This review said for Glendale, Ca... Not the case... this is for the Tucson/ Wilmot Road LocationSaw the advertisement online and I struggle with finding a good deal on services for my 2013 Lexus ES350. I needed an oil change/tire rotation for it, and they had a coupon for $49.95 for both. (synthetic oil change) Made my appointment online for 2/24/24 , and I called to confirm my time. They asked for me to arrive early if possible, which I did. Ryan/Front Desk was welcoming and efficient. They offered cold drinks for customers. The car got taken back right away. All went well. They recommended front brakes/rotors, and priced them out... Manuel/Manny did this for me and took my payment for the day's services. My online complaint is my car takes more quarts than what is covered by the price.. but that is not their fault. They did great and I will most likely have them do the brake job soon. Thanks for great service.

I have been coming to this location for over 15 years and since Ron has taken over the business he has taken care of all my car needs. I bring them all my vehicles (4) and they always give me the best prices and service. Erik and the service crew are professional and hard workers. I recommend this location 100%.

Purchased 4 brand new Michelin Tires a few months back and attempted to get a simple repair on 10/20/23 around 12:15. I had 2 nails in my tire and Manager Ron K refused to repair or replace which is stated as included with Big O Tires purchase and Michelin itself. My tire is not shredded or torn keep in mind. . Didn t offer ANY solution and wanted me to pay for a brand new tire ! I have an open customer complaint case and also opened a case with Attorney General for the State of California for these nauseating practices and everyone who has had this issue should do this same. I m still waiting to hear back from District Manager and also have conversation video recorded for my own proof and plan on exposing truth on these practices very soon if nothing is done from District/Regional Manager.

Was due for a new set of tires, shopped around, and came across Big O Tires.Called the shop and spoke to Ron. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My car takes run-flat tires and he explained to me the advantages of switching to non run-flats.Bought a new set of Pirelli P-Zeros and he even gave a great deal.Arrived on time for my scheduled appointment time and work was completed efficiently. Thanks to Ron and his team!

I have been going to big o tires for over 7 years, was really happy with the prices they have. I got the buy3 get 1 free special. And oil change under $500.00 bucks . Thank bigo see next time for tires.

Bait and switch and still no contact or update from District Manager. I wrote a review and was told to reach out but no one responded with any solution. Filed a complaint 6 days ago with complaint #574518 and I m sure the response to this 2nd review will be the same one as the previous .. BUT THEY HAVENT RESPONDED TO THE INITIAL.

My entire family has been coming to this Big O location for years! At this point, it's the only place we trust! We just walk in, car gets its maintenance or whatever it needs, & we have our car back in no time! We recently took 2 cars in. One wasn't turned off properly & they needed to give us a jump. But I love that the guys took ownership of it & asked us to show them what happened so they know not to make the same mistake again!Thank you so much for the continued great service Eric, Ron, & the entire team!

Quality of service has gone down.(We just learned this from a different tire shop) over a year ago when we purchased a "new" tire from here, it was already old. It was made in 2017 and sold in 2021. It has cracks on the side walls with less than 2 years.We recently needed it patched and were told to wait over 2 hours. A week later the tire is still leaking air and now apparently it takes 7 Hours to fix that same tire patch. Unbelievable! Eric the so-called manager made that clear as he also made it clear that my wife lied to me about his staff not arriving on time during the first visit.Precovid the management took care of customers with minimal wait (even 1 or 2 hours would've been reasonable).We've purchased many tires from here because of the great customer service even if the prices were slightly higher. Now you're just left with higher prices and rude customer service.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!When I first went in to buy the tire I felt good about this place. The guy who helped us was kind and seemingly helpful. We wanted 4 Cooper tires and had made the appt online and the website said they were in stock. They had a deal...but 3 get one free. He told us that Continentals were better and he would price match them for us. MWe also added an alignment so when the price was higher we didn't think anything of it. Then later we realized that he had matched the individual price of the individual tires but not the buy 3 get 1 so we ended up paying $150 MORE. When we went back in this morning ing they fought it until finally saying ok and that they would switch the tires and give us a refund down to the original price quoted online but all of a sudden they don't have those tires in stock and will have to order them. There's a name for this practice....it's called BAIT AND SWITCH!AND ITS ILLEGAL!DONT BUY HERE!!!

