Still my go to, only mechanic, honest, car fixing place.2023, 4 years after my original post. Alfred and Confidence Auto just keeps getting better. You are missing out if you're not bringing your vehicle here. I have been coming here for at least 20 years? Is that even possible? I suppose it is when you have CONFIDENCE and find someone honest and dependable. I have never been let down. Alfred is the best!! Everything is explained to me and I leave there feeling good and my car running great!!

This is the best car service/repair shop I have ever been to! The workmanship is always the best, the mechanics very friendly, the prices always good, and they really care about you and your vehicle! The manager, Alfred, runs a good crew and he s on top of everything. Very service oriented.

I have never been able to put the words in one sentence regarding a mechanic of honesty and integrity. Alfred and his whole team are above and beyond the best! He genuinely and truly cares about his customers and our needs. I'm grateful for the referral that we receive to him and we go to no one else!!

Alfred and Albert have been taking care of my vehicles for over 20 years. This company is fair, skilled and always ready to help. I have always received fast and comprehensive care from them....they've worked on 8 vehicles owned by myself, my husband and my daughter. They also have an auto body shop in a different location. I've had body work done there and it's been high quality and has lated many years. Highly recommend this company.

Our family has been getting excellent service at Confidence for years! Alfred and his staff are "can do" people, always saying "yes" and doing the work quickly and superbly. Alfred is an example of how all service people should be. He is a total professional, friendly, accommodating and sensitive to your financial situation, but most of all competent and true to his word. We are so grateful to have confidence be our go-to place for all auto issues and tune-ups.

I have been coming to Alfred for years. He has always taken care of me with every problem I bring him. I refer him to all my family and friends! He has the best prices around, he's courteous, polite and helps you fix all your car problems! Wouldn't bring my car to anyone else!!

Car broke down on the freeway far from home. Looked and chose this place based on customer reviews despite being referred to other mechanics recommended by my insurance conpany. Was glad I did.They replaced an alternator belt that another mechanic had replaced just 4 months back for a super reasonable price, and recharged my battery and topped off all my fluids for free. The owner of this shop is not in it for a one time price gouge of an unsuspecting customer, but is instead in it for the long haul, and for repeat/referral business. Glad to share and recommend to others. Honest and reasonable. Wish him the best...

A good friend recommended Alfred the owner of Confidence Auto. I can truly say Alfred is a very good guy & honest & his team does excellent work. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have been going to Confidence Auto for a long time. I live in Valencia and I still drive all the way to La Crescenta anytime I need my car worked on including something as simple as an oil change. Honest and hard working. The peace of mind is more than worth it. !!!!!

We picked up a couple screws in our tires on the freeway. We barely made it into the parking lot before we were on the rims. We had both tours fixed and back on the road in no time at all. Great service, very friendly!

Very honest and ethical mechanic.I was given a quote on replacing both catalytic converters on our school van that turned out to be $600 under bid due to a change in the laws regarding after market converters, even though they lost money on this job they honored the quote anyway.
