So far my initial experience with Robert Bistagne has been incredible. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Robert has gone out of his way to explain and answer all of my questions and concerns. I have no doubt that my truck is going to be like showroom condition once it's completed. I will add photos of my truck when completed.

The most unfortunate incident of a newly purchased car that resulted in me coming across one of the most trust-worthy, friendly, and professional repair facilities in Southern California!After flying from SoCal to Sacramento in February to pick up my 2023 BMW M3, I made the 7-hour journey back home driving down south towards SoCal. While I thoroughly was enjoying the ownership and excitement of my new car after driving for 375 miles with less than 60 miles away from home, I had an unfortunate incident where a wooden debris had fallen off from a vehicle in front of me making a direct impact to my car. Front bumper, radiator, oil cooler, AC condenser line, water pump and all the underlining just to name a few damages also causing my car to become undriveable. My new-to-me vehicle that has been in my ownership for only 6 hours was wrecked.While I was trying to calm down from the state of shock, denial, and depression, I was trying to figure out my next steps and had found Bistagne Bros Body Shop in Glendale less than 10 miles from where the incident occurred. After briefly speaking with Octavio on the phone and explaining the situation I was in, he suggested for me to have AAA drop off my vehicle at their shop even though it was closing, and I was greeted by Robert (after hours when the shop was already closed at 6PM) who helped quickly assess some of the damages through quick visual inspection. I proceeded to drop off the keys to my car and ended up taking an Uber ride back home.The next few weeks involved me constantly calling Bistagne Bros and speaking with Octavio and my insurance company to iron out the details and next steps. Lucky for me, none of the parts (even though there was 11 pages worth) were on back-order and as soon as my insurance company engaged with Bistagne Bros and approved the repairs, all the parts were ordered and Bistagne Bros went right to work to make all the necessary repairs. The timeline provided to make the repairs and bring my car back to its glory had exceeded my expectations! Even though it was an unfortunate circumstance with my newly purchased car that I did not even make it home with, I am beyond thankful for the team at Bistagne Bros for taking care of my car and making it feel new again.I would highly recommend Bistagne Bros Body Shop as a trustworthy and highly competent facility to make repairs on vehicle collisions for all makes and models. They are also a Porsche certified collision center which is not an easy distinction to receive given the stringent requirements they would have had to pass. Pictures below show the damage, repair process, and the finished condition of the car for which I am extremely thankful. Thank you to Octavio, Robert, and the team at Bistagne Bros for helping rectify the unfortunate situation that impacted my M3.

May 2022Took my 2021 Sienna Van in for repair (Insurance Claim hit and run). Got a call after 7 days that they are trying to charge my insurance company over $15K when they quoted me $4-$5K initially.I understand the concept of initial quotes not been accurate however it shouldn't have taken 7 days to get the actual number. This is something you do the first 1-2 days or right away.I have used this company before (twice exactly) over 10 years ago and was extremely pleased. Not sure what changed (ownership wise) during the past 10+ years it seems they are more interested in collecting large insurance checks rather than providing proper service.I am no expert in vehicle repairs below is a picture of the actual damage that they claim requires $15K worth of damage. I will find out how much other companies will charge for proper repair and will follow up.I would have given them zero stars if I could at this stage.June 2022I took the van to Caliber Collision and after 2 weeks they fixed it for $4300 or so. I checked with my insurance carrier (Farmers) and it seems that Bistagne Bros is known to use creative math in their calculations. I would stay away from this shop.

I brought my car here after a hit and run i experienced and the level of detail to which this team repaired my car was exceptional! Beyond workmanship, when i had an issue upon receipt of the car (the inside of the car was not clean, there was a broken part), they immediately acknowledged that they had released the car early because i needed it, and they had already ordered replacement for the broken part. took the car back when i had time and they made it right. highly recommend this shop!

