Amazing seeing service! I came for a brake change because the dealership said I needed to change them and they want to charge me over 800 dollars. I stopped by Firestone and vic did an inspection and the brakes had many more miles left before needing changing. He also found two nails in the same tire that the Volkswagen dealership neglected to identify. Vic saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of my time. This will forever be my go to place for brakes and tires. Firestone needs to give Vic an award for an A+ service, his honesty was a breath of fresh air!!

Stopped by location for a fix to a flat tire. The service was truly great. I received assistance within a few minutes shortly after I arrived. They also carry top notch tires for your vehicle. I would recommend that you stop by for vehicle service and repair or simply to shop for a new set of top notch tires for your ride.

Everyone who works here has always been kind and helpful. I have gone to other auto repair shops in the area, looking for better deals, but Firestone always takes the best care of me and it's made me a loyal customer. On my last visit they went above and beyond, getting me back on the road in an hour having fixed things I hadn't even brought to their attention!

I've been a loyal customer at Firestone for years, taking my car there for various services like oil changes, new tires, brakes, and air conditioner repairs. I'm always impressed with their kindness and thorough explanations. I feel confident and trust them with my vehicle. Their appointment system is convenient, allowing me to drop off my car and receive a call when it's ready. I plan to continue going there for my automotive needs.

This place provides outstanding customer service. This is the place to be whether your looking for a good price on changing tires or repairing a tire that has a nail in it (I ve been here 2 times in the last month!) I recommend this place. They don t push services that don t need to be performed.

Vic is amazing. I always feel like I m in trustworthy hands when I bring my car there and he is working. He makes great recommendations without at all being pushy and has discovered issues with my car I didn t even realize were there. I can always get a same day appt.

Since moving to LA, I've come to Firestone Auto for all of my oil changes. The staff (especially Vic) has been friendly, kind, and very professional every time. An extra bonus is that they always have coupons available! A very big thanks to Chris who helped me with an oil change late in the evening and was able to get my car back to me very quickly. Wonderful as always! I would highly recommend this location.

Great place. Usually I always feel like I amgetting scammed when I go to a mechanic/car place. Scheduled me appointment online for the same day, got exactly what I wanted for the rate I saw online. Altogether it took a bit more than one hour to have all 4 tires changed and realigned. Fast service, very satisfied.

I'm a bit delayed in writing this 5/5-star review for Bridgestone/Firestone but I wanted to express how terrific Vic and his team were in replacing my front axle/brake pads and rotors. I called on December 22 in the evening because I'd noticed a lot of grinding/squeaking noise in my car and difficulty breaking downhill (soft). We were driving out of town that Saturday early afternoon for the holidays and I wasn't confident the car could handle it. Vic made an appointment for Saturday 7 a.m., took a look at what was needed and gave me an estimate, and the repairs were done by 8:30 a.m. He showed me the worn rotors -- and told me that because my car is older (2005 Mercedes C240 w/AWD and 4matic) that he had to call his supply/parts contact to get a special kind of rotor delivered quickly. When it arrived, it was not the correct one for the 4matic - but Vic worked his magic and secured the right model. I paid $800 total (including an online coupon for $50). The space/waiting area/store is clean, easy parking. Vic's demeanor, professionalism, kind attitude, and that of his team speaks volumes about this place. We were able to drive to our weekend/holiday with no issues (thank you, Vic and team!) - and I would easily go back to Vic's/Bridgestone for future service.

Had my oil changed twice.. both times made my car leak puddles of oil right after. The first time made my car stop while on the road (good thing I managed to quickly park on a side-street). Had a different car mechanic check and turns out the drain plug was not tightened. Figured it was an honest mistake and went back to the same firestone on the next visit. Car was driving perfectly fine until after the oil change making it leak again I went back to the store, waited a couple of hours and they told me everything was okay. Went back home only to find the oil dripping again. Had to bring it to a trusted mechanic who found the oil filter was not installed properly.I ended up spending more time and money than I should for a simple oil change.. save yourself and go to a different location for this car service.Service: Oil change

Firestone is my favorite store. I used to go to 18th and LA Cienga but always had long waits. Firestone in Glendale on Brand has never failed to honor appointment times and I must save all staff are so friendly and pleasant.

I have been using Firestone for over 20 years. The quality of service at most stations has gone down to a 1-star or a 2-star at best. I started coming to this particular station about 2 years ago and it is run very well. The gents in the showroom are professional and polite. My experience is they do not try to sell you things you do not need here. If I need a tire replaced, they will special order my tire for me since it is not Bridgestone brand on my cars. Mostly, I get my alignment updated and my tries rotated/balanced every six months. They do a great job and when I drive on the freeway I barely even need to hold the steering wheel it drives so perfect. I guess my only annoyance is that even with an appointment you need to wait a very long time sometimes - didn't used to be like this

They charged me $142 for an oil change for my Lexus ES350. Lexus dealers typically charge about $100 -120 for an oil change. They also wash and vacuum the car. I was hoping to save a few bucks. But ended up paying more for an inferior service. Next time, I will check before handing over keys.Update on 10/11: Bryan from Bridgestone followed up immediately and the store manager called later to discuss. At this point there isn t anything I was expecting back from them, so the matter is considered closed.They do get kudos for their prompt follow up and attempt to resolve the issue. So I will upgrade the rating.Service: Oil change

Did not like the service at first and dreaded my second visit here. I am surprised the service improved and person attending was very patient. Also, took extra time to explain tire issues and what is covered and not covered.I have a visceral dislike for Run Flat tires. Compared to regular tires it cost too much on most of them cannot be patched. Next time, replacing all of them to regular tires.

I've been here a few times now, everyone that has helped me has been great. Calling ahead is the easiest way to get in and out quickly. Carlos at the front counter is really helpful. I felt the techs and management were very transparent. I walked in close to closing one day and they couldn t take my car at that time. As a courtesy the supervisor test drove my car around the block and gave me some ideas of what could be wrong. I scheduled for the next day. Aster drop off They called me and walked me through the inspection results. They also let me know cost and waited for me to call back with authorization. Overall the process was smooth and communicative

Firestone in Glendale has always been my go to for oil changes, tire rotation and more. Vic the Mgr is an awesome person. Firestone is always busy, but if you make an apt., they get it down quickly. I highly recommend Firestone in Glendale.

Don't waste your time here! booked an appointment to install 4 tires at 8am, did not touch the car till 10:30, and one tire ended up having a leak. Called the next day, was told to come in by Chris, went in and waited 20 min in a line of 2 people, an hour and 45 minutes later no one looked at the car, I tried to talk to service rep again, had to wait 20 minutes in line for him to charge a customer for a flat repair, and then was told he is too busy and cannot take care of what they did wrong the day before and tried to blame it on Chris who was off at this time. Employees seemed very unhappy and seemingly had no care.

Great customer service! Very friendly and efficient at their jobs.They helped me very thoroughly with all of my questions and even told me about coupons that were available for much cheaper pricing!Got an oil change, new tires, lifetime alignment, and probably a couple of other things done in only a few hours! Aram and the guys were helpful. this branch has a free tire inspection and they were able to check why the light came on. since i was driving from Vegas it will be stressful if there are problems with lights after driving four and a half hours. Aram just checked tire pressure and was able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. thank you. NService: Tires
