the repair. They have a mobile unit as well that they use when they have the client s address. I suggest checking with them to see what fits best for you, to go in or to have the mobile unit come to you. For me it made my day. I work from home a lot, so while my windshield was getting replaced I got some work done. The technicians were very friendly and professional, but more importantly, they were very courteous to my car, making sure they didnt damage the paint or interior while conducting the repair. The job took a little less than half an hour and the price they quoted was what I paid. Very efficient and honest company. I recommend them highly.

The name says it all - from the time I called to make an appointment, to the time we brought our cars in everything was excellent. Originally I called to bring my car in only - but I was so impressed with the service we decided to take both our cars in. Very fair pricing, extremely high quality work and the most friendly employees. If you're looking for a great place to get window tint done, you've found it!

Fast and affordable!! They have replaced my rear windshield and passengers window in my 2006 ML350 with correct tint colors. In and out within the hour!!

Just called these guys up to see if they could repair my broken driver side car window mechanism, which I'd attempted to fix myself to no avail and was told that it might cost me $155 with parts they'd need to order + labor, which is less than I expected to begin with. They were able to see me right away for an evaluation and after about 30 min they informed me that they were able to fix it for just the cost of labor ($65)! So, after initially placing the call, I was able to get a job that might have cost $250 or more and several days of waiting (at least), done an hour or 2 later for $65! Not too shabby! These guys were definitely up front, helpful & courteous. I'd definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely terrible.Admittedly, I was not there to have my car serviced.My car battery died while parked on the street right next to the shop.I asked if they have a jump box/cables.The guy just said "No I don't have" and walked away.During my short time here, I saw that the shop is terribly dirty and disorganized as well. Having run a shop of my own in the past, I can assure potential customers that this is not a good sign. I would advise to stay clear.

Longtime family owned business. From the initial call to the last handshake I was treated very kindly. I met with alex there and he installed the window tint for my mercedes. Very nice guy. I am very pleased with the window tinting and the price. No tagged on extra fees. I would recommend it to anyone.

I left my Model 3 here for the day and came back to a beautiful tint job. It was like looking at an even newer car than before. I can't tell you how slick this car is with tinted windows, but these guys know what they're doing and if I ever get another car, I'm coming back here.

Great Service and reasonable prices. I got same day service and they came to my work to install it at no extra cost. Other quotes I got wanted to charge me extra for mobile service.. Definitely 5 star service.
