I must admit they do good business here My experience was amazing from beginning to end these guys helped me get into the car I wanted quickly especially Petti They have plenty BMWs with some other top of the line Luxury cars I would definitely recommend this place if you in search of a new vehicle they fire

This place is TRASH!! Sold them a car in July of 2023 and did not get it out of my name till February of 2024. They sold it to someone while still in my name. The person that bought it got 3 parking tickets and 1 speeding ticket in NY that all came back to me. This dealer refuses to pay for the tickets and tells me I have to fill out paperwork with the city of NY to clear this issue up. EVERYTIME I try to call he doesn t answer and says he ll call me back but never does. If you do business with this place you will regret it!! Go anywhere else!! Total scam artists here! Learn from my mistake.

While searching for a Toyota truck for my pool business, I encountered one online for sale, and quickly contacted the dealer. We discuss the purchase, a warranty, and my credit. I gave all of my credit information, they did a hard check on my credit told me the truck would be mine if I brought $4500 in to come down the next day.. I drove two hours to get there saw the vehicle I was interested in took it for a test drive. The trucks seem fine, but there were details that were in accurate between the actual condition of the truck and that which was listed there were two additional owners, and it was listed at two rather than four. There was damage to the bumper and to the rear back panel. I was willing to work with those issues, but was astounded that the sales person told me I would have to come back again to purchase the vehicle because the credit company hadn t completed my approval. This could ve all been communicated over the phone. And I was deeply concerned that I had revealed my private credit information all of it to this dealership, and they could not perform the most basic function of selling the vehicle to me. I suspected a scam. When I reached out to Parham and told him how I felt, he was extremely defensive. I m not in the habit of calling people scammers, but I had a very bad feeling. Nothing they did assuaged that feeling. I d suggest people approach this dealership with great care, and based on other reviews, I can see the doubts I had that I may have been too harsh were misplaced.

Bought a car from here and things went smoothly during the sale. But they never responded to me when I tried following up on the DMV registration because the DMV still has not received any paperwork from them to register in my name. It has been over a month now and I am going to have to file for small claims court.I also asked on status of a second set of keys that were at a different location and were to be sent to my mailbox but were never received. The dealership and salesperson I worked with never responded after making the sale. Very shady business.

Tried no fewer than 3 times to contact them about a car they are selling. Never got back to me or answered my questions. In looking at the multiple 1 star reviews, I guess I should be grateful I wound up not having a chance to do business!

I had a good colaboration with Parham. Car i was looking for was prek�ren for the test drive.They also gave me a fair price for my old car and Overall i felt good with the Deal.They also took care of a crack in the Windshield and fixed it

Great people to work with, I found Parham to be extremely professional in helping me find the vehicle I needed. My 2016 ford explorer has been a joy to drive and it fits all my kids and has plenty of space to take spontaneous lake trips. Overall a great experience,they made car shopping easy I was at the dealer for about 4 hours and the staff was super friendly and were totally ok with letting me test drive 3 cars before I found the one liked the most! Thank you Gilroy Car Club.

Purchased a RS3 from them recently. Great service and communication. Worked with Marcel and even though I was an out of state buyer, they took me seriously and worked with me to get a deal done. Fair negotiation and provided great pictures of the car as well as Carfax and videos of the car. Car was as advertised and with it being used, I was not expecting a perfect car. Worked with my shipper directly without having me be a middle man. Great seamless experience for me. Thanks guys.

Joseph at Gilroy car club was very knowledgeable with the high-end cars that they sell there at GCC . The buying and negotiating process was fast and easy. So far my Bmw428I has ben amazing, I recommend them when you are looking for your next vehicle.

Can I say 4.25 stars? Bought a car from the east coast. Have had it three weeks an no issues. Parham was easy to work with. They even had someone stay an extra half hour late because my transport/carrier was late. My only gripe is the time it took to get the title - asked for it several times, didn't receive it until 5 days after the car got to my house across the country. Everything worked out well, and I don't mind recommending them, just wish I had paperwork day of sale or sent next day.

I had a horrendous experience at Gilroy Car Club. My dad and I wasted a grueling 2-hour drive to see a car, only to have a salesman named "James" deny us the chance to rev the engine beyond 3,000 pm or engage in any meaningful acceleration or braking. Even the speed limit was capped at a torturous 50 miles per hour during the test drive.As if that wasn't enough, we discovered that the car's codes had been reset just 64 miles prior, indicating potential foul play.Negotiating a slightly lower price was met with disdain, as we were labeled "hagglers" by James.Opting to purchase the car with cash, the check engine light illuminated on our way home because I dared to drive it at a pace above their test drive restrictions. A subsequent visit to a repair shop revealed a litany of issues, including a failed MDS solenoid, worn cylinder 1 cam lobe, and a seized cylinder 1 lifter. The dealership forcing us to gently handle the car during the test drive concealed the engine's condition. Repairs were estimated at over $6,000, with the top end of the engine disassembled and requiring substantial labor.To add insult to injury, the salesperson sweet-talked us into buying a warranty from "Integrity," promising it would cover 100% of damages. However, upon closer inspection of the fine print, it proved to be yet another deceptive tactic. Our efforts to obtain a refund were met with silence from Gilroy Car Club, who conveniently stopped answering our calls. Parham repeatedly promised to call us back with answers to our questions, and him nor his manager bothered.Their negligence extended to title and registration, forcing us to consider criminal and civil action just to secure the necessary documents. After relentless persistence, my dad was forced to drive back to their location and threaten legal action in person.Suddenly, the elusive registration and title appeared, along with checks totaling $3,000 as a feeble attempt at appeasement.We reluctantly accepted their inadequate restitution due to time constraints, but the overall experience was a nightmare. Only through extensive repairs and diligent care have we managed to salvage the car's condition.Avoid Gilroy Car Club at all costs - they're a deceptive, manipulative nightmare.

We ll just bought my second car from them, I was thier a year ago purchasing a 2011 x5m witch was an amazing car that I never had issues with until I was wrecked into. I had let the sales team know I was also in the market for a BMW E60 M5 in near perfect condition 3 weeks later I m looking at the car in the exact color combo I wanted and in mint condition. Gilroycarclub knows thier stuff. Paperwork was ready when I arrived ,in and out within the hour. Thank you Gilroy car club!!

First reached by email on a car I was looking to trade for no response.Called in for a trade in the next day for a trade in and was told to take pictures of my car by an associate and send them to there personal phone but no response for a day after I told them how much was left, so I decided to call again the next and was told too much left carmax can help you. It would ve been helpful if I could of just got that response the day before instead of waiting for a response and having to reach out to just be told that they can t trade. Disappointed!!

very bad customer service, 2 days no response then a guy named Parham had to text me about the car after i submit an offer, he asked me to come to the dealership which is 2 and half hour driving from my location to discuss my offer price and also i asked him to provide the Carfax and a video of the car running but no feedback with in 3 days.
