Walked out on a deal after they made us wait 3 hours just to get to finance. They kept telling us we were next and only 15 minutes both lies. They put another customer in front of us who arrived after us thus extending the waiting time for us. Went elsewhere and closed a deal in less than 2 hours from start to finish. Don t recommend coming here unless my event was an isolated incident then hopefully others get better service.

Not too happy with the service advice. Understand it is the gmc recommended service, but I ended up paying a lot of money just for fluids probably the initial request of oil and filter change with tires rotation would have been enough.

I should have done my due diligence first before bringing my vehicle for service here. Other dealerships were charging $89 to $119 for oil change with tire rotation including. Martin ended up charging me $155 and no tire rotation included. I usually take my vehicles to Los Gatos, San Jose, Fremont, or Watsonville. As a first time customer Martin should have been more informative. I was actually considering purchasing the GMC Denali truck that they had showcased, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also wasn t sure why they had Mexican flags all over the dealership and the Kia dealership across the street. This place didn t look veteran owned at all.

We recently went in to trade our 2019 Chevy suburban and walked out with a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Especially our sales person (Azucena) answer all of our questions and made the process very easy! Definitely recommend going here!

I had worked at gmc/ Buick for about 3 and a half months. They promised I would make good money, that was a lie. First, they lure you in with you would make this or that much per year or month, that is a complete lie. Second, they say you are doing well, selling, etc. That is another lie. Finally, they let you go with no reason/cause and say I will close month and see if there is any other pay. Do not work here, you will not get paid what you are owed. I probably have anywhere from 5 to 10,000 owed to me due to the warranty clerks not closing work orders , or just customers who just pay when they want. The owner seems great but avoids you when you re let go. They did not even give me my actual hours I worked when I was let go. Thank god for attorneys and labor board.

Great and friendly and makes you feel welcomed to theFamily Sam the sales manager is awesome and Chandler is a great sales person and go out of there way to make it a great sales experience and Calvin in Finance made it very easy going with the paperwork and lowering our payments. If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. The statement of "acting like a car salesman" is the oppitomy of this dealer. Had multiple phone cLls in about a Yukon XL on the lot and decided to make the 4 hour drive to test drive and hopefully purchase. Multiple times before and on the drive I called to verify the vehicle was still on the lot and the price. Note that this seemed to be a good deal as in +/- $500 under current market, so nothing insane. We get to the dealership and the 1st order of business is having the young sales guy hand us off to Mo, who is "knowledgeable". Then he comes is with the first statement that just to be transparent all of our vehicles have a $7k add on for some paint and service package, and it's non negotiable. I laughed thinking it was a joke after having purchased multiple vehicles in the past with excellent credit & income. He says take it for a drive, ill see what I can do....we all know where this is going... comes back with Hey its your lucky day, cut off $500 so only $6500 charge. Then went on to offer us less than 1/3 trade in for our vehicle which we had carmax & other dealers look at for an accurate pricing. Needless to say we walked out and bought elsewhere...Don't do business here... They obviously prey on the weak & un informed.

Do NOT waste your time!!!!!We spoke to salesman Mo and had a price set. We were already prequalified through our credit union. We drove 3 hours and when we got there, they asked us for our information. We spoke to sales manager John. We gave them our information and specifically stated, We do not want our credit ran again because we were already prequalified . Not even 3 minutes later, we got a notification that ran our credit. Then John brings the numbers over and $2500 was added for some special paint he claims they use. This truck isn t brand new and the sales person informed us that this truck was a trade in. How did John manage to get this special $2500 paint job done? On top of that there was a $700 dealer fee. That s $3200 dollar mark up. Be careful and don t let them take advantage of you!!!!

The entire experience was wonderful. Yogi (the sale person) did an amazing job!He was patient, answered all my questions.The facility was amazing "in order" and very clean! I saw my new vehicle twice and it is simply beautiful!So very glad that it came to be I purchased my Buick Encore!

