What an awesome work of Art! (Wink) I called in to ask about replacing my tires which weren t replaced in 7 years (haha). I ve been really nervous about driving my car because my tire pressure light kept turning on once a week. Art, the store manager, picked up the phone and told me he has the all season tires for my car, and that I could get them replaced today. And 3 tires + 1 deal is awesome! Great value for Bridgestone for extra $93 off. And everyone stayed behind an extra hour to make sure my tires are also aligned correctly, etc and I felt welcome and comfortable, even though it was probably tough for them to squeeze me in at the last minute. Thank you so much again for kindly explaining everything to someone who knows not much about cars, would highly recommend this place to anyone! :)

They detected a problem with my front axle while rotating my tires. They recommended that it was something that needed to be addressed as soon as possible, but were not pushy. To me that was refreshing. Once I approved the repair it was done promptly and professionally. In the past they ve repaired some slow leaks in my tires free of charge. I have also taken my wife s car in for repair and experienced the same great service. I highly recommend American Tire Depot.

Excellent service! Although there was a brief wait initially due to their busy schedule, the staff efficiently addressed my tire issue. The counter gentleman estimated 30-45 minutes, but pleasantly surprised me by completing the repair in just 20 minutes. Fast and friendly service overall, a great experience!

Let's enjoy it when things go right. I was in shock with how simple my transaction was today. I paid online and showed up and there was no needless upsell, no change or price, no tacked on fees over what was stated online.They have a sign with your name and if you show up on time there is no "oh but he showed up before you" I was there at 8:30 and out at 8:55.Cherry on the top was that there was no commotion about my tires being slightly wider than factory spec, they knew it fit and they had no fuss about it. This no BS approach is much appreciated. Overall great experience.

Very professional and courteous. Showed me everything every step of the way. Been coming here for 6-7 years. Never had any problems. Little bit of time to wait, but this location is very busy. It s understandable for such good service and quality work.

After many Years of taking care of my 2016 Toyota Corolla- I can absolutely say this shop is not only of high quality, they are trustworthy too. In fact, they spotted faulty & fraudulent work by another shop, which I was then able to have corrected. The safety implications (which turned out to be non-repaired damage to the frame & chassis) of that botched job were chilling, and they were right to let me know. They noticed I d been replacing my tires at an unusual rate- and instead of just selling me new ones, took a good look and found a titled chassis. That s just one example, but I ve never been oversold by this shop. And when I ve needed work beyond their scope, their referrals have been fantastic too. I m happy & proud to be their customer. This place had my back completely! It s been hard times for all of us and taking my car here for service definitely helped me out. My car is running like a champ. Thank you Carlos, Marcos, and Patrick for all your hard work and efforts to insure that I got great service and the best prices. Carlos was amazing. His customer service was by far one of the best I ve seen in any mechanic at any auto repair shop. Those great discounts really helped me out. I got my car fixed, bought gas and groceries afterwards. Art was the store manager who was very professional and very fair with pricing!! I came all the way from Pasadena because i have heard great things about this American Tire DEpot in Glendale. I will go nowhere else for tires, alignment etc.Thanks again Art!!!

Amazing guys! I had nails in both back tires and I needed rotation. They gave me all detailed information, repaired my tires, pointed that soon I need to change back couple. The price for tire is same as Tesla s. So after all service being done I said how much I owe and they said nothing. You are all good. This is part of our service . Amazing. So guess where will I go to buy new tires?

I started coming here for oil changes. I drive a car from 2006. For all accounts most mechanics write me off etc. Art. I believe he is either the GM or owner is amazing. He was honest and forthright with what was needed for my Chevy HHR. I was going to buy a new car but the market is nuts. They gave my old POS a whole new lease on life. This business will not upsell you and they will efficiently fix your vehicle. As an owner of an older vehicle they will tell you all the work that needs to be done. But they have never ever pushed that on me. I will always be back. Thanks Art.

So my tire popped on the freeway and I panicked. I called American Tire Depot and spoke to Alex who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him my problem and they said they could help me out, if I got there before they closed at 6, on a Friday.I made it in, barely, and the staff was quick to help and change my tire. I drove home and my tire was showing a constant leak. I went back the next day and in less than ten minutes, I was on my way. They changed the valve stem, for free and made sure my tire was fine before letting me leave.Great service. 10/10 would come back again.

