Meineke Bill and crew are the best car people I have ever dealt with. They will make suggestions according to whatever they find that your car needs and explain why. Pricing is fair but the quality of work is outstanding. I refer them to friends and family whenever I can.

Bill is always amazing at getting me scheduled quickly and taking care of just what needs to be done. I love that he let's me know what actually needs to be done. I've even asked about work and he let's me know it's not needed. Bill is great and his team take great care of my van.

My new fav spot to get my oil changed (2013 Lexus RX 350 - synthetic blend) Will be a life-long customer thanks to Bill s (the owner) great customer service and transparency. He had great hospitality on the phone when I called to set up an appointment. Upon arrival, he explained to me why other places try to up-sell me on a full synthetic oil change for my specific car. Don t waste your time going anywhere else if your car only needs the synthetic blend oil. Meineke will take care of you and have complete transparency. This place is great, Bill took excellent care of my car. He knew exactly what to do. Got my struts and shock replaced, and alignment. Got all the work done in one day. Quote me a price when I called and that was the price I paid. Awesome work.

Once again we had a wonderful, highly personalized experience at Meineke in Gilroy. As part of my regular oil change it was noted that a front tire was cracked and needed to be replaced immediately to avoid the high potential of an accident. At no financial gain, they took time to research possible solutions and after a lengthy web search found me a replacement tire that could be shipped overnight from Detroit. I was also cautioned about not driving the car until the wheel was replaced. Plus, the oil change free was reduced as the tires were not able to be rotated. That is what we consider honest business practices . And this is why we continue to return to Meineke for our car needs. We highly recommend them!

I took my SUV in for a routine oil change. Since the mileage is high I was expecting to pay more. I immediately received a phone call from Bill stating that I did not need the high mileage oil change, and it would be cheaper than what I originally expected. Bill has always been honest and treated me with respect when other places have not. I can always expect a great experience here.

I had an unexpected issue with my car and googled mechanic near me and noticed Meineke had several good ratings. So pulled in and within an hour had the diagnosis of my car. It wasn t recommended to drive the vehicle but I had both my two young kiddos with me. We pulled the boosters out of my car and one of the workers drove us home. We had a tentative date of completion for repairs and it was right on track with great turn around and communication.

Outstanding service! Very nice, very fast and extremely honest! They inspected my car and actually called to tell me know I did not need brakes! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this business.

Awesome, concierge customer service and one of the few honest auto repair shops.Bill, the owner takes pride in his shop. The shop is always clean and organized. The repair area is spotless. Most mechanics shops are filthy with oil stains and petro smells. This one is super clean.Honest mechanic - why? Took my auto to another place for simple synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that the engine seals or oil pan has a leak. Was also informed that the Mercedes Benz needed a tire alignement. The cost at the dealer to trace the leak, repairs, and alignment would be premium - which means expensive.Bill informed me the tire alignment is $149 and that his technician would check the oil pan and seals. Walaa, he confirmed everything was perfect and there is no need to do anything because no oil leaks.He educated me on alignment of Mercedes. Shared the steps his technician took to align wheels and informed me the auto is in good condition.Big thumbs up and kudos to Meineke for knowing their business. Most of all for their honesty.Cheers.

Exceptional customer service and communication. Bill takes the time to explain the process, and even brings you back into the shop to show you the condition of the parts that needed to be replaced. He has also sent me to other shops on multiple occasions if he feels they can give me a better deal on parts or labor.

I have taken all of my cars to meineke over the past 16 yrs. Recently my 16yr old took ownership of my 1st car and it needed a lot of work meineke has helped us get it going. I know that they guarantee the work and give u honest opinions they aren t just in it for the money

Brake job completed on time and as quoted. The Gilroy Meineke has been my auto maintenance location for over 10 years. All cars, all makes and models I have owned. The owner, Bill, is friendly, professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. I've never had a complaint with their work, and my vehicles keep operating perfectly.

Had my brakes and rotors replaced here,, I was happy with the service and communication as well as the cost. I will be returning for future work needed. Bill, the owner was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He's a straight shooter who didn't try to squeeze money out for jobs that weren't needed.Juan, the oil guy, can actually drive a vehicle with a manual transmission! He took car of my Subaru and had a job done well.I'll drive outta my way, to get there for my next oil change!

I am a repeat customer of Meineke and after a great experience with my Suburban a while ago I returned with my Ford Fusion Hybrid (197,000 mi) for an oil change and brake inspection. I heard a metal on metal sound (not good) coming from the passenger side front wheel area and told Bill I expected "the worst" regarding my brakes.Bill's crew performed the oil change snd inspection and called saying the brakes were in great shape, nothing wrong with the rotors, and couldn't see a reason for any noise. I was surprised and stated again there had to be something. Bill instructed his crew to return the car to the rack, remove the wheels again, inspect everything, then perform a rolling test trying to replicate the sound I heard. They found nothing and assured me the vehicle was safe & in great shape. They seriously went the extra mile. I left knowing the car was safe and I was not charged for services not needed. I wasn't even charged for extra services provided!On a side note and unrelated to the Meineke services, as I was driving home the bolt from the engine splash shield came off and the front of the shield hit the road. I called Bill and he said to bring it back immediately. Even thought this had nothing to do with the work they performed, they again raised her up and re-secured the shield... and you guessed it, no charge.Fair & honest, high-level service with integrity. I'll keep going back knowing that when Bill does call with bad news and extra work is needed, it is, in fact necessary.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I am a repeat customer for a reason. I have been taking my car to Meineke for several years because I know I can trust them and they do good work, and quickly.Bill and his staff are great guys, showing me a problem area and explaining clearly what needs to be done to fix it. They are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and explain in terms I can understand.My daughter also brings her cars here for the same reasons.Definitely 5 star service.
