Stay away! Take your money and business somewhere else.They will lie through their teeth.Worst service department and dealer you can ever get involved with.They cheat and defraud you .Another KIA dealer revealed that Glendale KIA Car Pros did not perform work that they said on paper was done.But Glendale KIA Car Pros did bill Corporate KIA for the service they did not do. They got paid for the service and no other KIA dealer would do a warranty covered service because they will not get paid by Corporate KIA.When their actions were uncovered they had no shame and offered to do the job that they told me a month before was done.I waited 4 hours the first time for nothing.Also, 1 month after I bought the car the low fluid warning lit up.What?! I bought the car with 10 miles on it.I trusted that all fluids were topped off.Nope !I opened the hood and besides the engine being filled with dirt (they have many cars parked on a dirt lot about 1/2 a mile from their dealership) the fluids were low.Look at the pictures, how can all the fluids be at that minimal level only 1 month after purchase and with less than 1,000 miles.Don t fall into their trap!No matter how good the deal on that car looks or what they say on paper, you will lose time , money and trust.Stay away from KIA Scam Pros.

I recently purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid at Kia Car Pros in Glendale. I searched the inventory of many Kia dealers looking for this specific brand and model, and the one I found with the most certified pre-owned options was Car Pros Glendale.My manager mentioned that he had purchased a Kia for his parents there and recommended the representative they had dealt with. However, she was no longer working at the dealership, but she recommended Omar Hassenein.I met Omar that same day and immediately asked for a certified pre-owned Sportage Hybrid. While he was walking to the main office, I spotted the car I had been searching for so diligently.My eyes were fixated on this car; I asked Omar for the price, and it fell right within the range I needed. I requested a test drive, and within a minute, I was on the road testing the car.I loved the smooth feel of the car, the impressive interior, the color that matched what my wife and I were looking for, and the best part of all was that it only had 6,800 miles. I couldn't believe it! This was my car, and I knew it, so I asked Omar about the next steps.I had considered buying my car online to avoid the lengthy negotiation process with a sales manager, as I don't like being pressured to buy something I don't want or need.I appreciated the fact that throughout the entire process, Omar was not pushy. His demeanor was always calm and assertive, and he responded to all my questions with straightforward answers.I never felt that he or his manager, who also assisted me, were the stereotypical car salespeople. Omar and his manager also gave me space when I needed to make phone calls to two different friends who were advising me on different options, and I really appreciated that.When I finally decided to move forward, I signed all the paperwork with Sam. He was also a very friendly and genuine person, explained all the terms and contracts, and was very straightforward with all his answers.The next day, I returned to the dealership with my wife to finalize the terms. I met with Sam again, and it was another great experience. There was just one little bump on the hood of the car, which I showed to Omar and his manager before buying the car, and they assured me they would take care of it this week.I haven't written many reviews online, but buying a car is something special that you normally do once every so many years, or sometimes once in a decade or more. So, in this case, I felt that the team at Kia Car Pros really treated me well. I highly recommend Omar Hassenein and Sam!

Although numbers aren t in my favor, Scott over at car pros was nothing but pleasant while allowing me to take the EV6 for a spin and answering my questions. Will continue to work with my broker and wait out for the right terms. Appreciate this dealer for always being super cool with the whole process.

I highly recommend Car Pros Kia Glendale for your next car purchase. I just got a blue Sportage 2024, and driving it is an entirely heavenly experience. It is my second car with them, and they always take care of me. Everyone is friendly and very professional at the dealership. They have fun and lively music. I was helped by an incredible trio team that made my experience pleasant. Asem, Karim Faoor, and Alan Chavez. These gentlemen are outstanding. If you need a car ask for Karim and Alan they will go above and beyond to help you with your dream car!

