I would give this company zero stars if I could.After having a piece of wood shatter my windshield and ding my hood while driving on the freeway, Geico arranged to have recently purchased 2015 white convertible beetle fixed at Caliber Collision.Mind you, my car has had zero previous auto body damage. It was practically brand new. Only had 29k miles. She was spotless.Everything went smoothly until I picked up my car. I IMMEDIATELY noticed there was something dreadfully wrong with my car. Guillermo said "It must've been that way before we got to it, basically gaslighting me like my eyes were playing tricks on me. I'm a woman so you know how this made me feel. He wanted to get me out of there quick without even caring about my concerns.FAST FORWARD .... Geico just approved to have my ENTIRE hood replaced. $6500 dollars worth of ADDITIONAL damage done to my car. Caliber destroyed my hood, didn't even fix the original tiny ding, and then had the audacity to give me an aftermarket windshield.They also refused to give the new auto body shop pictures of the "during" process of fixing my car. Guilty AF. Eli's auto body shop was shocked at their sloppy unprofessional work but not surprised. Apparently Caliber had quite the reputation.I pay the highest car insurance coverage to help preserve my now classic vehicle. They don't make beetles anymore. If you care about the longevity of your car DO NOT GO HERE. This place is GHETTO.Below is the before and after. First photo is the day I brought my car home. This is hands down the best service I've ever gotten with car repairs. After our car was hit, the team at Caliber got us in right away and the car looked amazing when it left their shop. Months later we realized water was coming in during a rain storm. We brought it back and they immediately took the car back and got us in a rental even though it wasn't covered by my insurance. They worked diligently to locate and fix the issue and even detailed our car and filled it up with gas for the inconvenience of having to bring it back in. I wish I could use them for all of my repair needs. I definitely highly recommend this shop.

The entire process was smooth as warm butter. Margo and unfortunately I did not get the other young ladies name or both. Very cordial and professional. My technician Adon completely thorough. And the attendant that helped me when I needed to look for my garage door opener was very polite. I would recommend this location 100%.

this was the nicest and most organized body shop I've dealt with. Everything was on time and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. Very very clean workplace and I really enjoyed the expertise of the man who assessed the damage and really made it very easy situation to Leave my car in their hands for less than two weeks.

On July 5th, when dropping off my car, I had an unpleasant experience with my service tech. They were repairing a hit and run incident with damage to the front driver door and rear driver s side door. They said it was going to take 5 or 6 days to repair, so I questioned the worker as to why it was going to take so long, and he just kept saying, we need the car here. When I said their procedure was hurting me, because I use the car for work, he said they were the heroes who were letting me get back to my business. I understand it wasn t going to take 5 minutes to fix, but they wound up keeping my car for 7 days so I was out of work for a week. The work they did was okay, but the car had some sort of residue on it and my service tech needed to clean it. I found Caliber to be unprofessional, and I think they kept my car longer than necessary.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were professional and kind. They kept me abreast every step of the way and for all the work new hood tire mirror bumper 185 parts replaced. My car is perfect. The paint is perfect. Adon and his team of mechanics were wonderful. A puppet of insurance companies so they can lowball your estimate. Don't go here for a preliminary estimate or "inspection", you'd better take detailed photos and upload to you insurer's portal yourself.I was told by GEICO to come here for an "inspection", what Caliber did was merely taking photos, which, like I've said, you can do it yourself. I mentioned a lot of damage resulted form the accident like snapped wheel liner, torn hoses. These external damages are clearly visible and, require replacement parts unless your plan is to glue them back. Yet ended up with none of these covered in my first estimate.I was also told that the shop would be unable to properly repair my car so I still need to take it to an "indy" shop, which takes longer time to have supplement(s) approved and may end up in another wrangling nightmare without me having my car back... But at least they dare to admit they are a mickey mouse shop before messing with my car.(Nickname used for privacy. I'm done with this location so please don't ask about an resolution.)

Great service! Great customer service! Brought in my sister car they gave me an estimate the same day. They work fast and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend them for any body damage to your vehicle. Before and after!

My car was hit while parked while I was visiting California from Ontario, Canada. Guillermo and his team were not only kind, communicative and professional, but they met my timeline (I was driving back in 2 weeks) with a whole week to spare. And the damage, while cosmetic, was extensive. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service!! Highly recommend Guillermo at this Caliber Collision location.

The Caliber team and our manager Adan did a great job getting our car repaired and keeping us informed after it was stolen, in an accident with another car and then driven into a wall! So - you can imagine - it wasn't looking good. They were able to get the necessary parts and finish the repair in the stated timeframe and deliver our car back to us - looking like new again. I have to say I'm totally amazed. I'm definitely impressed and would recommend them to other people.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber took good care if repairing my front bumper after I was backed into. They stripped the car down quickly and got the repair done. Worked directly with my insurance to coordinate payment. Rental car was offsite but not far away. They delivered my car back to me clean, which I appreciated.

Best experience ever with a car repair. Jose Martinez helped me through the process and was so kind and considerate and helpful. Exceeded expectations. I m not going to drive into a wall to go back but will definitely recommend and go back if needed. The woman at the front desk was lovely as well. Everyone was friendly and so nice!

We are extremely happy with the service that we received from Caliber Collision. We are grateful too for having Guillermo Ramirez, as the agent assigned to us, for the warmest accommodation. The company is lucky to have an employee like him.To say that this shop knows and means business is an understatement. They are very knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs and wants.The in house Enterprise service tie up is very much appreciated, as well.We are hoping that they will extend their services over at Adelanto/Victorville because our city is in dire need of a company like theirs. We were supposed to to go to another auto body repair shop in Victorville but was told that they can not accommodate our vehicle because they can not secure the parts. Needless to say, Caliber Collision was able to resolve that right away because we retrieved our vehicle just a week after we dropped it off. That was extremely quick and the job done was excellent.Although, we may be contacting Guillermo once again in the next few days because we need help with the blind spot assist because we got notification that it was not activated and we did not notice that right away.All in all, we highly recommend this company to whoever will need auto body service or any thing for that matter. We are extremely lucky to be under their care. Our Benz is thanking them, as well. :)Service: Body & Trim

Other than the fact that I was upset had to go to a body shop to get my car fixed since my car had quite a bit of damage, the rest of my experience at Caliber Collision was very pleasant.The kind lady at the front desk ( I think her name is Margot, but I'm not sure if I remember it correctly) was so sweet and very friendly. She provides excellent customer service.Guillermo was the representative that handled my vehicle. He was very pleasant and explained everything so that I could completely understand the process of the repair. He even called me several times throughout the process to provide me updates.The guys in the back were quick to finish the repair. I was happily surprised that I got my vehicle back 6 days sooner than anticipated.Overall, an excellent experience.Thanks!