In seeking a new dealership to lease my fourth Buick GX (my previous dealer not available), I knew upon being greeted by Yousef (Yogi), I would be comfortable. Yogi was extremely friendly and approachable, without the pressure of the typical car salesperson. In addition, he was candid, transparent and hyper responsive to inquiries and worked hard to present the best overall deal possible. Mo, Mo, Mo, Mo, Mo! I met him over the phone. I told him I didn t want to be played with. I m a very busy mother and I just want to buy a car. We talked over the phone, and he told me that it would be easy when I came in and I could quickly buy a car. I expected for him to do a little bait and switch when I got there but sure enough he did everything he promised. He also worked very fast and diligently above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable once all the paperwork was done. He gave me a full tank of gas, and showed me how everything on my car worked. Even setting up my OnStar and the app on my phone for me. The sales manager invited me to come back for a free oil change, and a free car rental, wow, above and beyond. And I was in and out in two hours. They also gave me a great price for my trade-in. I most definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a car they do more than just GMC. I LOVE my new Yukon! Thanks Gilroy GMC

Absolutely horrible sales team. First they post a sale price on a vehicle on their website, then they won't even match their own advertised price. 100% false advertising happening here.I went in trying to buy this advertised price on this truck and they wouldn't even give the $50,878 they have advertised.I ended up swinging by Moore Buick GMC in Los Gatos and got the same price as this ad, but on a truck with a higher MSRP.If you value your money, time, and dignity, avoid this dealership. They will try everything they can to rip you off.Avoid!!!

Poor experience at this dealership due to customer service in the sales area. My wife and I visited the Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and this dealership while looking for heavy-duty trucks. This was the only dealership where she was not greeted and it was because she is female.We were first approached by a new/training salesperson who was friendly and listened to us, he was a younger person. Very quickly that was broken up by an "experienced" salesman who wouldn't let the trainee (who may not have known about sales, but knew WAY MORE about cars/trucks than the older salesman) get a word in.The sales person that assisted us was middle-aged and of a culture that clearly does not share the same values on women. He would not shake hands with her, would not talk to her, and flat out disregarded anything she said while only talking to me. He also could not justify buying a GMC when I asked why get a GMC over a Chevy. His answer was "they ride better", which in the heavy-duty truck world means softer suspension/less capabilities (which I know is not the answer).Overall, a poor experience for people ready to purchase a $90k vehicle.

From what I understand, this dealer recently came under new management (July 2023 review) That being said:Ray, Mo and Chay (Shay? Chey?) were great. I got a fair deal on a new truck and my sales rep. Ray was honest and upfront with me. Admit when he didn't know how to answer my questions and did his best to work with me.Fair doesn't always mean the best price. In this case, I got a small discount that didn't make it the most affordable option but I was extremely satisfied with how Ray listened to what I had to say and provided great insight to their lineup of vehicles. The truck did have a lot of options on there I didn't initially want but they worked with me and I didn't have to pay for some of the more questionable options.Negotiations were fair and I paid for exactly what I wanted and no more. Ray didn't try to push anything I didn't want but made sure I knew what was available.

CS is extremely poor, it feels like I have to fight and argue about my service experience. There s no sense of the customer is the priority.I completed the service and they couldn t print out my service documents. I m still waiting for them and it s been 2.5 weeks. I guess they expect me to drive down , waste my time and gas and get the printed docs. They were promised to me via email which is not what I wanted.

They do not honor online prices nor their initial offers. Here is a specific example. Attached is an offer that was made to me via email that they refused to honor when I came to the dealership and test drove the car. They rolled over $1500 of accessories (paint protection and some gps tracking bs) into the advertised price and refused to take it out. Pay close attention to other reviews about them not honoring their online prices - they are 100% true.

Do not shop here! We drove 1 hour to look at a Hyundai. We took it for a test drive and liked the car. We were ready to purchase the vehicle then they tell us that they have to add $2495.00 to the price for a protective codeine to the paint. I told them I don t want it and they said that they can t sell me the car unless I pay for it. No where does it mention this on the website and did not mention this either when I called to let them know we were coming. We should not be told we have to pay for something that we don t want. The $2495.00 should be added to the sticker price already so there is no surprises.
