Took both my cars in for recalls. Great service. Nice chill lounge area.Staff cool AF and super professional. They have coffee and snacks for people waiting and tempting cars to buy.Every time I take my car in they was it for you from the outside. It stays a bit wet but nothing the wind can't dry.Super satisfied every time I've gone there.

I had the best time working with Arthur M. He is an honest, fair and the BEST salesman I have ever encountered and efficient. Please come see him, I was in and out with a brand new MDX within 2 hours. Definitely would recommend friends and family here. Acura of Glendale, you have definitely have an MVP!!!!

Brad in service and the rest of the team at Acura Glendale set the standard for excellence in the industry, as far as I can tell. They are prompt, professional, and personable. Five stars for Brad in the service department. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I usually work on my cars myself or take them to independent shops but Acura of Glendale has been taking care of my MDX since new primarily because Brad's great customer service.

On Wednesday morning I noticed my collage son's car that we gave for transmition repair had problem again an as a mom very worried and desperate that what he will do so I call Andre and explain the situation and told him I can not buy brand new . He knows exactly what I'm talking about and told me we have very good low millage certified pre owned ones and send me some some information and I just told him we will be there soon.The minute we checked in we were welcome warm with Andre and the manager and in less than hours we come out with a very nice car that my son got in love with it and more important as a mom I feel good that he will drive safe. I want ao say thank you to all sales,manager financing,and of course service department to taking care of my family God bless you all.

Our family visited California last summer while on vacation. During that time, we noticed some problems associated with our MDX and chose to visit Acura of Glendale. Thankfully, Brad Wolfgram showed exceptional customer service and patience with us! Not only did he bring a positive attitude to the workplace, he is incredibly friendly and understanding with all his customers. If you have any problems, ask for him!

I Bought my Integra at Glendale Acura. My salesman was Andre. Very professional and easy to talk too. Quick negotiations between him and I. He got me the monthly payment I want. They didn t try to break me or starve me to death like other dealerships. I was a satisfied customer.There was a confusion with the remote start, the Aspec didn t come with it which I wanted. A week later the dealership/owner contacted me and resolve the issue. They installed an aftermarket remote start for me.Early Christmas gift from Santa!Thank You Mr Brewer

I went in for service on a Saturday for my ILX and received excellent customer service from beginning to end. I was greeted by Manny the Service Advisor and was impressed with how helpful and professional he was. Manny also made sure to get me the best pricing for my service and appreciate that he did not try to push any unnecessary services. This is definitely my new go to service department for all of my car service needs. Thank you Manny and Acura of Glendale!

Acura of Glendale was amazing. Andre was the salesman that assisted me. He greeted me with a smile and was extremely polite throughout the entire process. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was not pushy and very straight forward. Highly recommend this dealership.

To whom it may concern @ Acura Glendale , this is my first visit to Acura Glendale. I stop by for an oil service and I pulled up to the services drive and waited for a good 10 minutes until SALVADOR CASTEL the service advisor walked up to me and asked if I was being help! So I told him the issues with the vehicle beside the oil service and he guided me from the beginning of the process he is very professional and keeps meup-to-date. Thank you

Got my vehicle here almost 5 years ago and continue getting my car maintenance here. Ask for Roger he's the best representative in the dealer for services done to your vehicle. Very fast and knows how to explain things the right way.

Loved my experience buying my RDX! Matthew was very transparent over email about the offers and what I was looking for. Whole process was very smooth and fast, everything was done in one office. Loved how it was a smaller dealership so everything was accessible. Didnt feel like I was held hostage to make a deal unlike those bigger car dealerships. Very glad Glendale of Acura responded to me first while other Acura dealerships have yet to contact me.

I had a great experience at Acura Glendale. I was having some problems with my vehicle I called other Acura dealerships that were closer to me and I was being brushed off and told the part was on back order. But I spoke to Sal at Acura Glendale and he took care of me. We got the vehicle in so it could be diagnosed and I was able to get a loaner. He keep me informed every step of the way. Now I'm just hoping my vehicle can be repaired or I can be put in a new, more reliable vehicle.