Friendly service. Honest. I needed a nail in my husband s tire to be repaired and they took care of it. Wasn t expecting it or asking for it, they went the extra mile in customer care being that I just took my car for tire replacement. Mainly, the honesty and good old fashioned customer service goes a long way.

Horrible customer service from desk employee and even manager. Got an appointment but they forgot to enter it in their system and they pushed the appointment back 1.5 hours more. I left the car with them and they said it'll take 1 hour for the oil change and told me to come back at 5. That's 2.5 hours after my initial appointment. I returned at 5 and they made me wait another 30 minutes because they let someone go ahead of me. The manager said they made me wait because all I wanted was the 64.99 oil change special and he said they don't make money off of it so they let others that buy tires go ahead of me. I don't even know why they offer oil changes if they don't want to do them. All they want to do is upsell you and if you don't buy the extras they offer you they'll be rude to you and make you wait hours after your appointment. Very unprofessional.

Went in as a walk-in, the service was fast thorough, friendly staff that answered questions and concetns i had regarding vehicle. Got a complete oil change and maintenance check at a good price. Recommend this place.

Big O Tires are crooks, thieves and liars. I took my car for an oil change, they not only didn't change the filter, but they mangled it to the point of leaking. Then when I called them they denied me a refund. Then when I called corporate, they never called me back. Then when I called to follow up, I finally got legal mumbo jumbo saying that since I didn't take it to a genuine repair shop to fix the problem THEY CAUSED (not that I COULD take it anywhere because it was out of oil), it voided the warranty and they don't have to give me anything. Just because it isn't illegal doesn't make it right. Shame on Big O Tires for taking advantage of people and not making things right.

Just... no. Let me lay it out.Phone call 1: got estimate for two new tires, alignment, and brake fluid service. This is for a company car so I had to get price approval.Phone call 2: called to book appointment. Talked to someone else, got a different price that's $80 more as the tires from the day before are no longer available, and the tires that I'd been told weren't available (but cost more) suddenly ARE available. Okay, well, they're the only place around that I can easily find that can do all three things that I need done at once, so... fine.Visit 1: dropped off the car. Took about 30 minutes due to waiting for the one customer ahead of me plus general confusion. The tires I needed had been delivered but no one made a note of who I was or what price I'd been quoted. Phone calls had to be made. Estimate is written, I notice that the prices I'd been originally quoted for brake fluid service and alignment are higher than what I'd been quoted originally. Hmmm. Signed the estimate but was not given a copy; I had to ask for a written copy before the service writer would print it out. I got to my car before I noticed that there was no price on it. Turns out it's a two page estimate and the service writer hadn't printed out the second page. Had to go back in and get that printed too. Oh, and initially the service writer left me hanging because he thought I was waiting for the car, but I wasn't he never asked and I had to make a point of getting my estimate copy and asking him to call me when the car is done.Visit 2: picked up the car about three hours later. No call when it was ready, I just went in. I pay for the work and the final price is lower. Huh. Okay, well, not going to complain. I leave, and my phone rings in my pocket several times as I'm driving to pick up some dinner. Check my messages only to hear the service writer telling me that he had me pay the wrong invoice and asked me to come back and pay more. I looked at the estimate... same make, different model, different license plate. Yup, he had me pay for someone else's car, although my tire alignment data was stapled to the invoice. I called and made an arrangement to come back in the next day.Visit 3: I show up and the service writer and owner are bickering about how to fix the issue. The owner is not wearing a mask (although he puts one on later). I pay the balance and leave.Visit 4: I go get my car washed. As I start the car to leave the service light comes on. They'd never reset the brake fluid service warning, which requires a computer and a cable hook up. I drive back and ask for this to be done. It takes another 20 minutes.The service writer just doesn't seem well trained or detail oriented or... something. He's nice enough but very cavalier and makes tons of mistakes. The owner is nice enough but doesn't seem very customer service oriented as there wasn't really any recognition of the fact that I had to go back four times for a set of simple services. As far as I can tell the quality of work is okay, but given that the service tech skipped a step in not resetting the brake fluid service warning... who knows?This place is kinda dingy and you really have to watch everything they do. That's not the kind of service I'm looking for.

