Recently, I ordered a muffler for my BMW 330i from this store. It cost me almost $900 (including tax). The muffler arrived in two days, just as the seller had mentioned. However, the problem is that the seller didn't inform me that this muffler is non-returnable. Later, I discovered that this information was written on the receipt, which I received only after paying for the item and without placing my signature on it. He simply omitted this detail (this information could have influenced my decision to purchase if I had known about it).But that's not all! The muffler arrived without two small parts (Muffler Brackets & Exhaust Valve Actuator). Without these parts, installing the muffler is pointless. It turned out that I had to spend an additional $500 and wait several days to get them. If the seller had warned me that these parts are not included with the muffler, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I believe he might not have known about this.In the end, I found a muffler elsewhere with Muffler Brackets and Exhaust Valve Actuator included, and it was also much cheaper and in stock.As for the muffler I bought from BMA, I couldn't return it. The seller was polite and tried to explain everything to me. But what good is that if I lost $900?!P.S.: Anyone in need of a muffler? I happen to have one

I ordered a genuine Mercedes cup holder assembly from BMA auto parts through Amazon 6 days ago and it has arrived in excellent condition today. Perfect fitment and straight forward installation instructions.

I absolutely recommend this place . My friend told me about it . I called and spoke to Nick. He was very cheerful and ready to help. He got me the part I needed ordered right away and it's coming in a couple days. It happens to be the last one in the country and he got it for me. Nick is The wizard of Auto parts. It's located right here on the corner of Irving and victory in Glendale. Come on in give these guys a try you'll be glad you did!

So happy to have BMA nearby. They are fast and reliable. Always have great advice, stock lots of stuff and can get anything within hours. Prices are the same or similar to anything online. Support your local independent auto parts stores!

Crook people! Nothing from Europe, everything from China. Zero quality auto parts! Also, dirty and unorganized store. Order from Amazon or Ebay and save 80% because they do the same and charge 5 times more. The only difference is they put the part in their own boxes and sell under their brand.

I had my first online parts purchasing experience with this company recently. Prices, service, communicating, choice, shipping are all well above the many options out there. I was most impressed with the communication with a part problem that was a manufacturing issue. They are open minded and diplomatic in quickly resolving a problem and expediting your credit. BMA auto parts has been around since I was a kid. They are family owned, have all the parts you need and they treat you like a valued client which is definitely hard to come by now a days. I feel that businesses have forgotten that the customer is the reason why their business is still alive: these guys have definitely never forgotten their roots and I definitely go there often. The two brothers who I assume own the business and their two front young salesman are awesome. Always friendly; quick, and priced competitively. If they don t have something in stock; they will get it to you almost the same day. Awesome job guys from your car buddy My Car Buddy LLC

I asked them for a specific part and they couldn t even order the correct part I needed; thus, as soon as I am going to install my part I see it s the wrong part, and contact them the next day. This unprofessional business didn t want to exchange my part, due to the box being open, and I still called so they can correct the mistake this individuals made. He wanted me to contact the dealer and inquire about my vehicle when it was already payed for FULL, and wanted me to do HIS JOB!!! To top it off, I drove 3 times to this pathetic business. Take your money elsewhere, unless you are trying to be in the run around with these people. They should learn about German parts prior to selling.

If I could give 20 stars, I would! I ordered parts from them off of amazon, very quick delivery! Received before expected date. Had a couple of questions, Patrick is a friendly and knowledgeable person, he was very helpful, I had an issue with one of the holes in the head gasket being too small for the locating dowel pins, and he sent me another head gasket and I received it the next day! 10/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for parts.

Let me start by saying I had bought parts from these guys for years and had been treated fairly in the past.When I bought some pads for my car using the automated service online it provided me with the incorrect parts.I contacted them when I went to install the parts and discovered that they sent me the wrong ones. The salesman told me that they knew they had some issues with the site and needed to get it changed. Someone was supposed to contact me about return shipping of the incorrect parts.Well lets say that never happened.When I contacted them again I ended up talking to a manager that acknowledged they sent me the wrong parts and that they dropped the ball by not calling me back. They even said they know they still have issues with there website but haven't had a web guy to fix it for the past couple of year!!!.They would not cover the return shipping nor return the monies to my credit card. Rather said that they would give me a store credit if I paid to ship them back myself. Hardly seems worth is to spend $15 in shipping to get a credit for $40 then have to spend more money with a company with such low standards.I informed them that I will no longer be dealing with a company that makes it a practice or shipping the wrong parts and then refuses to correct there mistakes.

