DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CALSTARI traded a BMW i8 for an EQS 450 ($110,000 car) on 1-7-24. The sales process was total misrepresentation. From the 2 year free charging promises without disclosing the limitations of charging stations to the car continuously malfunctioning and stopping on me, it has been 3 months of nightmare. I called last month to take the car for service, they gave me a service time 2 months out. I only have one car so they expect me to rent a car at my expense until the service time arrives for a loaner. My trade-in was never properly taken out of my name and 3 months later I am getting an impound notice from LA Police showing me still as the registered owner of the car. I keep getting the run-around and they want me to run after doing the DMV work. The salesman Jora Keshishi and General sales Manager Armen Vardanyan have been privy to all the issues and refuse to make any amends to resolve these issues that their dealership and their $100k product have created for me. They keep telling e not to worry, when I am getting an impound notice for a car I don't own.

I had a wonderful buying experience last week with Suzy. After calling in about my interest on one of their vehicles in inventory, Suzy got everything set up for a very expedited process that was incredibly smooth and easy. I greatly enjoyed the buying experience and how seamless it was. Suzy was so helpful and informative educating me about my new car. I am so happy with my new GLE and thankful to Suzy and her team for all their help!

Car buying experience was great, but cancelling warranty? Good luck. I ve been calling 5 days in a row. The lady answers the phone, and transfers me to the finance manager, or finance director, and neither pick up. I leave a voicemail with my name and phone number and I don t get a call back. Don t reply to this Cal Star, just answer the phone, or call me back.

Excellent service, as always! Gilbert was very professional, helpful, and courteous! I got the loaner car in the morning, and a few hours later, I got a phone call from the service advisor that the car was ready to be picked up. I initially considered giving 4 stars due to an early hiccup in the process - the car I was on my way to purchase was sold just minutes before I arrived. However, when the deal fell through, I was able to buy it the next day. Due to this initial disappointment followed by a successful purchase, I felt a 5-star review was well-deserved.The team at the dealership was incredibly accommodating. They were mindful of the inconvenience I experienced and adjusted the terms of my purchase accordingly. They honored CarMax s trade-in value for my old car, which made the transaction seamless and hassle-free. I secured the payments and APR I was hoping for, and an issue with the bumper needing a new clip was promptly acknowledged. They guaranteed a fix once the required part arrives and provided an official document to back their promise.My thanks go out to Karo and Suzy for facilitating the process. When I noticed some rock chips and a scratch after getting the car home, they immediately ordered touch-up paint and assured me these would be taken care of when I bring the car in for the bumper repair. They ve also committed to providing a rental car during the service.What stood out to me about this dealership was their transparency. There were no hidden fees, which I found to be a prevalent issue at other dealerships. Their straightforward and professional approach has won them not just my business, but also my recommendation to friends.In the end, I am absolutely thrilled with my new car and very pleased that everything worked out as it did. This dealership has proven to be both reliable and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

I ve been bringing my SUV to Calstar for years now and time and again they ve always provided excellent service. I love Calstar! They take good care of my SUV whenever I bring it to them. I know it s in good hands. My Service Manager Chung Ngo has always been accommodating, helpful and thorough. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Scheduled my car service for 9:30 am. I was told service A would take 2 hours. My car was not ready until after 4 pm! I had to walk to pick up my daughter from school and also missed an afternoon appointment. My Mercedes app shows my car wasn t worked on until 2:30 .When I picked up my car, the service representative was not even sorry about it. I will likely go to a different Mercedes dealer for service from now on

These people are The worse client service Company you will ever work with. The quality of service and lack of care of client needs makes them the worst company I ve ever dealt with the service manager called Joe Castro needs to be fired from his job and take permanent retirement. He literally asked me if you are not happy with our service take your keys and get out of my office. I have two other people I m working with you buy better vehicles in the hope of service behind the name, this Third Mercedes and this will be my last Mercedes bought due to terrible dealer services.

Service advisor, Noel was highly efficient and very professional. However, scheduling maintenance was difficult and servicing the vehicle was very slow. They need more phone operators, coordinators and mechanics. It would also be helpful to have more loaner vehicles for services that take up most of the day.

I was a customer at one of the other Mercedes Benz service centers and decided to changed my preferred dealer and service center to Calstar Motors today. Couldn t be happier with my decision. Professional, reliable and fast! 5 management + Andy is a great service advisor!

Nothing was fixed or even looked at after keeping the car for more than a month. I know this because they had a blank look when I asked about if the issues were looked at or resolved. The car was not touched for 3 and 1/2 weeks. After multiple calls and messages for updates, I was repeated the same lines as day one. This is a long story but in summary, no resolution! After picking up the car, a new issue has started.

The service team follow his example and provide the finest customer service, surpassing that of any other MBZ dealer in greater Los Angeles. By far the WORST car buying experience I ve ever had. Hamlet Karapetian, who also happens to be the Fleet Manager was my sales person. From the first encounter he was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and has not even an ounce of customer service etiquette or basic manners.He tried to rush me when inspecting the vehicle, spoke on the phone during the entire test-drive angrily making hand gestures to me as to where I should turn, lied about a vehicle I was interested being sold when in reality it was still on the lot, he did not explain any features of the vehicle or how to operate/connect to them, attempted to rush me through the paperwork, when I stated please do not try to rush me, I want to read what I am about to sign he angrily replied, just sign it, you probably won t understand any of it! , when the purchase was finally complete he stated the car had been washed and detailed inside which was another lie there was dust all over the car and stains on the dash, cupholder, and seats. The car s package sheet lists all-season floor mats as being included, get into the car and they are not present. When I mentioned this to Hamlet he argues and says no that s not included . I told him to review the package sheet and he refused. I marched back into Anton the Finance Manager s office and had him verify what I stated and he then filled out an order form so that they could be ordered for me.Anton is the only reason I give 1 star. Anton treated us with respect, he kindly and patiently explained every paper I signed and answered every question my mother and I had. His actions alone although were not enough to salvage this experience. I will never buy from Calstar Motors again and I will make sure all of my friends and family stay far from this dealership!

My husband and I would always go through a broker for a good deal but one day we decided to walk into Mercedes and get an idea for a car we wanted. We could not be more content with the level of professionalism and service we received. We got a great deal without having to deal with broker nonsense. A huge thank you to Aria, Keyhan and Sevan in finance for taking care of us. We couldn't be happier!

Understaffed dealership. This is the second time our new Mercedes-Benz gets broken down before a year of use. After calling to get the car towed in no one gave us a call back to let us know they already had tbe car, we had to call for 2 days to get a loner and after 3 days we were able to get a loner. We left 3 messeges to the service manager and he never called us back to help us get our car checked or a loner faster. Very bad service from that dealership. Also not enough loners for emergency services.
