I normally take my Tacoma to another dealership in a much different part of town, but was in the area and needed service and s smog check. Everything I needed was done quickly and efficiently, and correctly. I was very pleased with everything, and now I need to figure out more reasons to be in this part of town for Toyota service. Great service and really helpful, nice staff!

Friendly, helpful staff. Got a better deal on my 2023 Corolla than the dealerships in Glendale offered! Ask for Haik K., and tell him I sent you! ;)

I personally pre-inspected my car for damage and did not have any before dropping off at Bob Smith Toyota La Crescenta at 8:45am on 5/15/2021. When I picked up car and I went straight home and parked the car in my 2 vehicle parking. When I was going out at 4pm that day I notice there was front passenger side bumper damage with red paint and scratches. I went back to Toyota and the service department was closed by then. So I went Monday afternoon and Erick the Service Manager had left for the day. I spoke to him the following day and he denies that they are responsible. He shows me a blurry picture that was taken of the service department pre-inspection and says he sees it there. I have a report from them that was Emailed to me and handed a hardcopy that it shows a green box meaning no damage found on vehicle when dropped off. I verified the meaning of the green box with service personnel. Erick's response is that maybe they messed up on the report.This was not handled professionally by the service manager. I personally do not recommend taking your vehicle for service with this guy in charge. I will be reporting this to several places.

I have only stopped by Bob Smith Toyota to purchase parts a few times for my 2016 4Runner (I prefer DIY maintenance for the things I have time to do). But I have been very impressed the few times I ve gone here for parts. The parts staff is very helpful & easygoing. They were happy to honor some MSRP discounting I from a competing dealership farther away. Despite looking like a smaller dealership they have had most random parts in stock, and what they don t have in stock usually comes in the very next morning from the distribution center in LA.The service dept was happy to take my dirty gear oil and other discard oils from the service I was doing at home to recycle properly. The service technician who showed me the oil discard container & helped me dump it out even went out of his way to grab some me some degreasing wipes while the pan was draining out.The vibe at the dealership is also much more pleasant / quaint than other dealerships I ve been to, never once was I accosted to buy or look at new cars like has happened so many times at those mega dealerships around LA. After changing Toyota dealerships 5 (yes, five) times due to service department issues I think I found a winner.

Another great day at Bob smith Toyota. Emily rocks the service desk. Fast and efficient service. Loved the test drive opportunity for our next purchase thanks to Jesse! And bonus poit was to meet Jake of State Farm who was chilling with Mike Smith!

The detailed my new CHR it looks great. They even got me a loaner car. The lady help me get the loaner car was very nice and when I went up to the cashier this morning that she made sure I can get my Walker in and out of the trunk of the car. They loan me a brand new Prius and I had to be taught how to drive it. I drove it all day and at the end of the day before I returned it to Toyota I put 1.9 gallons of gas in it. It was very fuel efficient a smooth ride. The man who took my car when I dropped you off this morning is very quick and efficient. He's I guess he's the valet. After they detailed my car he brought my new car to me and was very nice Greg the service manager kept me advised of what was going on when my car was ready. Thank you Toyota

Always a pleasure interacting with the staff, who are both friendly and great at what they do. Have never had a bad experience at Bob Smith in over ten years.