I got into a minor collision (car still ran fine, was perfectly legal to drive, but it didn't look pretty), and decided, upon encouragement from family, to get my car repaired. Bistagne Bros was convenient to get to and clearly well run. Every single time I've gone in, they've been nothing but polite, professional, and upfront with me. I didn't want to go through insurance, so they worked with me to ensure I could get my car fixed at a price I could afford. They answered every question I had, were clear and realistic about how much the repair would cost, and made me confident I was in good hands throughout the process. I got my car back today, and it looks absolutely beautiful. They even gave it a wash! They went above and beyond; made sure my cling stickers on the back windshield stayed in place (they can be finicky, and I've lost a few over time to car washes). It's the little things that often mean the most, and it's clear to me that they cared for my car the way I would. They've definitely earned my loyalty and appreciation, and I'll be recommending them to anyone in my area who needs car repairs!Thank you Bistagne Bros!

Came in with no appointment, got a quote right away - and the car was fixed the next day (I must admit it was a minor cosmetic work). Then: Uber had no rides available, so they drove me home (which was a 3 min ride only. Otherwise, I would not have asked, but; wonderful! All in all - excellent service - exceeded my expectation. I used to take my car to body shops which charged me twice as less as Bistagne charges, but it always ended up costing me 3 times more money after I had to take my car back to have them refix their errors, and loss of my precious precious time. Bistagne fixed my car right the first time and totally washed it which they didn t have to. I have come to the conclusion that this is the best and cheapest body shop in Glendale.Service: Body & Trim

Front end body work and paint was done for me recently after a minor collision caused a fair amount of damage. Bistagne Bros was informative, professional and got me in and out in good time. I really couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Looks brand new. Will definitely be back if I ever need body work done. Book them with confidence. High quality shop.

I got ready ended and needed a shop to fix my car. Ok a recommendation I called them and was able to come right away. I drove up and was able to get a quote very quickly. They also dealt with my insurance with no issues and the car looks great.Very helpful staff. Met one of the owners while I was there and he was the nicest guy.

I can t say enough great things about this place and these people. I was rear ended and the other insurance company sent me here for the repairs. The work is flawless, and they even covered some scratches and dings at no additional cost. The car was sparkling clean when I picked it up, and I can assure it you it was far from that when I dropped it off.I noticed after getting home and driving it at night that my interior lights weren t coming on. When I finally made it in a month and half later, they found a blown fuse- unrelated to the work they did- and fixed it for free. As if all of this wasn t enough, they finished it off with another car wash!Another bonus is the most amazing pup ever -Daytona- that greets you at the door with major butt wiggles!

I had to use this place once for my Nissan Leaf to get its bumper replaced. They were recommended by my insurance company Wawanesa and I was able to drive in for an inspection/quote. They were accurate in estimating the time to complete the job, however the paint doesn't quite match the original from the replaced part so they're just OK for me. They do seem like they get a lot of business though so they must be doing other things right.

Returned my new car to perfect condition after a horrible car wash scratched the heck out of it inside and out. Robert was beyond kind and attentive to my concerns. You cannot find a better repair shop for your insurance claims.

OMG what a amazing service. After a week having my Tesla I hit something on the freeway that scratched my car. I was there first thing in the morning and they had done within an hour. I couldn't see any sign if the car was ever scratched.

Unfortunately I have had to take 2 cars into their body shop over the years. I say unfortunately only because no one WANTS to be involved in an accident.FORTUNATELY, these guys KNOW THEIR STUFF!! ( in my younger days, I raced cars and had a passion for classic cars- so I've been around folks that know what they are doing and others who try to do it cheap.)Everyone I have encountered at Bistagne Brothers has been professional, friendly and honest. A rarity in today's world. This is the ONLY place I would take a car and the only place I would trust my kids to take their cars....when they learn to drive!

Great place to get body work done. Been in Glendale for many years and they do a terrific job. No matter what auto insurance you have, the law says you get to choose, so go here.
