Very helpful people, especially Chris. I went to the dealer for help regarding a flat tire. They told me it needs to be replaced. Can't be fixed. Chris pulled out the small nail and patched it, as good as new. Thank you American Tire.

Been long over due for this review. Chris is probably thee best in the business. Truly trustworthy and honest people. My entry level enkei wheels were well taken care of. They actually torque wheelnuts to spec and such professionalism. Went above and beyond to program my tpms sensors too. Great pricing and on the spot service. Called me personally to inform me of status updates and when the car was done. Ordered custom spec tires and was able to install same day. Thanks once again Chris! !

Walked in and a guy helped me find a great tire in my price range. Went thru multiple quotes, checked out the treads, got his opinion. Ordered a set of Goodyear trailrunners and they came in next morning.Easy doing business with these guys. Classy operation, they aren t pushy or fake nice to squeeze an extra dime out.My old cars running smoother than ever. I even asked for a small favor with my bump stop and he didn t bat an eye. Appreciated that.Can t remember the guy who helped me s name otherwise I d mention him in the review. Great shop, keep it up gentlemen

I was in between dropping off kids to school and getting to work and my tire pressure warning light came on. They fixed and inflated my tire on the spot. Very kind & Really saved my day! Would highly recommend!

Great place with great prices and great staff. This place quoted me a very fair price, much better than places like Costco. Staff is very friendly and they were able to help in a timely manner. Would recommend this place to friends and family and will come back with any tire related needs.

Waited 20 minutes for no service. Granted the place was busy but there were no customers waiting and the service writer couldn't be bothered to at least start my paperwork.

When they don't want to service you, they work extra slow even though there aren't any other customers . When you ask questions they are Rude. Worst customer service. Save your money go somewhere else.

Chris really helped me out last minute. I had a nail in my tire and need to fix it before trekking home (50 mile drive). They patched it up in no time! Plus he offered me a good deal on new tire so I will be back in a week or so. Thank you Chris!

Incredible and very fast service at a reasonable price. Chris and his crew are some of the nicest people I had the pleasure to meet, we went to Costco nearby initially to get a simple nail removed for tires we just spent more than $1000 for and they told me it would be four hours! I took it to American tire Depot and they had us in an out in 5 minutes, really happy with the excellent service.I wanted to add an update a year after my visit here, we still go out of our way to go to this location because they are honest and kind.

Had a bolt in my tire came by and Armando had it plugged and patched it. I was back on the road within 30 mins. These guys are super friendly and very professional! Buying my next set of tires from them would be an easy smart decision.

My family and I had a flat tire even though the owner was shorthanded that day, he and he technician helped repair the tire quickly so help get us back on the road. The owner is amazing and very helpful. He really understood how it feels when you have few kids and have issues like flat. Thank you so much. This man is a blessing and definitely recommend come here for car service or repair.

Don t trust the prices they say over the phone when u get there they will tell u different price specially if ur young and go there with new car the Armenian guy (young one) a.s will rip you off. The same thing what happened to me. If u call the the main sender and complain they won t give a sht costumers satisfaction is our top priority BIGG LIE

Tpms light came on, they took me as a walk-in, didn't even have to remove the wheel, patched me and I was back on the road in 10 minutes.

Excellent service!!!! Went in to do a general checkup on my car to make sure everything is running smoothly. They took me in as a last minute walk in, and they were very transparent about what my car needed. Very attentive and managed to get everything set up very quickly. Felt very at ease and comfortable. Couldn t recommend more!! Grateful for their service. If you were needing a sign if wether you should come here or not , this is it, DO IT!!!!

Got me in and out in 20 minutes - these guys are the best! Pulled the nail out of my tire, adjusted my air pressure and sent me on my way free of charge. Thanks for the help!!

My second visit here and it was quick and easy! Patrick was there to help me again and handled my situation on the spot with no appointment. He gave me options on prices for the one tire that needed fixing and was able to put on a new tire in 30 minutes or less. This was another emergency that needed to be ameliorated being that there were 4 nails in my old tire. I was so happy they were able to take care of this with no hassle. Thanks guys!

I came in to get my tires checked and rotated and the service was very efficient and professional! Mr. Dushikyan also noticed that my rear pads had to be replaced and I would have never known had he not checked it! He was very friendly and accommodating and I will definitely come back to this shop. Definitely would recommend you come here for your car needs quick service, great prices and high quality you can trust!

Chris the owner was fantastic! Great price on tires, I got Faulken AT3 to tow a trailer with and for 4 tires 4 one being free I payed with wheel balancing just over $900. Fantastic price!Highly recommended, will match prices also if tire is found cheaper elsewhere.Chris you are a model of what a business man should behave like!

Fast, responsive and trustworthy work done here. As a young blonde girl in a nice car, it s often intimidating to try a new shop because I feel like a target for being oversold things I don t need. Chris at American Tire assured me I only needed 2 tires, not 4 and made me feel assured and comfortable with the work I had done. Thanks guys!

This shop is a place that I absolutely trust to tell me what's going on with my tires. If you don't need a new tire(s) they will tell you that you do not need tires! Very honest. Last night, I did need 4 new tires (badly!) on my vehicle. Chris gave me 3 quotes...both very fair...and talked me through each tire choice. They got the tires on my car and I was ready to go for the CA rain!! Thanks so much American tire!! I drove home feeling very safe!!

I had a great experience with ATD in Glendale on Central ave location. The gentlemen there were very knowledgeable and they shared everything to educate me on the ways to make your tires last long. I was in and out in an hour. They did, dismount of old tires, mount and balance of the four new tires and alignment was done. I can t be more satisfied and I m looking forward to bringing back my vehicle for inspection. Thank you for your honesty and valuable service.

I manage a small fleet of trucks all over Los Angeles area and luckily we've never had tire issues in the glendale area before, well today was the day.. we got a flat on a light duty truck.I searched online for a spot with a big parking space and with good reputation and American Tire Depot came as number one. There we go hoping to establish a nice relationship with another business, we bumped up against the wall when this employee, i guess he was having a bad day or who knows, he flat out said I HAVE NO TIME TO WORK WITH YOU and turned around!! I WAS SPEECHLESS!! never ever has any employee or business owner treated a client like that! I can put a bet on that!Thank god there is another tire shop right across the street; they took a little while to take care of us but they were 1000 times better!!.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH MOODY EMPLOYEES, sooner or later they're going to mess up somebody's car because of that.Go somewhere else. Be safe!

Ordered some tires from them for some new rims I bought for my car. Unfortunately the tire was out of stock but they contacted me directly via phone, apologized, and offered an upgrade to a better tire with the same warranties and road hazard for no extra charge at all. A+ customer service and will definitely come back to them when I am in need again!
