Needed 45k service on my Hyundai sante fe sport turbo. . . Called the dealer and the dealer offered a price of $1100. $1100??!!! Isn't the 45k service supposed to be similar to the 15k service (where i paid about $250 about 3 years ago)? When I asked for a list of what was being done, other than the oil, filter and spark plugs, they came back with three "tiers of service" which seems like a lot of nonsense; I don't need tiers, i just need my car to be serviced like before the tiers started. i don't need my tires rotated or the lug nuts tightened since i have a tire plan with the company that put the tires on. i don't need to pay $100 for a cabin filter i can purchase online for $25 and install in 5 minutes. And on and on . . . too pricey for me.I called J&JT Automotive, and Jesus scheduled me within a week, and took care of my car at a reasonable price (for about a third of the dealer's initial cost). He informed me he doesn't necessarily change parts out just because the service schedule calls for it; he checks to make sure the change is needed (so you don't overpay if for some reason you changed spark plugs (air filter, oil, etc.) a month before bringing your car to his shop).He also allowed me to stay at his office and work (using the wifi). I am a very satisfied customer.Thanks Jesus!

I was referred to Jesus by my client in Gilroy. After detailing the problems of my three power windows on my 2015 Chevy Sonic LT to Jesus, I brought my car in for diagnostic and repair. He spent a few hours running electrical tests on my three windows that failed to go back up. At the end, Jesus was able to get my windows back up to normal and advised me to get the dashboard computer reset. Along the way, Jesus was kind enough to check my engine oil, coolant and other vitals and clearly explained to me time and labor savings of preventive maintenance which I truly appreciate as a busy professional. I needed all my headlights replaced. I was having issues with the lights all burning out. Jesus was Very thorough in his inspection and found the problem. He ordered the part needed and installed it in a short time while I waited in a recliner in his office! Nice touch I found him to be a very nice man full of integrity. That is hard to find these days!I was given J & JT s name by a friend. Now I am paying forward by recommending this business to all who are looking for a great auto shop with a great owner.

Kept me informed throughout his assessment of brakes and gave estimates prior to doing anything. Jesus made sure I was comfortable as I waited as well.

I brought in a very difficult project installing a line on my Audi power steering system . Jesus quoted a reasonable price and even though I know the job was more difficult than he anticipated he honored what he quoted me. He was very responsive to my phone calls, and was flexible with when I could drop the car off. Great service. Very professional.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Professionalism and most importantly, honesty. It s sad to say that it s hard to find a mechanic nowadays that isn t going to scam you by lying to you and giving you a temporary fix because they just want you to come back $$$. If you ve dealt with mechanics like these and you re reading this review, you did yourself a favor and found the right place because Jesus is going to tell you exactly what s wrong with your vehicle and fix it. Me and my family have always been going to Jesus ever since he started his business and we ll continue to go because we can tell that he s passionate about what he does, has a lot of experience, and generates quality work. I genuinely think this is the best work I ve had done on my car. Jesus knew what the problem was and how to fix it effectively and efficiently. Very grateful and will definitely come back again!

Great service! I did walk-in and the owner told me exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done, no bs around it. He replaced my car s spark plugs, and the break pads. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Cuando buscas un mec�nico no solo buscas a alguien que sepa lo est� haciendo pero que tambi�n sea confiable y honesto. Don Jes�s es un excelente mec�nico y una gran persona. Yo tuve un problema con mi carro y en el momento don Jes�s no pudo ayudarme pero inmediatamente me conecto con alguien que me solucion� el problema. Yo me quede sin motor de arranque cerca de su taller y el no estaba ese d�a trabajando dado que era el 24 de diciembre, yo ten�a que regresar a Los Angeles y le expliqu� mi situaci�n que estaba con mis ni�os y ten�amos pendiente un vuelo esa misma noche. El no pudo venir ayudarme personalmente porque estaba lejos de paseo con la familia pero me conecto con su amigo que pod�a. Gracias a ellos dos pude llegar a Los Angeles y no perdimos nuestro vuelo.