I was in the market for a new SUV a few months ago, and though I didn t end up buying an Acura for personal brand reasons, the experience I had at this dealership was fantastic.I had an appointment, showed up, was handed the keys to test drive solo (love that!), and was emailed the exact price I d pay per month on a lease. No markup, fully transparent, and super smooth.I wish more dealers were like this and hopefully one day I do end up purchasing here. Great experiences are memorable!

My car needed to have its emissions monitor reset to be smog tested and this Acura did a great job of fixing it quickly and fitting me in for an appointment.I was really worried about my car since it s new and even after troubleshooting and constant hours of driving a particular way, my car was still throwing an error that meant I couldn t bring my car in for smog testing. I had spent a lot of time trying to research and fix it on my own before calling the dealership.When I called, the service manager, John, was especially really great. He listened to what was wrong and made the entire process of fixing the car quick and easy. The employees here are really kind and I recommend coming here for any of your Acura needs!

Staff at the dealership is lovely. However, Acura Finance and Acura Motors are a horrific nightmare. Been waiting for an SRS part to be delivered for 6 months.I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing or leasing an Acura. They do NOT value your business.

Took in my vehicle for service and was not impressed. Had an appointment but the service person that was to help me out must have been on lunch break and only one Servicer was available so I had to wait.Went into the waiting area and Albert helped me out and I replaced my vehicle! Thank you Albert. I give Albert 5 stars.

Very friendly, they work fast.I appreciate that they present you with everything that needs attention but dont force you into anything. They present you the facts and offer suggestions in case you are unable to get everything done at the time.

Not enough loaner cars when your car is being serviced. No special amenities, no complementary beverage in waiting area like at Lexus dealership. Complimentary Lyft home.

I have all sorts of love for the service team here. Tony Gonzales is by far too talent. Every single time I visit, the level of detail, expediency, and attitude goes above and beyond what I m used to. They re quick too. Today I noticed an issue, it was 9AM, I called for an appointment assuming I d just get one the following day. They did my brakes, rotors, washed my ride, and had a no-cost rental for me should I need to dash early. The total time took 1 hour and 10 minuets. They get me sorted in a clutch all the time. You ll never get an attitude from anyone working there which says a lot about the leadership. I imagine they re all great people to work for, and keep their employees happy. What more can I say? Free WiFi, free coffee and drinks and snacks

The service department at Acura of Glendale has consistently been great. Brad has been particularly helpful in setting up appointments, arranging a loaner car (only used this once), and explaining necessary service issues. Pretty no-fuss/no-muss experience.

We bought our car here and although we have moved my wife continues to use Acura of Glendale for servicing the car. Brad is always courteous, thorough and friendly. He advises but is not pushy, he is trustworthy. We will continue to come here for as long as we can .

Always a breeze here! As a service advisor for another car brand myself, I can say I love bringing my car here. Everyone I've had an encounter with here is great but had to shout out Roger in the service dept, he's the man!

It feels a little strange writing such an ecstatic review about a vehicle service department, but this one rocks! I brought my car in for the first time on the 31st for an issue most semi-car savvy people could have easily fixed themselves, but I am not, so I could not. Without going into detail, they completed this easy fix complimentary, did a full check-up on the car and gave it a clean bill of health besides a few small issues I chose to remedy. I even took advantage of their shuttle service to bring me to and from work, which was a convenient godsend and saved me money on Uber expenses. I wasn t the highest paying customer that day, but they made me feel like it. As a result, they gained a lifetime customer. Also, Brad was my consultant and provided excellent customer service. Thanks Acura of Glendale!

My Consultant was Top Notch in terms of abilities to assess and interpret my needs and issues with the vehicle. The team executed concise communication by explaining the nature of the repairs, time and cost with what I believed to be an honest and accurate estimate. ALL of my questions were answered in an expeditious fashion and multiple solutions offered with time and cost. Super friendly, patient and professional.However, the cashier wasn't her most attentive and there was no ride or loaner while my vehicle was being serviced. Slightly wavered in that area of the service, but overall the Glendale Team is a Great representation of the Acura brand.