Shout out to the Car Pros Kia Glendale team. Nobody likes car shopping! But if every experience was like this (and if i had more money) I would do it more often. The staff was attentive from the jump. Assem one of the Sales Managers came out and greeted us immediately. He hooked us up with Inzira who provided exceptional customer service. There was no upselling, in fact they wanted to cater the deal to my specifications and budget as best as possible. Sam the finance guy was amazing, he explained every detail of the Docs that we were signing and got us out of there feeling well taken care of and not taken advantage of. Thank you so much Car Pros KIA Glendale.Wait...... Can't forget about Mohamed the GM for putting this team together and also helping to get this deal done.

It's been more than 3 months and I did not realize how much I am in love with my car.Most importantly the amazing experience I had with James. He took his time to show me my options and explained any question or concern I had regarding my car. Let alone have me test drive my options. It was wonderful experience.In the end, I stuck with what I love and couldn't resist not getting the upgraded Kia Soul 2024! For the price and quality you get, I cannot wait for the next upgrade 5 years from now. I definitely I will be returning to James specifically and the wonderful team around.Thank you James for your amazing customer service, Aj for recommending to upgrade, and Sam and Fred for your support throughout the process. I bought a car from Car Pros recently. Adolfo met me in the lot and helped me figure out what car would be best suited for me. I bought the car and drove off with it in 4 hours. Adolfo was very patient and kind from beginning to end. I met with various other people inside Car Pros to fill out the paperwork. The only two things that were a challenge were that the music inside the dealership is way too loud. It was like a club! I couldn't hear the very important information that was being given to me, opting to go into a quieter office. The other challenging thing was that the two main people that I dealt with spoke very fast. This is a big expense, a big commitment and I asked them repeatedly to stop talking so fast. Besides those two issues, it was a seamless process and I'm grateful to everyone that helped me.

I just bought the most beautiful blue Kia Seltos there on Saturday. The salespeople Joe and Brayden were amazing and Assam (Awesome) was awesome! They actually made car buying fun. Brayden stayed late to show me all the bells and whistles on the car walk me through what every button does. They're incredibly nice there!

Amazing sales team ignores my calls and texts for post-sales questions of missing parts and accessories.Scott Rhodes shutted me out after the sales.The experience was reflected on the survey.Don t send me emails to give you 5-stars on your survey, Scott. 1 star is not even worth it.Update:Dealer was able to get the missing parts after this review got their attention. Sales manager stated that my requests were not answered as sales person is busy. He also asked me to remove the review and I refused.Also please check the car before signing any documents. They made me sign document that the car has 20 miles but actually had 50 miles on it. Sales manager said it may have been clerical error .

I haven't bought a car here yet, but my experience of test driving and talking with the salesperson, Omar, and his boss, was different than the usual buying-a-car experience. They were very accommodating and never pushy at all. They didn't try to sell me the car I liked but gave me all the information I needed to do that. I will be going back there as soon as I make a decision.

