Excellent, Mark as I called them 4.15 I spoke about My entire Leak. Right away, they pinpointed what could be the cause, and it was correct as I drove to them . I appreciate the time they stayed longer just to keep me happy. After all, they explain me very detailed. I was happy that I could ve come tire shop with straightforward business. Thank you.

I would recommend this tire center 20/10. They are very honest with price and options. I came in to replace my tire and the representative told me I could do a permanent fix on the tire and saved a lot of money. Super quick service and great prices.

Best service in the city!! Harry and Julio always take care of our car and our family. Great prices, are always fair and breakdown the service and price points. Never any surprises. I wouldn t go anywhere else for tires and breaks.

Nice guys, professional and well priced. I went after a nail was found in my tire. Turned out it was a short nail that was stuck in the treads but didn't puncture the tire. They did a water test just to be sure I didn't have a leak and sent me on my way with advice to buy a lotto ticket

I woke up to find my tire had a screw in it. Always a bummer - but it was in a very repairable spot - so that was good news! I was on the run to another appointment - so I looked in the area where the appointment was and found this spot. They had good reviews so I called them to get an estimate - the guy told me $20 and that was basically what I expected to spend - so I headed over there after the appointment. He checks it out - says it should be easy to repair and should be $20 - they get me right in...all of that was lovely...BUT - when he goes to check me out he says "That'll be $40" And I said "$40? I thought you said it was $20!" and he said "That price was back in the day." And all I could think was "Back in the day?? That was ten minutes ago when you said it to my face!?!?" I could have misheard him....but I truly don't think I misheard him TWICE. I was pissed - I hate getting overcharged for anything - but obviously I'm not gonna fight it - it's his business - he did the service, so I begrudgingly pay it and head out. BUT - on the way home - I called four other tire shops less than half a mile away from this place and not one of them told me their price was over $30. A few said as low as $25...AND - the most painful part is that AMERICAN TIRE (literally right down the street!) told me they do patches like that FOR FREE!?!?! Because its just a piece of rubber that they shove into a hole in a tire and it takes no time and costs next to nothing. AMERICAN TIRE said they just expect that if they treat the customer right - they'll be back for the big ticket items in the future. And that is EXACTLY what I plan to do. All future tire business will go to AMERICAN TIRE down the street and I encourage you to do the same. Avoid this place. I have no affiliation at all with AMERICAN TIRE - I just absolutely hate dirty, deceptive business moves (I own a small business myself and am always VERY transparent about pricing and honesty is central to my business functioning.) Integrity in business is the absolute goal for me and the expectation I have of everyone I deal with! This place showed me they don't care about integrity or fair pricing. So - never again for me and I hope you heed the warning and take your business any place else as well.

This company is excellent. Between my daughter and I, we have had tires repaired multiple times. The service is excellent. No one tries to sell you products you don t need. I cannot rate this company highly enough.

In Glendale from out of town, I almost panicked when I had a tire issue just before getting back on the highway for a long drive. The fellows at Best Buy Tire Pros not only took care of the problem but did so efficiently and with courtesy. I m grateful to them and to the friends who recommended them to me.

They provided the care and gentle service I was looking for. Very timely professional and convenient business hours for me as I m an afternoon person. Mr Sergio the tire tech was very helpful and informative and prompt to service my flat and replace the tire and Mr Harry B was friendly and understanding of my situation. They were terrific with their communication and setting me up with the proper tire I needed to get me going though my days to come. I am truly grateful to the staff at Best Buy Tire Pros and may they bring more people the same satisfaction as I have for them

I am driving Teslar Y. I had a flat tire (it had a nail in it) 3 months ago and went to this shop because it was the closest one. The owner (old man at desk) told me my tire is special and had to charge $65. I though it was too high at first but he was explaining how different these tires were. Yesterday, I had a flat tire again,---different side but almost same spot. I went to bigger and reputable tire store in downtown and they charge me $30. I know their price is not always cheap there so if they charge me $30, My best guess is that I could find many other stores at little lower prices if I shop around. That also mean that I was scammed 3 months ago. They stole my money. I am Never going back to this shop.

Very professional, and most of all, honest. I had a couple of nails on my Nissan truck, and tire light was on. Took it to Nissan dealer, they told me to replaced tire tires sets for over $500. Brought it here they fixed it, Inspected rest of tires, And now it works beautifully. I ll be returning to replace all my tires at the shop soon

Very professional. Very respectful. Very kind. And Very efficient. The whole team went out of their way to provide the best service. I had called before arriving. They advised me on the type of tire best suited for my vehicle. They really cared, and took care that I arrive safely to the shop. They got the work done literally in a matter of minutes. I've come here a few times for urgent issues like a battery replacement or a flat tire. Service has always been quick even if the shop seemed busy.They will definitely get my future business.

Found this business online as we needed repairs to a flat tire that was due to a cracked rim. Quoted up front for $250 and then was charged $290. Apple to the representative and they apologized as it was a mistake for not including final balancing in the upfront figure. That s all fine as mistakes happen but we have to own them as customers make decisions on quoted values.

You can get cheap tires elsewhere or you can get quality tires for cheap. I choose quality for cheap and Harry s shop Best Buy Tire Pros service, quality tires and pricing is hard to beat. Got a puncture? Have it fixed here. They won t upsell you. Tire rotation? No upsell. New set of wheels? Straightforward pricing with balancing and mounting included in your price. All our cars tires are serviced by Harry and his amazing team! All professional and always courteous.

Julio was not only fair and honest, but he lifted the hood and showed me exactly what he needed to do and why. He replaced my old leaking radiator and that was all. He didn t try to sell me on anything else. Now I have a great mechanic to return to next time.Thank you!

I first used this service 15 years ago because of proximity to my home but when in tire trouble I always go back to them.Good locationCourteousFastPrices standardFemale I go there with low tire pressure and they never turn you down and no charge ( tip if you want).Yesterday I had a major problem after hitting a big car part on a fast lane and damaged my tire and they were my first choice to go to.Sorry MINI service you did not have the tire or the sooner appointment Good supportThat s what a neighborhood tire shop should be Highly recommendThanks to owner and the team

Very impressed with the services received. The shop personnel were straightforward and completely honest in their evaluation of my tire problem and they could have delivered an expensive service with no liability to them but instead gave me a detailed reason for my problem and charged me nothing. From first contact to end of transaction, nothing but clear and straight forward communication!Harry is a gentleman and his crew are amazing.When I first called to get a quote for new tires, Harry did not try to upsell me with any added services or different tires than what I asked. Contrary to that, he tried to find comparable tires instead, but at a better price. In the end, I did get the tires that I requested at the best price I could get.I will absolutely come back again, and will suggest all my family and friends to this place!

This place is amazing. Great customer service, quality work and fair prices.I brought in my car to inspect a leak in my tire and it was a rare experience to be treated with straightforward and friendly service, especially at a car shop.The owner is super friendly and was informative. He showed me the nail in the tire, provided options and suggested a patch. The price was on point and cheaper than another nearby tire shop.It s first-come-first-serve so come early as it fills up quickly, even at 8am on Saturday.
