This was my first time here, and it went well. Art did a great job, was done in the time he said, and the price was fair. I highly recommend him.Harry was quick with my smog check, and you can find a coupon on the website.

I had a fantastic experience at this smog check place! The gentleman working it was incredibly kind and respectful, and I was amazed at how quick the service was. I was in and out in just twenty minutes, and there was no one else in line. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a smog check.

I went in for a smog check/inspection, the tech was friendly over the phone and in person. They offer a better rate than most places I checked so I was very satisfied. He got me in and out in no time. A+

Called ahead on a Saturday and the guy said they were open until 4p but I d have to get there before 3:30p - showed up at 3p and he s already closed for the day. I guess this happens a lot.

They're open on Sundays!!!Very fast and super friendly service.You can't beat the price either. They offered to apply the coupon and my smog came out $40!I'm definitely recommending this business to everyone

Came here after having issues with another smog location overcharging and not honoring their coupons/discounts. Pulled up and met Harry who was super helpful and was ready to honor their coupon/discount before i even mentioned it. Alfred was extremely helpful, with my smog check, and he even showed me how to take care of my battery corrosion. Lol! I didn't even know it was there. I never look under the hood and the oil change shops never say anything. Alfred was very transparent and took good care of me. Harry is fantastic! He took my car immediately and finished the smog check in less than 15 min. Fair price, great service Easy to take care of business on my lunch break with such efficiency. He was polite and friendly, and I will definitely return.

Called ahead to see if they were busy, and they answered the phone right away. Went in and Harry took care of me .. was superb and very professional. I was out in 15 minutes. Really an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

So I made an appointment to come in @ 3pm and the shop was closed. What a waste of time trying to give this business my money. Don t waste your time. Go to Joe's drive thru in Burbank they won't waste your time. Professionals .

Fast, easy-breezy, and professional service. I would go here again!UPDATE (11/29/2019):I just went back in for a smog check and had awesome experience again! FIVE STARS. Why can't every place be this professional, efficient, and chill? I was helped by Harry this time, who was just as nice as the guy who helped me the first time. Very consistent, pleasant, and quick service so far.

Went here because it got great reviews, but I was shocked at the poor customer service. I showed up yesterday about forty-five minutes before the posted closing time, and the guy in the shop acted like he was doing me a huge favor by "staying open" to get me in. Gave me lots of attitude during the whole process, and overall made me feel deeply unwelcome. I was especially surprised by this behavior, given how many other reviews on this page speak so highly of this location's service. I suppose it's possible that the regular guy was out and the guy I met was a replacement; regardless, this guy was just downright rude. The test itself was fine, but at $45 it was more expensive than I expected it to be. This overcharge in combination with the terrible customer service means I most certainly will not be visiting this location again.

DO NOT USE THIS SMOG STATION. UNRELIABLE!Yesterday I called All Star Smog to make an appointment. The gentleman who answered said they don't take appointments. Okay, so I asked him what time they open and he said 8 AM. Good. I also had a coupon that said they open at 8 AM every day but Sunday. Great. I figure I am all set. I get up early today (Saturday) to get my car to the smog station by 8:00. When I get there the place is locked up and dark. A slovenly and sullen girl with a mop outside the service station tells me "Oh, they're not coming in till 9:00." When I ask her why they and their flyer both said they were due in at 8:00, she just shrugs and says "ask them". NEVER going to this so called "service" station again.

I would never go anywhere else! Harry is the guy and has helped me countless times to see if my car's CAT was "ready" to test. I had many mechanics weighing in and turns out I DID need a new catalytic converter and I replaced my 02 sensors at the same time. Passed no problem, but HARRY makes the experience more pleasurable as you can read by the Yelp reviews. Quick, competitively priced, great location. A+ all around.

Absolute rip off. Ran a 1 minute test twice, had it the oxygen sensor fail and told me to drive 20 minutes to get to fire up. Took it to another shop that ran an extensive series of diagnostic tests and gave me a great report. ALL STAR SMOG check is incompetent and fraudulent, avoid them at all costs.

Five stars! I needed to get a smog check during the Covid-19 crisis, and was Very lucky that essential businesses are still open and are willing to see customers. Harry was so nice, efficient, and professional which was pleasant because most interactions with people these days has been the opposite. Will go back and recommend!
