This is the best place to fix your phones. I got Samsung note8 replace screen within 30mins and is work perfect. The screen quality is awesome. Recommended to anyone and best place in town. Also excellent customer service. Great experiences, thank you for helping me fix my phone

Got my Motorola G stylus 5G 2023 replace screen and has backlight issue but John from JB fix resolved quickly and everything work perfectly now. Highly skill and very talented technician.... Thank you. I would recommend this place. Best phone repair shop in town

I had an extremely unfortunate bad day when my iPhone screen shattered, rendering it completely unusable with no display visible. It was a nightmare scenario, leaving me frustrated and at a loss. However, upon contacting JB, my hope was restored and I saw the light at the endOf the tunnel. To my astonishment, he immediately offered his assistance and instructed me to come right away. In just a couple of hours, JB worked his magic and successfully repaired my broken iPhone 11. It was a transformative moment as I held my phone in my hands, restored to its former glory. JB, without a doubt, was my savior in this ordeal. I am immensely grateful for him and his expertise and swift resolution, as he single-handedly turned my day around and brought back the joy in my life. Thank you so much, JB!

They did a amazing job. My phone needed a new screen but after changing it new problems popped up and they fixed it perfectly. I always take my phones there. Been going here for years now. Very trustable.

Great service when i today to get my phone checked i had a loose part and they repaired for free great job guys! i really recommend and enjoyed being there they have a wide selection of accessories and devices for sale if you want to but them.

I call around and no one's has part for my phone but when I come to JB Fix by Yes, iCan Fix they have it and he fix it for me right away. The store is so nice and they carry many phone parts instock. They got the work done right and the service is impeccable. Will be back, thank you John for your best work.

My Samsung phone stopped being able to be charged. I tried several chargers including my car phone charger and none of them worked. I was getting more desperate as I saw my battery life slipping away. Verizon was unable to help but referred me to John at J.B. Fix by Yes. He accessed the problem and concluded that it was a bad port which he said he would have to order. Four days later the part arrived and it did the job. I still had 22% battery left after having shut it off for nearly 4 days. The price was very reasonable and John was very pleasant. I highly recommend him.

my phone screen went black and wouldn't turn on or shows the Apple logo or anything and when I went to Best Buy, they said that I needed to get a whole new phone because my motherboard had died. But when I came here, they just told me I needed a new screen after I told him what happened and my phone works completely fine now. 10 out of 10 gonna keep coming here

Samsung S23 Ultra: John (owner) was very helpful and honest. He's prices we're by far the best from the rest of the local shops and he had my oe screen on hand. I drove down to the Gilroy location, was greeted and helped by Gabriel who was very pleasant and helpful, his customer service was great and he was able to complete my repair in about an hour with out any hiccups. The shop is conveniently located in a plaza with other restaurants a Mexican market, a liquor store and other small shops, so waiting around for the phone to be fix was very easy. If I ever need further service I will definitely come back.Choose JB FIX with conference!

I took my iPhone 11 to Verizon to assist in unlocking my frozen phone. They sent me to JBFix. Gabriel is knowledgeable & polite. He fixed my phone & explained process for further problems.
