Do not use O Reillys100% Chinese parts, and on failure of these parts i.e. DOA their manager will not compensate you for any other associated goods for the install of that partIf you look at the serpentine belt I bought from O Reillys and you hold it up next to a Napa belt. It s 1/2 the thickness what junk parts these people are selling.They screwed me on a master cylinder that was DOA and was so cheap. They would not give me the 3 quart of brake fluid that is required to reinstall another master cylinder. They take no value for your time they will not call you back. They will just take your money. Give you a Chinese part and you re on your own, good luck with that attitude you have permanently lost this client

Hit and miss here with service... been to stores where I was assaulted physically and verbally by a manager for taking "too long" shopping after my friend and I were there 5 minutes in Campbell while in Hollister they are very helpful and knowledgeable!

jimena went out of her way to help me get the car remote battery she told me to go get it from cvs which I did and then she opened it and put it in. Last year they also help me with car alternator and also give me Mario number who put in the alternator.Octavia went out of way to find my car wipers he is the man. The girl she also nice to help me.

So when I went to make a return with my receipt mind you they told me that I couldn't return the product because I ran electricity through it. I bought it I took it out I put the car battery on the charger my dad came in and said what is that I have a better one I took it off a package it up I brought it back to the store same day with the receipt they wouldn't take it back.Another time when I went there to get windshield wipers I gave out the make and model of my car they gave me the wrong blades they were too big.It's unfortunate because O'Reilly's is right by my house for the convenience but I think I might be looking elsewhere for my automobile things

Save yourself time and money do not order anything from this store. I have received the wrong brake master cylinder twice now with no hope of them getting it right the third time. The parts I have received other than being incorrect are also missing pieces and in opened boxes. In closing if you like never finishing a project and are fine with made in China rejects that other stores won't sell go here. If you value your time or need to get to work Monday morning than pass this store by.

I went in with a bad battery connection while traveling and the gal came out, checked my battery, saw it was still good, cleaned up the connections and sent me on my way. If I'm ever in Gilroy again, I'll definitely go back!!! You should too.

Hopefully this is the location in HOLLISTER!!! THEY WERE VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES WHEN I CALLED. THEY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES SO I DECIDED TO GO OVER TO SEE TWO LAZY HEAVY SET WORKERS JUST SITTING THERE TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND PUTTING ALL CALLS ON HOLD!! BESIDE SERGIO WHO WAS THE ONLY ONE ATTENDING TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS!! AWESOME EMPLOYEE!!RHANKS AGAIN SERGIO FOR YOUR SERVICE

The worst Auto Parts Store ever Ive been a mechanic all my life (I'm 60 now) so I think I know how to order parts this Store constantly gets my orders wrong. Most of the Employees in my opinion don't know anything about auto repair. Or about car's they are the worst I have ever seen. I go to Morgan Hill for my Auto Parts they know what there doing up there.

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts tonight to get my blinker bulb replaced they cost $5.79. I cant express how impressed and appreciative I am of this young man named Izaiaz. I had no idea that the ENTIRE front end of my car had to be taken apart to replace a blinker bulb. I had a minor heart attack seeing all those screws, and clips being popped off and my front end disassembled like a jigsaw puzzle. But he replaced both blinker bulbs and put her all back together in about 45 minutes. Everytime I have had to get bulbs replaced or my new battery replaced, the entire staff has been super helpful..but tonight Izaiaz went over the top with his customer service. It's a good feeling to know there are still some good hearted hard working kids out there. Simply put; a diamond in the rough..this experience....priceless!

Bad store , worse customer service !!! Called for a battery last minute at 9:30pm on Sunday they close at 10pm , drove all the way to the store arrived at 9:45pm and dude closed the door on us early and did not want to open it even though i was there before closing, now my work truck is out till Monday will take further action with bbr

Very friendly and helpful people working here. One employee even came out to my car to track down the correct part and give advice on how to replace the part. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of car parts

I was needing to exchange a faulty battery with receipt, to ensure it was defective they gave it an hour to charge which confirmed it was defective, however Veronica told me that they cannot semd it back to the supplier until batteretly has less than 25% life left. That it was charged enough to start my BMW. I was told to use it and return in a month...ITS NOT MY FAULT THE BATTERY IS DEFECTIVE, IT DOES NOT START MY CAR, BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE. THE SHIPPING BETWEEN DISTRIBUTOR AND SUPPLIER IS NOT MY FAULT EITHER. I am still without a working batterey. Thaaaaanks orielly s.

I keep getting the run around for a pickup order I made over the phone with them. They said it was ready for pickup. I went to the store waited in a long line and the rep said it wasn't there yet.... customer service is going down hill here...

If your car is older than 10 years don't expect them to have anything for you in stock it's not like a Civic DX is a rare car.
