I went to get ny truck tinted all they way around and it came out amazing but I have noticed a few tiny tiny bubbles on one window and a small small tear but I could easily go and get it fixed with my warranty but it does not bother me. It s pretty pricy I won t lie but the work is always good and the new owner s really do care and took care of me. I went into to get my windshield and window tinted no biggie they got it done and I will be going back to get my back up camera installed and protective windshield layer installed soon.

Don t go here to get your windows tinted. Per the description on the website, tint is to be laser cut. This did not happen. My overall experience was horrible. Had to take the car back 3 times to get the window tint fixed. It s still bad but I will NOT take it back to the same location for another bad experience. Find another place to go.

Mike is great and my tint came out great on my Tahoe. Mike offers great customer service as he shuttled me to my house since I did not have a ride. I highly recommend Tint World!!!!

I spoke with Josh on the phone for a quote. He asked me to come in so I could see the different percentage of tint.I went in the next day, I was greeted by Josh.I seen the options and made my decision on the percent of tint.Michael took my car in and started working on it.Before I knew it, my car was done. I am extremely happy with the end result, on top of that Michael has SO MUCH knowledge about Mopar and helped me out with something that had nothing to do with his job, I am very thankful and definitely happy. I will be returning for other services very soon.(SIDE NOTE) I had no concerns on being a women, doing this transactions (ALONE) I read a lot of reviews and there was a warning about ladies doing business with them. I COULD NOT DISAGREE MORE.... The price was in the range of other quotes. I will refer all my friends and family to them...Sincerely,Shelia

Had speakers and receiver installed and this was the worst job I have ever encountered. They had my car for over 12 hours and I did not pick up my car until 11 pm. The receiver stopped working about 2 months in and drew power from my batter while the car was off. Back passenger window did not work after door speakers installed and poor quality of wiring (exposed wires between doors without rubber stopper in place).EDIT: it has been 7 months since the door speaker installation and I continue to have issues with the original installation. I do not play my music very loud, nor do I have people in my back seat regularly. However, I did have my mother come and visit and she noticed that the left rear door speaker does not work. This is the same door that the power window hasn t worked since I took my car there. I have also called the number that was posted as a reply multiple times and left a message with no reply.

The shop changed ownership and they are extremely unprofessional. On the phone said they would take gift card and set a price, when I got there they suddenly does not accept gift cards and the price is $100 more. I've been here before and the original owner was always professional and taught me a lot about car care and tint materials etc, this guy doesn't know anything.After the visit I just checked other reviews on Google and Yelp, and yep, never coming back again.

Never. Never contact these guys. They do very poor quality work with poor quality materials. And then they blame you. I installed a protective film on the front bumper on a Tesla model 3. As a result, a couple of weeks after washing, the film moved away and there were bubbles. Went back to them and they redid it. At the same time, they said that it was my fault and that it was necessary to leave the car with them for the night, but they themselves did not talk about this during the installation. Then, a couple of weeks after washing, the film broke all over. I called them and they said no problem, come fix it and again it's my fault because you can't wash the car for a month, but again I only find out about it when it's already broken. When I arrived (and I was going to go from Santa Cruz), they said that they would not fix it, since it was not after washing and that it was my fault because I hit something. As a result, a lot of money, nerves, travel time was spent, and now my husband is removing this film.

Stopped by to get a quote. It was outrageously overpriced. Got a lot of double talk from the salesperson. I didn't have a good feeling with the interaction and left. It looks like I dodged a bullet after reading other reviews. There are other reputable places nearby.

Do not go to Tint World in Gilroy. Apparently they changed owners and the new owner is a schemer, liar, and con artist. My family and I had been going there for over 6 years. We were unaware of the ownership change until this week when we had an awful experience. They lied about accepting gift cards which we purchased for the holiday, doubled the price of the same service we had gotten there for years and then had the nerve to accuse us of stealing from them after they refused our payment which they agreed to. I reported them to the BBB and saw two other recent experiences that are similar to ours. Also reported to GPD.

If you need a car detailed this it the place!!!We took my grandfather's 1999 Ford Taurus. This car hasn't been driven or maintained for the last 6 years or so, with chipping paint, dead bugs, spider webs, dust EVERYWHERE and just an overall look of a car from a post apocalypse film. We brought it in for an estimate, worked with them for a while figuring out exactly the work we wanted. After just a few hours we we're returned with a car that looks newer than ever before. An additional bonus is all the extra work they did that we would just live with but they went the extra mile with extra polishing, restoring the headlights, and making the hub caps look brand new.

I wouldn t recommend this place. They told me something would take 1.5 hours and I was there for over 3 hours and left with my tint not completed. My husband got his truck windows done and they do not look good. You can see where they cut the tint and there are little bubbles in it. Complete waste of time for both of us.