Horrible place! Pedro at the counter doesn t know anything about German parts, only thing he cares about is if you got your mask on your face correctly. They don t have a basic parts in stock like oil filters so you got to come back after three hours when they get it from the warehouse. The prices are not so great either. Don t waste your time and order stuff online , I am definitely not coming back.

Solid business backed up by impeccable customer service from all of their agents. Yves makes sure you are getting the best service at all times. Rafael and L�von have the best attention to detail when ordering anything to make sure you get the right part for your vehicle. I've spent thousands at this storefront and will continue to do so.

I truly stumbled on this firm looking for wiper blades for my Mercedes Benz. They knew their stuff, provided great service and even after the sale ongoing service. I'm not a local customer so I appreciate how quickly they send parts. Appreciate James Moe and Carlo Azar they were great to work with!

Great customer service with these folks.I had ordered a pair of axles and only one showed up. After speaking with Carlos he determined it was the warehouse that dropped the ball and had the missing axle sent overnight from CA to PA with no charge so that I could get my vehicle back on the road. Will definitely work with this company again.

Super friendly and helpful! They definitely pay attention to detail and take the time to do a quality job. I've already referred them to a few of my friends and I know I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need to. Overall I had a great experience and I'd recommend giving them a try.

Love this place for all my BMW parts these guys have been taking care of me for many years now and the service has always been above and beyond... Carlo and Layton (sorry if spelled wrong) are more than amazing when it comes not only to order but just for an advice or a bit of research, they never rush you off the phone no matter how long it takes. Anything I need for my 545i they are there to help and give the best price possible. -Now to that idiot who wrote a bad review about parts avail on the web but not in store sorry but you are a complete idiot, parts online are shipped to you from their warehouse not the store! No store not even the dealership can have every part. So try calling before showing up and the part will be at the store even if it was not earlier. Many times I called and it was not avail but was ordered and was avail for pick up in a couple of hours. Thanks Carlo and Layton and everyone else at BMA for doing such a great job.Andrew

I seriously love these guys. I mean, first and foremost, customer service is PHENOMENAL! Second, Shipping is AMAZINGLY FAST. I live in Northeastern PA and my orders have ALL been virtually overnight. It's next day with the free shipping/ground. And then there are the parts. Talk about rock bottom prices. I've also come to love the OpParts brand that they seem to carry exclusively which have turned out to be high quality parts. LOVE, LOVE these guys!! Can't say it enough.

Outstanding customer service is the first thing that comes to mind; when I think of BMA auto Parts! Over the years I have been loyal happy customer. I would highly recommend them for all your parts. I will not make a decision on parts until I check in with Bma auto parts first. BMA auto parts has saved me thousands over the years!

I have been using BMA Parts for the past 15 years and Patrick has been unbelievable to deal with. Shipping to Canada has never been an issue and the part prices have always been great. The key thing that distinguishes BMA from other online vendors is personal service. There have been multiple times when a part was needed right away and Patrick went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to finish the job. In the past 15 years, there has never been an occassion where I regretted ordering from them. BMA is truly an amazing company and one that I will using for long time to come. Even if the part might not be listed on the website, BMA can probably get it. All you have to do is ask!

Great customer service and prices on OEM parts. Fast shipping. I screwed up an order on Amazon and the BMA website (split order, same company) and they called me when they figured it out. Not only did they fix the order and still get it to me in time, the gave me a break on shipping. I will always call BMA first for BMW parts. Thanks!!!

this place is garbage they cannot fulfill their guarantee. I'm not just another irate customer i ordered this from autozone for one of our commercial accounts. They first said the part came damaged then they did not have that part when the representative said it had already been shipped. Don't waste your time or money just go to your local parts house or order online from anywhere else. The manager is a dilatant who lacks knowledge and customer service.

I've been coming here for over 10 years, easy to work with, great prices, hard to find parts. treat them with respect and they'll reciprocate. I've seen too many charge in their office angry and that gets you nowhere.

I worked with yves and sent him a long list of parts to update the entire cooling system on my bmw 330ci zhp. within a couple hours he came back to me with a quote and we went through and priced each and every part. He gave me the absolute best price he could and he didnt sell me any junk parts.He asked if I was going to keep the vehicle for a long time and advised which parts to go with. He even priced match and gave me some parts at their cost. I ended up spending about 750 dollars with them. I would have given 5 stars but the manager decided to charge me 2 dollars to return an item that was still unopened and never used in the box. I spend over 700 dollars and you decide to tax me a fee for returning a 40 dollar part.Come on now, your suppose to eat that cost. I didnt harp on it because Yves was way too helpful, customer service oriented and trully assisted me.Thank you. Sterling

Im probably one of their beginning years customers. Been going there for parts since the late 80s and they never disappoint. Aggressive pricing fast ordering and pick up.
