Very unprofessional. They act like they can't do anything for you. Come up with no solutions, then drive off like its your fault. Absolutely no help at all and rude. Do not recommend.

I love CarGeeks. We've used them twice now. The first time was a couple years back for a new RAV4. It was such a stress-free experience that when we were in the market for another car, it was a no brainer to go through CarGeeks again.Back in October, I texted my favorite broker, James, with all the specs- this specific color, fully loaded, hybrid, AWD and I didn't want to pay over a certain amount a month. He got back to me within two hours- TWO HOURS- and said, "Hey, I got your car."That was freaking amazing. I had already done the search myself and none of the three surrounding dealerships had the color I wanted. I filled out the app online and the next day CarGeeks rolled up to my residence with my brand new vehicle.I didn't have to step foot into a dealership. There were no mind games about price, no haggling, no wasting a minute of my life dealing with sleazy car salespeople. Just James and his efficiency and professionalism. I had a check for the down payment and it was a done deal.On top of that, James saved me over $4000. WHAT?! I know. Sounds freaking crazy, right? Well, it's not. It's just another typical transaction for CarGeeks. They will save you money, stress and hassle. I've referred friends whom never want to buy cars the typical way again after going through James. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. *TWICE.*

Norvan was very helpful in finding me the right car for a great price! It was a quick process I was able to pick my car up the same week. I recommend giving him a call.