There's a fine line between "upselling" and "recommending" when it comes to car repairs, and this store definitely stays on the right side of the line. There are many things that wear out and/or break on cars, and these guys are always honest and straightforward about what needs to be done now and what "should" be done soon. They will also give discounts if multiple things need to be done in the same area.One of the most honest stores I've been to.

Great service. Great pricesUpdate: Just had to update my review with more detail as I have recently moved and this was my go to car service shop for 4 yrs. The staff was phenomenal. Never tired to up-sale me on a service i did not need. Very informative and not intimidating if there was something i didnt understand. The prices for service were great as well. I just want to say thank you for making any car issues I had less of an issue.

Had a nail in one of my tires and Art told me on the phone that they could definitely check it out. There was a wait time, so don t come here trying to rush. It was worth it though and they repaired it. I also got my set of tires here a while back and the prices were fair. They gave me options depending on my budget.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle for servicing here. I gave them my budget and they were flexible to accommodate what I was looking for, and even though the tires I originally wanted were not in stock for same day servicing, they provided me similar options within my price range. The manager Art was helpful in squeezing my car in, to make sure there was enough time to work on it before closing on Friday evening of a long holiday weekend. I am super grateful for how they were quick & affordable. I plan to come back for future service, and will continue to recommend Art & their shop to others. Thank you American Tire Depot!

This used to be my go to tire shop. I've been going here for several years to buy and mount tires for all my vehicles and trailers and would tell all my family and friends to go here.My last purchase was 4 tires in 2020. They had charged me for the road hazard warranty without me knowing or asking. One tire got punctured by a bolt that would make the tire go completely flat in one day. I went in August 2022 to get the tire repaired or replaced. They insisted on just repairing it with a plug even though the puncture was too big.In October 2022, the same tire continued to leak so I went back. They wouldn't honor the road hazard warranty and again plugged it but this time adding glue.I went back in December 2022 because the same tire was still leaking. This time they patched it instead of honoring the road hazard warranty.The tire was still leaking so once again, I went back in January 2023. This time they told me nothing is wrong, they added air and told me to keep driving it.I didn't want to keep going back because they wouldn't honor the road hazard warranty they sneaked into my bill.The tire is still leaking, with less than 5000miles on them. I went in today June 2023 only to find out the road hazard has expired.Not only did they sneak in the road hazard warranty but they wouldn't honor it. They kept pushing the repair further and further to let the warranty expire. The tire is unsafe to drive as it leaks 5psi per week.I will no longer be going here and I do not recommend H. Boujakjian as he has very shady business practices.You can search their reviews and see that multiple other people also got scammed by their road hazard warranty.Update: Corporate responded to the negative review with a generic they ll make it right response asking for your contact information. I sent them the information and they never actually reached out. Take your business elsewhere. This company does not follow through on their word and does not care about their customers.

AVOID THIS PARTICULAR SROREWas once a good shop. but this branch is now run by swindlers and cheats that upsell the lowest of low quality tires, and evade when you ask questions. What's more, they start talking funny and adding nonsensical service charges when you suggest ordering higher quality brand. All trust I had in this store has evaporated.On the bright side, I worked with a different location and had a pleasant chat and was able to order tires with an itemized invoice from a person who treated me like a grown-up.

Great customer service and very efficient on time. They were very busy but still got me through on my flat tire repair in a very timely manner. Over all great experience with Mo and A.L. Definitely recommend this place.

If I could get this please oh no stars, I would definitely give a negative I went in this morning cause I knew I had a nail in the middle of my tire, my tire it was not worn off. It was a new tire that I had just got about two months ago, the worker little short, Hispanic guy with a little beard said yes I ll change it for you. Don t worry I ll fix it. Manager comes out and tells me in order for them to fix that one tire. I either have to buy one brand new tire or four new tires and says my tire is not fixable literally went to blocks down to another place and they fix it for me right away the manager at this location is just really mean and rude. He just said no can t fix it either buy one or leave. Definitely not going back there again don t recommend this place anybody

they added on a road hazard warranty without telling me until after i paid. only after asking how much. i was told it was free but only because they discounted the tire price to cover the warranty price.i was not happy with the shady business practices. i will not be coming back to this business.