My journey with Glendale Kia was a rollercoaster of a couple of a highs and too many lows. I am happy with my car, but frustrated with the process. Here's a breakdown of my experience:What Went Well: (kind of)- Email communication: From the onset, I was impressed by the prompt and reassuring email communication. It was clear to me that Glendale Kia was committed to ensuring a satisfying experience. (unfortunately their reassurance was not followed)- Personal touch during our meeting: I had the pleasure of working with Inzira. Our discussions and the test drive were particularly enjoyable. Your ability to add a personal touch and your easygoing nature made it easy to communicate with you. It's evident you're skilled in your role, and I'm glad to have worked with you.- Vehicle selection: The car itself met all my expectations, and I appreciate that your dealership prioritized my interest in it, especially after my previous experiences of losing out on vehicles.Areas for improvement:- Multiple points of contact: At one stage, I found myself corresponding with five different team members, receiving varied responses. This made the process somewhat confusing and less streamlined than it could have been. Please get on the same page.- Scheduling and communication: Despite having an appointment, I experienced a significant delay upon arrival due to a lack of communication about my presence, which was disappointing. I was scheduled for 1:30pm, was told to sit at a table as someone was getting the staff to work with me. After 50 minutes of waiting, I was emailed by their staff asking when I would be coming into the dealership. Time is important to people!- Vehicle condition: The Carfax report indicated that the vehicle had been detailed and inspected on 2/15/24. However, upon my visit on 2/29/24, the car was not on-site, was extremely dirty, and contained the previous owner's trash and belongings, contradicting the report's claims. My conclusion is this carfax was falsified. (RED FLAG)- Post-purchase cleanliness: After purchasing the vehicle and transferring my belongings, I discovered the car was still in a poor state of cleanliness. The following day there was a noticeable odor and leftover trash and food from the previous owner. The back pockets in the seats were full of used napkins, baby wipes, and toddler shoes and clothes. The middle console had a custom cutout covering the bottom. After pulling that out, there was more trash and old food. This necessitated an additional $200 detailing service to rectify. When making a big purchase, please do what you advertise. At the very least, tell the client that you need more time to prepare the car.-After bringing it to my mechanic, I was told some fluids had not been replaced, particularly the coolant fluid.-Processing of Trade-in Paperwork: After trading in my previous car, the paperwork took over a month to process. This delay resulted in harassment from my previous loan holder for missed payments, potentially affecting my credit score.-Lack of Response to Emails: My emails regarding my finance company were ignored, leaving me in the dark until a month later when I finally received a letter about my car buying assistance.**Conclusion:**While my experience with my Glendale Kia staff member Inzira was pleasurable and I am happy with my car, there are several areas require significant improvement. I have to be honest that if I had to go through this process again, I would avoid this dealership. The unfortunate truth (like most dealerships) is they only care about the bottom line. It seems obvious, the better the experience, the better the reviews and more business your company would receive.

Of the 20 KIA Dealerships in SoCal, Car Pros in Glendale was the only one that still had some 2022 SOUL TURBO models in their inventory.I was able to choose one that was wearing Gravity Gray paint..it also shows the added blue metallics in the sunlight.With all of the changes made to the 2023 SOUL model lineup , the discontinuation of the 1.6 L Turbocharged engine and the 7 speed Dual Clutch transmission shouldn t have been one of them!

Went in on Saturday looking for a car and walked out with a brand new Kia K5. Pacino was amazing, funny, & honestly easy going. He had assistance from Joseph who really did all he could to keep me close enough to my budget which I really appreciate. The guys here are all fantastic and my car runs beautifully. Also, it came with 390mi of gas so I definitely won! Thank you guys so much.

This is most dishonest dealership I have encountered while searching for an EV6. On their website they are posting a discount of 10% below MSRP, other dealers are giving a 5% discount so I contacted them. But in the quote I got from them they added $4000 worth of questionable accessories negating almost the whole discount they are offering. When I contacted them they said that unfortunately that's how dealership work lol

Mr. Assem, Jack M., Joe G., and Oscar earned my business. They were knowledgeable, respectful, professional and friendly. I spent about four hours at this branch test driving, asking questions and negotiating. Never once did the team break character. Time flew by, and the atmosphere of the branch was positive.Only constructive criticism and the reason Kia of Glendale didn t earn five stars: vehicles were weathered and needed to be detailed inside and out.I highly recommend Car Pros Kia of Glendale!

Never come to this dealership! ! ! ! ! They run my credit 20 times! ! ! ! They didn t even tell me that when they learned that I am first time buyer. they started their tricks and deceptions, dishonest sales, trying to sell me an expensive used car for a ridiculous price, and the sales even said 20% interest, Not too bad." I couldn't believe he could say such a thing. My credit went from 735 to 668, which completely destroyed my credit. Now I work in a car dealership, and I realized how unprofessional and their behavior was. How disgusting!

Went down to the Kia dealership to find my next vehicle. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Test drove two vehicles. Everyone was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Never felt like I was being pressured or that I was getting a bad deal. Adolfo Botello was awesome! Really did all he could to help me make a sound and informed decision. Joseph Farhat was amazing at working with the needs of the customer. I plan to go back again when purchasing my next SUV.