Horrible leirs. I only had to misfire in cylinder. They told me that I have massive oil lick. Shameless and wanted to charge me 1,679 I only ended up paying $ 200 at a very honest place. They keep their dogs there and do not let people to stay in the solon. Instead of taking your dogs for a walk concentrate on costumers. Rude , dishonest

I'd had a shady experience at another mechanic, and I decided to try BIG O Tires in Glendale. Great experience. Eric was really great through the whole process, and made me feel very confidant, I wasn't getting a run around.I would strongly recommend this location for auto repairs! Thank you.

Bought 4 new tire a few months ago and was informed that one of my upper control arm needed replacement. I came back for a tire rotation and wheel alignment because the part I replaced did not line up with old ones so I got bad tire were. I explained I that I did the replacement and just wanted a tire rotation and wheel alignment to fix the problem. After the repair guy looked at it he informed the associate and the associate told me they couldn't perform the wheel alignment and I needed to but two new tires even if I told him I was responsible for the wear. I would never recommend this place to anyone

They told me that the rear brakes were bad and needed to be replaced for brand new ones along with the master cylinder and the cost of it was $742 and I agreed. I went home and a few hours later they called me to tell me the car was ready. So I went back to picking it up and I after driving for a 10 minutes I noticed a weird noise every time I push the brakes. I called them and they told me to bring it up the next day. The next day one of the mechanic checked it and he found out that the drums were defective and they had to be replaced but one of the manager wanted to have them cut. I refused to have them cut because they told me that they were going to put all brand new parts and I paid for new parts but this manager wanted to cut them and I denied. So after a few hours they put new drums. They put another set of brand new drums because I stayed there to make sure that they did that. If I would have gone home to wait for the car to be ready I'm pretty sure that they were going to cut the drums.I don't trust on them. October 2014

I dropped off my car to have for a front end alighnment.They arranged a driver to drop me home while doing the service. 30min later they discovered my tires were expired (5yrs old) and declined to do the service. So they came back to get me and when i got into my car I discovered that my handbag with was unzipped open and possessions rearranged. Maybe they were looking for something else other than a Alignment service for my car?

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with my Groupon. Very communicative and worked efficiently. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere even in the midst of being extremely busy they still managed to provide one on one attention and made sure I was attended to. Will come back and recommend !

I have been looking for a good, honest, reliable new mechanic ever since i moved back to town n I think found them. Ray and crew did an outstanding job taking care of my needs when purchasing new tires. I called around obviously shopping for the best deal on a new set of 4 tires for my 2005 Isuzu Ascender and Ray was the only salesperson to mention the Goodyear Fortera HL which happens to be a very affordable all terrain tire. I got an awesome deal paying $200 less and honest advice about another issue with my vehicle that i already knew about. They seem to understand that taking care of a customer will give them returned business and were very efficient because no one wants to be stuck at the repair shop longer than necessary.

Bought tires from here, they carry more tire here than other places and reasonable price and wait time is way less. straight to the point, you get free rotation and the manager was nice enough to throw in alignment in there as well

This was our 2nd stop. The shop took care of us. They are courteous & knowledgeable We think they treated us fair. We loved Sherry. We will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend them.

I've been going to this Big O Tires for years. The owners changed a little while back. The sales guy was nice enough. The inside could use a new coat of paint and maybe a couple newspapers or magazines to read. They do have a TV so that was good. My phone couldn't get a connection inside so maybe a free WiFi connection would be a plus.

BEST customer service ever, better than Tarzana Big O! Even though it was near closing time (after 5) the staff at Glendale Big O Tires gave attention to my Nissan. The entire process was extremely pleasant and the entire staff always had BIG smiles. Additional plus is that they are super close to Dinahs Chicken, a yummy dinner location.Thanks Glendale BIG O!

One of the Worst experiences I've had at any auto shop. I had to come back twice for a job that should've been done correctly the first time. The guys up at the front desk show their fake hospitality, only to mask up their poor performance in fixing what's wrong with your car.

Went to get my tire repaired since I have road hazard package, they didn't even have me in the computer. They argued with me even after I showed them the receipt from the tires that I bought from them. Just walked out. Not going to put up with them if they don't honor their own tires. Even with the receipt
