Excellent service. Excellent work. The staff there is so good at customer service using constant communication to update you. No hidden costs everything is transparent. A friendly and reliable 5 star body shop. Thank you for all your hard work to help with my car.

I recently took my car to CARSTAR Glenoaks for some maintenance on my vehicle, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received!The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. I appreciated their transparency throughout the process, as they provided me with a detailed breakdown of the costs involved before any work began.They went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service they provided, and they even followed up with me after the repairs were completed to make sure everything was running smoothly.Overall, my experience was great and I received my car back spotless. I recommend them to everyone and I m a loyal customer now!

CarStar stayed open past closing time in order for me to have my car towed in and were immediately very helpful and encouraging about the possibility of complete repair after what looked like irreparable damage from the collision. They kept in contact with me every few days to keep me updated on the status of work being done and were able to finish the job 10 days ahead of the estimated date of completion! I would recommend their service highly to anyone who asked.

Called to make an appointment the same week, quick great people, Vartan was really helpful and quick, had my car ready in less than two weeks, car came out looking great, would definitely recommend anyone coming to check them out

I took my challenger here and the staff was very helpful and polite. They walked me through whole collision process and was patient with me when I had any questions. They did a great job with my repairs and kept me informed how long it would take for repairs to be done and finished the job quickly and efficiently. If I ever get into another accident again or know someone who has I will probably recommend this place or come back here.

Carstar in Glendale is simply the best. They are on it from start to finish! They really are careful to diagnose the problem correctly, meet their timelines, keep in great communication with the customer, and go above and beyond to help the customer with any unforeseen details etc.. Robert ( owner ) and Maria ( office admin ) could not be nicer or more helpful!

Fast and honest service! BMW 3-series needed major repairs after an accident and Glenoaks Auto Body fixed it like new. This is a large operation with lots of staff/mechanics. They worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure every single thing was fixed and done right. I was kept updated throughout the process and even got my car back earlier than anticipated. Would definitely use them again.

The car accident that happened to me was frustrating, but I had a pleasant experience with the collision center. Kind staff and the manager, with a sense of humor. They were professional for the repair job. The manager was knowledgeable about what needs to be done. I was got updated as soon as the repair works are done. Very pleased with the service at Glenoaks Collision. Due to a recent accident, my car was not drivable, and right away, they sent the tow truck guy to pick up my SUV, which gave me a sense of relief for the fact that sweep cleaning passes by The ladies at the front desk Norma and Ingrid always answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge and in a timely manner. To my surprise, my SUV was ready sooner than what I expected, and for that, i am great full. To all my friends and family and anyone reading my review, definitely choose Glenoaks Collision. If you were involved in any car accident, don't waste your time else where. They are the BEST in the San Fernando Valley. Norma you ARE the Best in the WEST!!

I had front end damage due to an accident and my friends referred me to Glendale collision center. I am extremely satisfied with their work. They did an excellent job fixing the damages with amazing service. I highly recommend for anyone that needs body repairs!!

I had my catalytic converter stolen from my car and took my car to Glenoaks for a replacement. They kept me informed every step of the way, updating me on when they received the part and when the car would be ready in advance. They even set up a complimentary tow since my part would take 1-2 months to arrive. Not only that but my car was very clean when I picked it up, something I m not used to from mechanics/body shops. Overall, the whole team made a frustrating situation a lot easier to deal with. Highly recommend!
