Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had, and was worth the drive m. Jon in sales handled all the negotiation on the phone and all the numbers were exactly as we discussed when I went in.. Bong in finance went over options but with no high pressure sales. Car was clean and fully charged to take delivery. I was in and out in record time for purchasing a car.

Jesus, Jon and all the staff at Alfa Romeo in Glendale were fantastic. They were very patient with me and made sure that the Giulia Quadrifoglio transaction went smoothly and that the car was delivered to me in top condition.

Had a great experience leasing a 2024 Giulia from this dealership. Angelo was courteous and friendly from the moment we stepped in. We really appreciated how much he respected our time and didn t bother with any waiting tactics or other games that can be tiresome when negotiating at other dealerships. We also really appreciated Angelo s attention to detail and understanding of our specific needs. He even made sure we got everything out of our previous vehicle down to the smallest of items (some Alfa Romeo logo valve stem caps). Overall, we were able to get a fair deal in likely the shortest time I have spent at a dealership. Definitely see Angelo if you are looking for an Alfa.

I m in love with my Alfa Romeo Stelvio and have been since I got my first one 5 years ago! It s a beautiful car, awesome drive and amazing features! I can t say one bad thing about the staff and the service I receive every time! From Annabel who has been taking care of me for over a decade now and is someone I trust whole heartedly to Angelo who is just the sweetest and goes above and beyond to make sure I get everything I want! That s just to name a few of the amazingly genuine people who work here and treat you like family! I could list them all, but everyone gets the point, I am definitely an Alfa of Glendale member forever and would never go elsewhere! Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!

Always a great and transparent experience with Alfa Romeo of Glendale. I've purchased 5 cars from them for a reason. No pressure sales, no expensive dealer "add-ons", honest and direct negotiation-and the sales and finance staff treat me as if I'm an important family member. Excellent service department as well.

Honestly trying to do any service at this location is the biggest headache. I called to get new tires and they reassured me that they have the ones I want. I then made an appointment to get those tires put on but 2 days later on my appointment day they told me that 1) I don t even need an appointment to change tires and 2) they don t have those tires anymore.So I paid for the tires in person in order to ensure that when they arrived they would be held aside for me. Now I m calling on the phone to double check that the tires are physically sitting there before I drive all the way over, and I ve been on hold for 20 minutes being bounced between the service and parts department and each person I talk to act totally lost as if this is the most bizarre request.

Jonathan is the absolute greatest salesman in the game. He met all of my needs and took care of everything for us. He is literally the best employee and extremely professional. The only reason I would get another alpha is because of Jonathan. This man deserves a raise.

Walked in not knowing anything about this brand of vehicle. Very happy with the customer service. They are polite, helpful and friendly. Definitely do recommend it. Look for Angelo Santos he will work with you. He helped me get a 2024 Tonale. I m very happy with my purchase.

Ok, I ve been monitoring the market of pre-owned AR cars for sometime (almost a year ) and it is hard to find the right one without the seeing it in person. When we had a chance to be in LA area, we came to Ellis Dealership. Huge selection of Alfa Romeo & Fiat cars At first couldn t decide which one is better AR Stelvio or AR Giulia Angelo, wonderful Adviser at the dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable and we did test drive on both cars also I had a specific list of things I wanted (pre-owned, possibly certified, 1-3 years old and specific color combination inside and outside, no sport seats ), and this unicorn was in stock and ready to go! Transaction was very smooth and signing all the documents with Financial Director was easy and simple. Thank you guys again! Love my new ride

My family just leased its third Alfa Romeo from this dealership. They are courteous, fair, and I know I am always getting a good deal on a beautiful new Alfa. This last trip we worked with Angelo to lease a Tonale PHEV and it was as always a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. For the past 25 years I ve bought numerous cars from the ELLIS family dealerships. Great customer service, great prices and always a great experience buying a car. I went in to co-sign for my daughter and test drove the new 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The salesman Camilo was nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I fell in love with the car and the sales manager Evan Ellis made it happen. I cannot say thank you enough. I highly recommend buying a car from the Ellis Family Dealership. And I Love my new car.

