Saif did an amazing job explaining all the different tints and darkness levels. He is very knowledgeable on the tinting process, and explained their system to me. There were quite a few setbacks (not through any fault of his), but he was able to help me and my situation. I had such a good experience, I took my son's car in as well. Highly recommended!

Saif and Nathan are good guys!They are very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right choice of tint for my vehicle.Definitely would recommend this place if you want quality with good customer service.

Saif is very knowledgeable, patient and respectful. Explained the tinting differences and gave us the options available regarding UV protection which naturally costs more. Will have to see the results when we come back to pick up the car, and see if you like the difference.

The 95$ for 5 windows is not as you would think. Each and every little window is considered a window, for example the back windows with the division line is considered 2 windows so all in all most cars will be considered to have 8-12 windows that s expensive at 50$ a window looking more at 300-500$ not including the front. I would have appreciated if this was explained beforehand.

TLDR: These people could not do the job the first time much less second or 3rd. The lifetime warranty is BS as Gilroy manager says that they don't cover scratches (which they do, and according to the paperwork I have) and they cheap out on you by not even cutting the tint to match some of the black parts of the glass and hope you don't notice, Didn't even bother to clean up fingerprints. Maybe for the common person, they don't care as much as I do. And everyone else seems to have a jolly ol time. But I'm going to request a chargeback soon on my card, since they also wanted to charge for re-installation if I were to take it off again... Won't recommend this place to nobody If you like your car and care about quality.I really can't understand just how unlucky my experience has been... I tried these guys out cause they had a good deal (so I thought) and at first were very nice and professional, explained to me how the job was going to be done and even offered a few recommendations. Nice. No problems there. Told me there was a lifetime warranty with no questions asked and no refund. Red flag 1. (Also no where on the paperwork says no refunds allowed btw) When I get the car back day of, I go to inspect it before I drive it off the lot and it wasn't cause I didn't trust them at the time. It's because I'm picky, and that's on me sure. But there were such obvious and frankly ridiculous flaws in the job done that I was pretty baffled and tried to be patient. Scratches and literal dust trapped in the tint that you can feel with your hand. I asked since the tint was just put on and I arrived literally 5 minutes after I got the notification that the job was done I asked if they could just take it off and give me a refund on the spot because the problem areas were nearly on every panel and the tint was still fresh so in my mind it should have been easy and a done deal. After an employee spoke to the manager, he told be that they were booked and unavailable until that next week and I just wanted the job done right the first time around. So he offered me to go to Gilroy and I did. After speaking to the Gilroy manager, he told me that they will make it right for me a couple days later. (there was another guy there having warranty work done on his car, Red flag 2) Turns out their windshield guy ain't there so I have to book another appointment to Santa Clara AGAIN to do the front windshield. And when I got back to my car there were scratches on my paint that clearly were not there before as I just bought the car and pre-inspected beforehand... surface scratches that I can buff out no problem but still a little aggravating nonetheless. And here I am a week later. I waited for the bubbling to disappear and followed their exact instruction not to roll down the windows and park in the sun and whatnot but still the same problems.

I got my BMW X5 glasses tinted. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. The staff and crew is very friendly. Mirwais did the tint on my SUV and the guy is a gem. He is extremely professional and did a fabulous job.I will highly recommend their services to everyone.

This place is a scam. They lure you in with $99 full tint but then start charging you extra and saying you have extra windows to get more money out of you. Shady business. Don t recommend, you are wasting your time coming here.
