UR Tires is the mechanics shop I've been looking for. Trustworthy and honest. Diagnosed precisely the problem within the first few minutes. Honest pricing without piling on and no asking for extra work to be done that's not needed. Car runs and drives smoothly now and no more rough handling with worrisome noises. Highly recommended and at last, someone I can trust! Thank you!

UR Tires offered excellent customer service, with Mike displaying a high level of friendliness and professionalism. As I resided out of town, I required immediate assistance to fix my tire. Upon stopping by, Mike swiftly resolved the issue with my flat tire and I was able to purchase new ones at a very reasonable price. I am highly satisfied with the service provided and will certainly return as a customer in the future.

Went in to get a flat tire fixed. I found a screw on the inner most groove. Luckily, it was on the tread surface rather than sidewall. Tech was able to remove screw and put a plug to seal the hole. Thanks to Mike for taking me in with only 45-minute notice. Repair done in 10 minutes!!!! Will definitely go back!

Terrible service, I took my car to be repaired and they told me that they gave me a warranty and I came back with the same problem after 2 days and they told me that it was the part and that I had to pay again, I went to another workshop and the part was bad putPesimo servicio, lleve a reparar mi carro y me dijeron q me daban garantia y volvi x el mismo problema a los 2 dias y me dijeron q era la pieza y q tenia q volver a pagar, fui a otro taller y era q la pieza estaba Mal puesta