UPDATE 4-1-22So after taking my car back to Tint World a second time and not being happy with the results the owner messaged me to apologize. I was pretty upset and was not thinking of going back a third time but I called and spoke to Kurtis and he said asked me to bring the car back in and that he would oversee the tinting process and we would walk the car together after they were done.So I brought it back and the tint was done much better this time. I really appreciate Kurtis apologizing and standing behind his work. Conflict resolution really means a lot in the business world. It's not necessarily how you handle things when everything is going smootlhly, it's how you deal with customers when they are unhappy that shows your character as a business owner. Kurtis made it clear that he wanted me to be happy and was willing to do what it took to make things right.ORIGINAL REVIEWSo after having my 2 front windows tinted here last December I waited about a month and noticed that there were quite a few small bubbles in the tint. These looked like there were specks of dirt between the glass and the tint. I took the car back and spoke to the woman that I believe co-owns the shop, (Xander is her name I think). She looked at them and told me that they were just bubbles in the tint that needed to dry out. She said that because it had been cold in December and January the film hadn't been able to cure completely. I didn't really believe her but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.I waited until March and the bubbles were still there. 3 months is a ridiculous amount of time so any bubbles that weren't there because of dirt should have been gone by now. I called and spoke to Curtis and he told me to bring the car in. I came in and he looked at the car and immediately said that the bubbles were caused by particulates. He also tried to give me some song and dance about my car being an older car! It's a 2018 Infiniti dude. How is that an older car?!?!? Plus I've never had this issue with any of my other cars I've had tinted over the years, (86 Mustang, 92 Mustang, 2007 Mustang, 2018 Maxima). Curtis was just making excuses. Then he tells me that they can have up to 5% particulates in their tinting and that any shop would say the same. Well I NEVER had this issue with Mr. Tint in San Jose with the 3 previous cars they did for me.So I got my windows re-tinted last Saturday and I checked them this morning and guess what? BUBBLES! I swear it's worse than last time. I'm just going to go back there and have them take the tint off and get my money back and take my car to Mr. Tint like I should have done in the first place.So unless you like bubbles in your tint, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

These guys did a fantastic job ceramic tinting my 2022 Mazda CX-5 on 06/14! It looks absolutely flawless. They're under new ownership now and are a huge improvement over the previous owners. Wow, that was easy.The VW dealer had two chances to fix the AC. All they could come up with was topping off the coolant. Tint World quickly found why the coolant kept going low, had the parts in a couple days and fixed it without any drama. Now our Golf is the coolest car in town.Service: Air conditioning

I stopped by to get a quote on how much it would cost to get the tint removed from my cars back windows and was serviced by Angel. Angel quoted me a great price and said the job would take about an hour. Around 30 min later I returned and my car was already finished and the results were excellent. I highly recommend Angel and Tint World for all your needs. They are very fast, professional, and all around excellent.

I am working with Kurtis, the Sales Manager; I dropped off my brand new Porsche with less than 150 miles on it for front paint protection, ceramic coat everywhere else, and window tinting. I also asked if they paint calipers which they said they do. I wanted the job done to perfection, so I have left my car with them for over two weeks and will pick it up tomorrow. I am nervous as my friends recommended I take my car to a high-end San Jose shop, but I said I want to keep my business local. Over the past 2 weeks we have brought in both of our vehicles to Tint World for tinting and stereo instillation. Both vehicles turned out amazing. They did fantastic work. We were impressed with the turn around time and quality work done with both vehicles. Awesome customer service!

These guys are awesome! I called in to make an appointment, and they offered me an appointment for the same day. I was impressed. The shop is very clean with amenities like fresh coffee and bottled water along with free WiFi. They are professionals all the way. They explained everything to me and didn't up sale. I had the 2 front windows done on my 2017 Subaru Outback. All the film is computer laser cut for your vehicle. I was done in an hour and was pleased with the results. I will definitely be bringing in my wife's car.

$350 for a tint job with scratches and bubbles in it, along with a damaged vehicle? When I went back to calmly explain my disappointment the lady who works the front counter started behaving embarrassingly unprofessional, you would've thought SHE was the one with a brand new damaged vehicle. I was told that the gaps of no tint on my windows were because "they don't take apart cars" (resulting in a half-done looking tint job). After being told that they would not pay to have the dealership fix my damaged car (let's not forget I was just told that they don't take cars apart) they replaced the part themselves and I now have a 4 month old car with a window trim that rattles. Take your money elsewhere I PROMISE you these other local shops can do a much cleaner looking job for far less money, AND treat you with respect.

Awful service, had a 3pm pick up for my 2017 tundra for remote install, after I stated that I needed truck back I was TEXT not called by phone but TEXT stating that they ran into some issue, after talking to owner she stated the kit didn't come with the antenna they needed to complete install, and when I came to store to pick up vehicle I was told it was taken to the dealership for lights coming on due to module not being compatible. I was 2-3 hours late for work and was not even told about the truck being brought to the dealership. On top of that I was offered and told I had a vehicle waiting for me at enterprise, got there with owner and I was handed a key to a work truck that was full of pet hair that went well with my black button down shirt prior to showing up to work oh and yes the vehicle barely had enough gas for me to get to and from work, thank god for gas stations. The owner sent me a message via text stating my vehicle was ready for pick up early morning, when I received the vehicle the interior lower dash area looked like it was kicked and left with shoe and hand prints, on top of that the truck did not settle in lights were going off during my camping trip. I took it upon myself to take it back to dealership to have everything reset. Overall this has been hands down the most awful service I've had hands down. I did not bother to reach out to owner as there wasn't any kind of compensation offered whatsoever for the amount of inconvenience during this whole process.

Great customer service and very professional Tech's. Thanks for being so accommodating while I wait. Drop of at 8am done at 10am for full tint now that's promp service. Highly recommend to take your car there for your Automotive Styling and Tinting Services.

Went here to upgrade my factory headunit and ended up leaving with a new Memphis sub with window tinting on top of it. I can't recommend this store enough. The staff on top of the service has always been what makes coming here worth it.

I have taken 2 brand new vehicles to them over the years. And I have walked in & walked out in about an hour (mind you they only did the front passenger & drivers windows - not the whole car.) Both times the employees were professional & explained the whole process. I ll be bringing any future cars to them based off this past experience.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I got a wonderful tint on my vehicle along with a very nice detailing. The price was fair, and it gives me added confidence that the tint is covered for life and can be warrantied at any location (according to the sales person).

Had my windows tinted on my car, they did an amazing job, highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and kind, willing to answer all your questions, and happy to do so. They love their customers. Will be going back for all my performance need they also install modifications to vehicles, more then your standard tint shop.
