Clean and nice service area with helpful service advisers specially Sam one of the service managers, but the dealership is lack of technicians to work on the cars I guess they are understaffed.I am glad they have given me a nice loaner car for almost 2 weeks for a simple lighting issue

If I could give zero stars, I would. My brand new car with 800 miles on the clock that I literally had it for three weeks was held hostage by this service department for a mind-boggling month! They did absolutely nothing, zero, zilch and I could see that on the app!!!! Oh, except for lying through their teeth every time I called.The incompetence here is astounding. this was a frustrating experience is an understatement.I was promised updates that never came, and every time I reached out, it was a different excuse. It's as if they had a competition for the most creative lie!Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place is a black hole for cars and customer service.Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Daniel Robles helped me with my vehicle last week and he was just amazing. He explained everything with detail , great costumer service , answered all my questions and he even made extra calls to confirm about the issues and repairs on my car . If you ever go here I 100% recommend to go by him and no one else. He will truly go to the extend for costumers satisfaction . Thank you Daniel!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Noel Stevenson always provides exceptional service. He is not only very professional but highly personable, accommodating pleasant and efficient. There are other Mercedes service centers closer by where we live, but its worth it for us to go all the way to Glendale because we have never been disappointed with quality of service we get from here. My experience with Calstar Motors was extremely Easy and smooth.I always dreamed of driving Mercedes Benz. Planed for it for long time, in term of which year, color and whom I would purchase from?I m from San Diego. I contacted a number of MB dealerships, but unfortunately their response was very unpleasant or some didn t bother to answer my questions.Until I found 2017 E300 CPO from Calstar website! So here is what happened:I emailed them, within minutes one of their dealers Susanna Arutyunyan replied and just by her word, she made me so comfortable. All our conversations about price, deal and car information was done only in one afternoon but most importantly, by email and text message!She gave me the car I want and with price I like. Great interest rate. I drove to Glendale in next two days to sign my papers and of course see the car.All my financial process took less than 20 minutes!Their financial manager is professional and respectful. He explained everything in detail. He did not pressure me to purchase any any extra offers. Took care of all my paperwork in 20 minutes.Bottom line, Calstar motors is truly the best or nothing and above all, they are lucky to have Susanna Arutyunyan! And of course I recommend them for any Mercedes services.Thank you Susanna.

I arrived here at the appointed time, they told me that I needed to leave my car, but in return they cannot give me a car because there are no cars now! They should have called me and reassign an appointment, but this did not happen! Disgusting service!