This dealership has the worst customer service ever. KIA Glendale isn t the only dealership that I ve worked with but by far they have the worst customer care service. They have rules that half of the workers and managers are aware. I ve tried to sale my car on my military leave and while my schedule was so tight they killed my days by going back and forth. One person says because car had an accident service department should take a look come back on another day, another day I went there they are telling my sales department manager should take a look, and while I m telling them they told me yesterday that service department should check the car they said no we don t have that policy.Tony Avedisian manager of used cars sales department, is a very rude person. For 2 days he didn t bother himself with coming and talking to us at all. And today when I called to talk to used car sales department manager he hung up the phone on me. And when I came to dealership he didn t come and talk and sent someone to tell me I m mistaken and he didn t hang up. The whole time he didn t bother himself to talk to me as a person at all and he was keep sending others and when I asked for him he walked to my table and said what do you want ma am without even saying hi. He exactly said what do you want ma am. And after I asked for his name he said KIA doesn t have such a customer service department to complain about our service to. While I m stressed and lost all my days to this dealership they found out my situation so funny that they were laughing together.I called the customer service, KIA actually do have a customer service department and I complained, but my time won t come back.KIA Glendale, specially Tony thank you for making my end of the year so special!!!!!To respond to your comment:Hello, on that day I ve waited more than an hour to speak with him. After a long wait he was as disrespectful as his other employees and he didn t bother himself to do any accommodationsAll he didn t even wanted to talk to me privately in his roomTherefore he said if you we asking for $500 I d give you, just for your service(I m in military) and I told him I m leaving the next day and I don t have time to take to another location. Very disappointed with the customer service provided by this dealership. I took my vehicle in for repair twice in January for the same mechanical issue. The second time around, I was told I would be provided with a rental under my warranty and would be reimbursed for the charges, however, I never received anything.I've attempted to speak with someone at Car Pros Kia for over a month regarding the issue with no success. I also asked to speak with a customer relations manager and was told that the he was unavailable, but that the message would be relayed and someone would get back to me soon, again, no one ever did. Both Kia Corporate and I have made multiple phone calls trying to get in contact with someone who can resolve the issue, and have not been able to.This situation has been extremely frustrating as I have a balance of over $800 on my personal credit card, and have not received the reimbursement Car Pros Kia owes me.I have emailed the general manager, Mohamed Kharboush, in hopes of bringing light to this matter and getting a response soon.

We have bought 3 cars at this location. The second car we bought we negotiated the deal before we came in, then when we showed up to sign paperwork they said we had to pay more. We left, then they called us back, apologized and then promised 2 free oil changes. Then the third car we made the deal with sales and in the finance office they added extra fees so we had to be there an extra hour to get the paperwork right to honor the deal we originally made. They promised 2 free oil changes again, but this time wouldn't honor them when we brought the car in for service. They try to cheat black people and not keep their word. I will not buy a fourth car from them. We have top tier credit and put half the money down for the car when we purchased the vehicle. Do not trust what they say. They will try to cheat you.

I connected with the dealership over the phone. Within minutes, Karim texted me an awesome deal on the exact car I wanted. I went to visit the dealership with my child (oy) and they understood that I didn't have all day to spend there. They expedited all aspects of the sale (no pressure AT ALL on their end). I saw the car. Loved the car. Signed the deal. They also took in my old lease (Toyota Highlander) sight unseen with no hesitation. Karim delivered the car with a full tank of gas to my home later that day. It was a flawless experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a KIA.

Not a good buying experience here. The manager sold the car I was going to get - after we worked the deal - to another person. I was on my way to get there (I needed to catch a ride from LA). I told them to send me papers or whatever to seal the deal. But I got slightly better deal somewhere else, so I guess it worked for the better. Buying a Tesla is so much easier than this nonsense.

Bought a brand new 2023 Forte last year, no issues with the car until mid January this year. Brought it into service and they told me it needed a repair not covered under warranty and would cost almost half of the cars value. They also stored my vehicle somewhere without my consent and I m sure are gonna try to charge me with storing fees, the person working didn t even know where it was stored. I m a two time car buyer at this dealership, extremely frustrated and waiting for things to be made right.
