I went in to fix the battery light on my car, I had barely replaced the alternator and a few other parts and was able to diagnose and repair what exactly was wrong with my car in a matter of one business day. Thanks for diagnosing and replacing the faulty parts in my car!

I have been coming to this establishment before Carlos was the manager and even then I always had great service here. It was that time again for a synthetic oil change. And of course I had to pick the Saturday before Memorial Day. I like to call ahead so then I can plan accordingly, but I had went Friday afternoon to see if I could get squeezed in. I ended up taking my car Saturday afternoon and was able to get served quickly. Customer service was friendly as always, which was Carlos.

I spoke to Carlos Ayon in regards to the issue I was having and I was having a hard time to put in words what was going on exactly. He was quick to listen, attentive, ensured that he inspected the car and provided me with the solution and was even kind enough to show me as he explained what needed fixing. This is simply to say that their custom service is excellent. We spoke to Carlos and he was super nice and polite. We didn t get service done there bc our truck needed towing back to Big Sur but they let us hang in the parking lot till our ride came. It s made out super stressful day a bit better with their kindness.

You guys it you havent already been here you should definitely trust carlos and his team they saved me 700 dollars on a job that the dealership failed to do so. honesty is this guys middle name he will never try and gip you the way other macanics do. So if you ever have a car issues please take it to Carlos and his team they will never let you down and have you back on the road faster than you can call your insurance agent thank you again I hope you dig the burrito !!!

In mid-September we brought a car into the shop. It was agreed they would replace the front right wheel speed sensor. First they apparently ordered a wrong part as the car was not ready at the agreed time. When they supposedly finished their job, there was no difference with the car - the warning lights were still on and the car still behaved as before. They said their job is done and that this is all they were paid for.

I am a long time repeat customer here and have nothing but praise for the team. Not every job turned out perfect but they stood by their product and in one occasion disassembled my dash again to replace a defective blower fan. Most recently I was quoted a great price on replacing my internal oil pump and had it done the next morning. Old and new cars will benefit from this polished establishment.

I went in for an oil change, just so happens I got a Groupon for this place that was down the street from my home so found it convenient. I will never go back again. Not sure what they did, but they didn t do the oil change nor top my fluids. A week later my car over heated on the freeway, had no coolant. Took it in today to jiffy lube and they informed me my car had no oil!!!! They honestly don t even deserve the one star that I had to give them in order to leave a review

I needed 4 new tires for a 2007 2nd car. The manager quickly realized I needed the most economical tires available. There was no attempt to upsell something I didn't need. I still got a great warranty that will easily last as long as I'll hang on to this car. This honesty and integrity has been consistent in our many years of having our cars serviced at this business for routine maintenance and for a few major repairs.Service: Oil change

Always professional, fast and friendly. Would highly recommend. My car needs a lot of work but they were not pushy. Gave me a detailed list of the problems explained everything and were willing to show me and walk me through what needed to be repaired. I brought my car in for a simple strut replacement and ended up with an 1800.00 body damage! When trying to work it out with the reginal manager Rosa, who oversees 3 repair shops in Gilroy(which damaged my car, Manger is Carlos Aylon), Morgan Hill and Sunnyvale. She replied in a text to me" Just want to let you know that I spoke with your insurance company and I have denied responsibility for the damage to your vehicle. You got service on the 16th of January and filed the claim immediately the day after without even contacting me first. We made contact on the 20th and you advised me that you didn't file a claim yet or got a repair quote. You didn't have the vehicle where we agreed you would have it for me to physically look at the damages you claim my technician did so we can decide how to handle this. Therefore, I have reason to believe this was all planned out on your part. Photos you sent were not clear enough for me to even see any damage. I'm going to let your insurance handle this. We are done talking, I already gave my statement to Geico so it's in their hands now. Have a good day". Really? It was my plan to dame my own car with the mechanic to file a claim!!?? Carlos must be in on it too since he said it was just a scratch and planted an intended piece of his lifting rack on the underside of my car?!?. Rosa that makes alot of sense believing that and refusing to repair my car from the awful unprofessional business practices here in Gilroy! DONT GO THERE Their goal is to get you in to there garage and when you are in they will take advantage of you.I was unfairly charged, when I called the person say bring your car in we re slow I can check it for you and let you know first what the problem is and go from there, he mentioned that the service for that AC is $140 to fill it up with Freon he did not mention any service fee but when you were there they make you sign a bunch of papers and then you end up paying for it, poor service and very unprofessional.DONT GO THEREService: A/C installation & repair

Took my car to the Morgan Hill location for work on my brakes. Poor quality work, the brakes made a constant ticking noise. Took the car back only to find out the MH location closed. The Gilroy office refuses to help me or cover the work even though they re still listed on the Premier Auto Care webpage (the same one the MH location was listed). This is terrible customer service.

Got there Sat morning, as agreed, so called in no answer and I decided to wait few minutes (20 min), after all that dude come out and didn't even approach to explain, so I walked to him to find out that shop was closed due to system down, so I said, how about you work on the truck and whenever "system " is back you input what's necessary... dude responds like, "Ohhh, people already went home, (at 8Am???)