This dealership will say whatever they have to in order to make a sale, right or not. I bought a Pacifica there that I subsequently sold. When I bought it I was told that the warranty I bought is easily refundable. I ve now been waiting over 7 months for my refund and the dealership - who sold me the warranty - won t do anything to assist in recovering the refund on the warranty they sold me

My first time in this dealership and I m impressed!!!!We were looking all over to buy Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, and no one had them. I went to my previous dealership (I leased 3 Giulia s from them) the treatment I got there was unexpected, they didn t have the car in stock and marked up the price 25K.I called Alfa Romeo in Glendale, a nice guy named Camilo answered, I asked him if they had the car and if they were marking the price up, he said no, we drove there and they had 2 in stock. We got the car right away, they took care of my previous lease and returned it to the bank, everything was so smooth, fast and easy.So if you re looking to get an Alfa go to them, I m glad I called them.Highly recommended!

I bought a Giulia Quad from them yesterday and I feel its the best buying experience I had in a very long time. Sales is extremely non pushy and also no typical dealer tactics. No aftermarket garbage back end products which are forced by other dealers. They give you upfront pricing and then ask you what is that we can do to make it happen. I felt they really tried very hard for this deal to happen. I really feel Jesus and Jon are the best team members I have met in a very long time. If you are in a market for Alfa Romeo I think Glendale is the best place for you to be. Even though prices dont seem to you liking. Just talk to them and see how it happens for you.

I was shopping for a new SUV and really loved the look of the Stelvio. I had very specific wants in mind, color in n out, packages, etc. I checked with dealerships from Newport Beach to Santa Barbara and Glendale Alfa by far had the best inventory. I really though I would have to special order the vehicle to get what I wanted, but this dealership has the best outfitted Stelvios. Amazingly they had what I wanted, the only dealership to have it. Oscar helped me out, answered all my questions, made the process simple and comfortable and I got a deal I m quite happy with.So, if you are in the market for an Alfa save yourself some time and hassle and choose Alfa Romeo of Glendale.

Do yourself a favor and get your new and next Alfa at Glendale! I drove all the way over from the westside because I won t deal with Santa Monica Alfa anymore. They re under new ownership, very few cars, and NO deals to be had. Drive to Glendale!Jesus and John at Glendale Alfa Romeo were wonderful. Got the deal I wanted in the car of my dreams and I am so happy. Very pleasant experience, nice showroom, and while you re waiting for the car to get washed, etc., the galleria is right there to have lunch.Great place to get your car serviced too. I m going to drive from the westside. Great Customer service goes a long way these days!!! See Jesus and John. Thanks again, guys - loving the car and the great transaction!!

Had to turn in my Fiat 124 Spider lease and decided to set up an appointment here at Glendale Alpha Romeo w/ Camilo. He me find the car I was looking for and the dealership worked with me on payment and the swap of my current Fiat 124 lease to a new 2019 Alpha Romeo Giulia. Fastest vehicle transaction ever which is much appreciated!

My experience here was excellent! I didn't get the gentlemans name but he shared my passion for alfa romeos. It was nice to talk to someone who knew the history and all things Alfa. Not to mention they have one of the unicorns here. They have the #23 Nring Gulia!! It is such a beautiful car.

Love this dealership!!! This my second Alfa Romeo from Glendale, Angelo is amazing, going above and beyond, best customer service, all the paperwork done remotely and the car delivered to the desert all in the same day, not to mention a great price!!! went in for 20,000 mi service, staff very friendly and helpful. Treated like we matter and even like we are friends of the service manager which we are not. This has been our best service center we have ever been to and we are old people that have bought many new cars over the years. We also bought our Stelvio here and were treated right then. This is the southern calif place to buy and service your fine Alfa Romeo.

Oscar is hands down the best! So communicative, friendly and straightforward. Having worked with other Alfa stores and had a terrible experience, I was hesitant to stay with an Alfa. This store, and specifically Oscar, was a a night and day difference. He even looked at future inventory coming in to make sure the car we wanted and needed would be in and when. He followed up. He answered all my questions. If he didn t know, he found the answer. This is the guy you want to get your car from, just trust me on this. Thank you Oscar and Alfa Romeo of Glendale!!

Had a great experience leasing my new Giulia. I drove from over an hour away because of the lease offer Jimmy, the Sales Manager gave me.Also, shout out to the finance manager, Bong for doing my paperwork and getting me a great deal on my maintenance plan!So happy my friend told me about Alfa Romeo in Glendale!
