Nice place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me find what I was looking for (pin striping adhesive). They looked up the part number and then showed me where it was in the store. I wandered around the store. It s not very large but it was clean and well stocked.

I didn t get their names but a woman and a man helped me buy and replace my battery on 12/5 and they went out of their way! The first battery I bought did not work and they allowed me to exchange for the optima because my car had one previously and then when my car would start but wouldn t run the woman called her husband and gave me advice on how to get it running. I thought i was going to have to tow my car out of there! Oh they also gave me a discount on my super expensive battery! It was so nice

What a pleasant experience, had some car trouble went to a different place first , they were kind of rude and wanted to charge us way too much. Rolled in to Auto zone on the corner of Glendale and Windsor the crew there Luis and Joseph were so amazing and helpful great attitudes. We re from Washington and so worried we wouldn t make it home . Turns out it was a simple inexpensive fix. What a pair of nice fellas sometimes it s not what you know but who you know. Thanks guys I appreciate all your help

most workers don't own their job. I once met a guy there, he did his job very well and even helped me change a part on the car. I will ask the owners of this store to be more careful with the collection of workers so that they are were polite and knew their job.

I went to AutoZone this morning to replace a dead battery, and was very impressed with the overall service. Angie, the manager, greeted me as I entered the shop, and then showed me the battery options available for my car. Within a few minutes, Angie rang up the sale and had Juan, the technician, replace the battery. Although there was corrosion around my battery cables, Juan efficiently cleaned it off and quickly installed the new battery in my car. Within a few minutes, my car felt like new again. As Angie and Juan provided superb service, I would highly recommend AutoZone!

Whoever reads this from AutoZone please get it together! I order online, you don t have items ready when you say you will for pick up. Then you don t even have in stock what was listed and ordered. Smiling and laughing like it s ok to waste customers time is idiotic. This is why Amazon is taking over. I would be infuriated if I owned AutoZone to find out customers are being treated like expendables.To make matters worse. AutoZone decided to go and bill my credit card for 184.00 days after they sent me a cancellation notice. So now they are attempting to steal and commit fraud as well. How incompetent do you get?

Juan G just helped me with a new headlight and battery cleaning. He found me an inexpensive headlight and battery cleaning set. He then spent almost an hour cleaning my battery with his own tool set (and the set I purchased) after putting in my new headlight. He's the best. Will be coming here more often!

My brother came in here to get a new battery for his car and had made sure that they sell and can install hybrid batteries, he was given a quote over the phone and was told that it would be fine to install it, he was able to drive to this Autozone and went to get help inside and was getting help from a male worker until another worker with red witchy hair, short height, and a nasty attitude abruptly goes in front of the older male and says 'I'LL DO IT!" and proceeds to asks him a series of questions he clearly stated prior going into the store, each time he answered her questions she would respond with a loud huff and aggressively respond back, once she was done with her last bicker, he told her the hood was open and the car was parked outside, she follows him out and he tells her again that it was a hybrid and she looks at him directly and proceeds to dramatically back away from the car WITH HER HANDS UP shouting "I CAN'T CHANGE THE BATTERY TO THIS CAR, ITS A HYBRID" (whatever the hell that means after being told they can change the battery on the phone) and had the nerve to tell him "You need to buy the battery and take it to the dealership for them to install it", my brother just left without buying one because she clearly did not want to do her job.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a welcome and was asked how I could be helped. I told Milton (the associate that was assisting me) that I needed interior light bulb for my funeral hearse (Amor Eterno Funeral and Cremation Services Inc.) He actually walked me to the aisle and selected the correct bulb.I needed to change the bulbs right away, so he let me borrow his small screw driver in order to complete the task.Thank you for going above and beyond, I really appreciate your willingness to server and help. It made all the difference.Keep up the great work.

Angie is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. No respect for customers, I cannot believe she is a manager. She was screaming hysterically at customers who were just asking clarification questions as to why a specific service could not be done. She proceeded to scream, extremely loudly, "OH MY GOD." I am absolutely appalled by this childish behavior.

Just had top of the line service from an employee named Alexis. Had a great experience, best I have had in a long time in LA. Completely respectable, knowledgeable, worked hard and efficiently, and was not short of conversation. I had terrible corrosion on my battery and he went out of his way to make sure that he cleaned the posts spotless and made sure everything was in working order before I left the parking lot. Just wanted to say thank you again to Alexis and as for your employer, you have an amazing worker on your hands there. Don't let him go unnoticed, he was the best I could have asked for

Was a very inconvenient and unpleasant to dealt with.spent me 30minutes just to return and get the core charge.then it'll tell you that you have to bring it to other store location.if that's their policy they should tell me right away and not just kept me waiting for that long.time is very important never hold it to your customer for nothing....

Had an issue with the service engine light and decided to stop by to have it scanned to see what could be causing it. Rather than actually checking my car, the guy at the register told me my car has no oil. If you didn t want to help or didn t know what to do, just say so instead of gaslighting a customer.

that store was ok before . but the new morning manager . the fat bearded man . is not that only he has a lack of customer service. but very poor knowledge of parts . very slow . they open at 8 am . then, after 14 minutes, he wasted it counting coines before he attended to my requests for parts . but even when he went to pick the parts from inside. three other customers after me been served by other employees .

Jasinto helped me today! Installed my battery in 10 mins. Great customer service and friendly!! I should have come here first as my gut told me! I ve been surrounded by incompetence all day with trying to get a car battery jump, two Costco s, pep boys and roadside assistance!! So his helpfulness was a breath of fresh air I needed! Thank you.

Went to get my battery checked that is under warranty. Took going back and forth to the location 3 times each time they told me some random excuse of why my battery was not charged yet. Come to realize that the battery is not holding a charge. Even though they should have 2 of the battery I need in stock the man behind the counter says that the stock is wrong and I need to go to a different auto zone. This is my fourth trip now within in a day to Auto zone. Don't expect quick or easy service if you come here.

Although a small store, they provide a service that makes it easy to get in and out with more knowledge than you came with. Incredibly helpful staff. The manager was able to explained my issue and the steps I could take to fix my car.

Came in for some parts for the car, specifically AC refrigerant and O-rings. There was a bit of a wait as the store is small and there were a lot of people at the time. Make sure you return your used ac can to get $10 back.

Would like to recognize Juan Gonzales who is a worker at Autozone at 800 Glendale Ave I believe. He is outstanding!! Super patient with me and my 100 questions. Friendly, helpful and educated full of knowledge! I asked him to check the status of my battery and even with a hybrid he went out of his way to locate it via videos -located in the back! He is definitely an ASSET to Autozone and from now on I will always want to ask for his assistance. The warmth in him makes it comfortable to communicate freely. I say this because I went to another location and the worker was so dry and not helpful, I didn t even want to be there so I left. I showed up to Juan scared maybe he would act the same but no! He was so awesome the other workers are super friendly at this location too. By far the best location. I recommend Juan Gonzales!! He s my favorite! Thank you for your help sir!
