I always do my own oil changes but for those exceptions that I don t have time, I trust these guys to get it done in a quick and responsible manner. The customer service the employees have is that above excellent. I cannot be any more happy to share my incredible experience each time I come here.

Big shout out to Ethan for top-notch customer service and knowledgeable! The services fast and the prices are affordable!!! I highly recommend stopping by this Jiffy Lube location.

There was money added to the price which was not overqualified such as I got a $54 oil change only. My bill came out to almost $80. The service did not include hidden labor fees which was about $11 and I was not prepared for that. Also when asking how to reset my oil change reminder prompt in the car the kid also reset my odometer without my permission which was upsetting as I needed the mileage numbers which were lost because of it. I was upset about that but tried not to show it but they knew they made the mistake and learned from it.I did appreciate them double checking for leaks. They offered to wash my windows but forgot. The kids however were polite and respectful and did their best to be thorough leaving minimal oil spill mess on my engine. Usually pretty fast and convenient but the last time I went the district manager himself oversaw my brake and drum replacement. I thought what could go wrong he's here.....lolLong story short the Meineke shop says "the jiffy lube manager ignored a bigger problem with my suspension in favor or giving me new brakes and drums when my suspension was causing the damage to them. And any mechanic who has spent anytime under a car would be able to see that."Since jiffy lube doesn't do.major suspension repairs I can see why they "didn't" see it. Charges me $400 for a repair that was ruined the moment I drove away.Ended up spending another $1000 when i could've used that $400.Incompetent from the top to the bottom, the kids are good kids but are being led by fools.

It is cheaper and faster to do it yourself. They charged me over 100 for an oil change.... I hope they're paying the staff well for those labor costs. Especially since the staff being friendly and getting the work done as asked once my car was in is the only positive I have from this experience. They didn't put a floor mat cover on the driver side. The didn't adequately vacuum the vehicle. I mentioned both items to the worker.

I can't give it 0 stars. They flushed my radiator, didn't fill it, and I blew a head gasket 80 miles later. $8,000 fix. Don't go there ever!!!!

So Jiffy Lube is the place to go get your basic vehicle maintenance for cheap (questionable). I had my Lexus is300 serviced today and to be honest I never expect service to be great from this place so it wasn t. They will treat you like you have no clue about any aspect of your vehicle for the sake of providing more services to make money which is reasonable business model but still placed my trust in jeopardy since I was a mechanic myself and usually change my oil but due to circumstances had no time and decided to use their services. The price was not the most comfortable and I had better experience and services for lower price in other places. They also broke off my hood prop holder and had to use a duck tape to keep it in place and provided no coupon nor discount for that, meaning the customer service that they provide is just non existent. They will not take any responsibility and all the smiles and giggles are there for customers just to make you more comfortable and gain your trust so you spend more money. Overall I don t hate Jiffy lube but I would not recommend one in Gilroy even though it would probably save you some time.

I'm a loyal Jiffy lube customer, specifically to the Gilroy, California location. Every time I bring my jeep in, I know it's in good hands. The staff always provide quality service and take the time to answer all of my questions when they recommend a service(s) on my vehicle. I really appreciate this, and that is why I keep coming back!Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Quick and convenient. The young staff was knowledgeable and motivated.Next time I'll bring them a challenge. My 85 Supra with manual transmission. That'll have them looking for the oldest guy in the shop who knows how to drive a manual. Lol

BEST EVER! Fixed an issue that another shop caused and did it with a smile and super fast. Impressed. I have used this location many times for 4 different cars and they are always friendly and professional.

I waited for thirty minutes to be helped while three other cars were being serviced. I never got any service nor given an estimated wait time so I could manage my day. I saw three cars with their hoods open and no one working on the vehicles. Absolutely horrible experience. I ll never go back here again. One star on this review is too generous.Service: Oil change

Moved to Gilroy recently and was looking for a reputable place to get an oil change. My sister used to work at a Jiffy Lube so I may have been biased in trying this one out. The technician was friendly, explained everything as he went along and made me feel comfortable. It was a wonderful 1st time at this location and I would definitely return.

These guys are pretty slick. Due to COVID, this drive through, hands free service. At least three guys descended on my car and replaced all fluids, wiper blades, checked the tires and cleaned the windshield. I was in and out of there inside of 30 minutes, and I never got out of the car.

My truck was ok but my daughter had her car done after me they made mistake thought she was there to pick up my truck 3 hrs later she got service and oil was all over car ,a mess don't understand what happen!!

Fast service, friendly staff, But it isn't the problem, they ask me to change my oil filter, I agreed and they told me its broken. If its broken, they can approach me before asking me to change it. I did not ask questions or argue. I just went to auto shop to fix it and it cost me $150. Now I have to go back to Bruce's Tire.

I have been coming to the Gilroy, CA Jiffy Lube for many years. The employees there are polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. They get the work I request done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. No one can ask for more than that.

We had an oil change on our way to Palm Springs on a busy Saturday. We were in a hurry and left our spare keys there. Robert the manager overnighted them to us without issue. Well done on the oil change and five stars on customer service.

I hope im spelling the guys name right. Jael was extremely nice got me in and out as fast as possible and sadly they didnt have the air filter I needed but they offered to get it for me and have it their before the oil was changed i turned him down on but went and got one myself and asked him if he could put it in for me as i didnt know how to change it myself . him and the other workers their were very considerate and i will definitely come back to this jiffy lube in gilroy as they are all about customers being happy . I have gone to other jiffy lubes before this one and i told myself i would never go to another one until my dad told me to go to the one in gilroy. Definitely will be coming back when i need another oil change i am 100 percent happy with the way they treat their customers. This location varies dramatically depending on who is in charge that day. One time everything is great and the next time they throw the contents of the glove box on the floor and leave it there, don't mention the air filter which I had intended on paying them to change until checkout. Then at checkout they said 'we recommend changing the air filter.' They didn't even ask me what service I wanted, they just did what they wanted to and told what they had done when they gave me the keys back. When I asked them why they hadn't ask me about it before, and explained that I knew it needed replaced, they said it wasn't something they wanted to do that day. I paid someone else to change it. I just don't understand why someone would turn away easy business like that.
