Terrible,not organized I come for first oil change service we are waiting for 30 mins with 7more people (with appointment)just to be attended and all the employees joking and playing around and nobody helps ,I see a dissatisfied client discussing with the employee about the service made to his car other about the 3 hrs wait for a oil change ,last time I come to check a malfunction on my car and they say to come back on a hr after 5 hrs waiting they told me everything was ok and was a normal thing that my back door opens by itself on movement I don t know if this place is trustworthy but I have to bring it here for warranty purposes but is a pain to come here and you are tide up I wish I can go somewhere else

Where do I start that was the best car buying experiance I have ever had....Phillip and james and assem were AMAZING....I left there with a brand new kia seltos and no pressure...I recommend them highly ...thank you again

The service department took care of me after some unfortunate communication. They made a situation right and made sure I was happy.I also bought my car here and was happy with the process.

Had a scheduled routine oil change and service. Arrived to 7 employees nearby in the service bay yet stood by my car for 5 minutes wondering if I was invisible before someone greeted me. Estimated time 90 min, took 2.5 hrs, then 20 minutes more for my car to be pulled up after I paid because it was somehow off lot. Big sign in service bay congratulating themselves for how much work they did in a month. Do less and do it better. Shouldn t take over 3 hours of my day for a scheduled oil change.

In general I would say to stay as far away from Car Pros as possible. I bought my car there a few years back and I keep going to their services department because I have life time oil change but their service is horrible.I have never had a good experience. Things always take longer than they say. They often don't answer the phone. I wish I wouldn't have even gotten my car there. It was my first time purchasing a car new and they straight up got me - I should have walked away but they where pushy and I got panicked (so that is on me). But as I said I wish I would have given my money to someone else.

I made an appointment to get my car fixed, when I came they told me they don't do that type of work on this week day so I had to come the next day. I wish I was notified about this before making the timeand driving hereThe next day I dropped off my car and they gave me an estimate of 2-3 hours, after 4,5 hrs I came back and all i got was "It will be done before closing time" I wish they would give an accurate estimate so I can plan my day accordingly and not to waste my time

This is the 2nd time I been here and I am telling you I rather drive down to Huntington Beach please don't go to DO SERVICE they will say notting wrong and when u go somewhere else they say different.

Waiting time for fixing AC on Niro EV is 1.5 month. And after that they brought extremely dirty car and nobody even said sorry for waiting time.PS no loaner car, no rental one

I've had nothing but good experiences with Kia, but not this Glendale Kia. Customer Service from the beginning to the end was not good. Already having hardship of my car being damaged on week of christmas, in a city away from home. Then the service being completely unpleasant.

This place and this people contractor not a real kia service. Really worst services only trying to charge extras fees making excuses.Im satisfying kia cars but i hate this kia glendale car pro service contractor.Will report to Kia usa headquarters.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
