These jayhoos who showed up to fix an air leak on my truck were inexplicably rude to me.They failed to come talk to me upon their arrival let alone introduce themselves.There communication skills are severely impaired and unlikely to improve in the near- and far-future.I would never recommend this company to anyone that I like.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICEOVER PRICEDGAVE US A PRICE FIRST FOR WORK TO BE DONE ON A TRAILER SEAL BUT ONCE WE WENT INSIDE TO PAY CHARGED US $80 DOLLARS MORE EVEN THO THEY DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING EXTRA OR EXTRA PARTS( MAKE SURE IF YOU DO GO THEY PUT ALL YOUR NUTS BACK ON YOUNG MECANIC FORGOT 3 LIG NUTS AND HAD TO REMIND HIM zero stars

0 stars!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Brought my truck in at 9:45 am, they had no other trucks to work on. They didn t have the filter and went ahead and drained the oil anyways and trashed the filter. Didn t get the parts until 3:30pm at which time I suppose they thought it was a good time to take a lunch and they didn t finish the truck until 5pm! They also changed out my fuel filters without asking! I had just done them! The mechanics work at the pace of a snail it was cringe worthy. I literally wasted an entire day on an oil change. 7hrs for an oil change, that s insane!!!Service: Oil change

I sent my driver to Cruz Tire & Truck Repair to make sure everything is good before he go to weight scale for voluntarily Level One inspection. They replaced two tires, & put one new break chamber & also mentioned, that there is an oil leak underneath the truck, & they will fix it next day. Around midnight guy came, and did some repair while driver was sleeping in the CAB. Following day they invoiced me $717.07 for tire & break chamber, and $3,850.12 for Fuel Pump, which I never approved. Unfortunately same break chamber broke down again within two day. Also after few days, when I sent same truck to my regular mechanic, we found out Cruz Tire & Truck Repair NEVER PUT NEW FUEL PUMP, however they charged me for new fuel pump. (see picture of fuel pump) In addition, I had my truck got pulled over at HWY 101 scale with flat tire, we called them for road service, technician brought a new tire, but my driver asked him, he has new tire on his truck and we need patch same tire. Technician refused to do so, told driver he will only put new tire or he is going to sleep. Finally I called, & begged him to repair the tire, and then he patch the same tire. Please be careful, they are non professional, unreliable, & non trust-able people.

I went there for a repairThe owner won't let my truck inside the shop and asked his mechanic to repair in the open during rain.The mechanic didn't speak English. He would have me talk to a senior mechanic on the phone and explain what's wrong.Then they would talk and the young mechanic would just circle my engine.Later he put on a garbage bag as raincoat and decided to get under my truck with toolsHe tried to open the tool box. It was lockedHe didn't have the keys.It was with the senior mechanic.I waited for 2 hours. No repairs done yet.Then they said it will take longer because keys of tool box are with senior mechanic, who is asleep at home.I asked if I can use the restroom and was told , go to the Garlic Farm Truck stop.Absolute waste of time.

If i could give them zero stars i will do it..i will not recommend nodody to go to this place they dont have good customers service and employees from there fought with each other...went there and didnt even repair my truck left it worst

This place is the worse place that I had ever tried to get customer services. I called them 3 times to get some parts info. The first time that I called, one of the customer services person stated " I have a customer who I am helping but give me about 20 and look for the part and I will call you; however, if I do not call you call me to remind me." I let past about 35 minutes and did not receive any call which made me call them back. As soon as I identify myself of the person that had call before, customer services responded, " I will call back as soon as I have a minute." wait for an hour and half called the shop again for the third time, customer services answered, I told him that it was the third time calling for some information for a part that I need it, he responded, " I am busy and put me on hold never come back to the phone. This place does not deserve not even one start. They are rude, and appear that they do not care offering good customer services. Please go some one where else where your business will be appreciated.

Called shop at 6am to see if they could provide road service for my trailer. The gentleman who picked up complained that I woke him up, was very rude. Used vulgar language. Shop opens at 8am. Will not call this shop and wake them up again!

This place is so unprofessional, it's unbelievable! They give you wrong diagnosis on your truck and then they damage other things just to charge you more. Fail to communicate status, avoid phone calls. The receptionist didn't even total the invoices correctly. After all that they did we decided to tow the truck home and their estimate and diagnosis were completely wrong. They like to take advantage of out of town truckers and people in general.

Don't waste Your time going here theses guys are thieves and have terrible attitudes,Both places in Morgan Hill and Oakland have terrible customer service .I feel bad for truck drivers that have no other option but to stop here .if I could put zero stars I Would .

Hi, these guys are the only one close to Gilroy Weight scale and they take advantage of it. Officer asked me to take truck to the weight scale for terminal inspection and driver took truck to Cruz Truck Repair to make sure every thing is good before go to scale, surprisingly they replaced fuel pump without even giving us any quote, and sent me invoice of $4,621.19. If something job like this they should have call us and get approval. I guess, if there is an issue with fuel pump, truck should have given us problem in the past, and we never noticed any power loss or any other issue related to fuel pump. When I asked them, the girl at front desk has really bad attitude, told me I should have ask them quote. Its not their responsibility to give us quote. Rest you guys decide if you like them or not, but I was really disappointed with the service they have given to us.

Left hanging and lied about being able to get parts when I found the part in less than 1 hour. Removed oil between 9-10am. Then said called around looking for part only after I asked them what's going on at 3pm. Told one of my bosses that they were going to remove oil pan to check oil pump...lied!!! They only drained the oil LAZY...F..ks!!!

Very good service. Very good mechanics and all employee and boss Very nice. They do the best job they can do. I see alot of people complain but if your a truck driver you know the drill. If you break down your probably going to be stuck there for a few days Atleast and it's going to cost alot of $$. That's just how it is. This place is a good place. They speak very little English but they are hard workers and do the best they can.

Cruz Tire & Truck Repair (located at Gilroy Garlic Farm) fixed my diesel motorhome's leaking air tank and also replaced both diesel fuel filters. The price of the parts and the repair work were very fair. The air leak impacted the air brakes and the air suspension; so the air tank had to be fixed now. An air tank port was cracked and needed to be welded to stop the air leak. After Mr. Cruz called other places for a new air tank and found none, Mr. Cruz determined that the job required a metal welding shop with the right tools and expertise. Even though it was Saturday and no local metal shop was opened, he tasked his employee to shuttle the air tank to another town 1 hour away for the welding work; this took half a day. I felt this was exceptional customer service. Mr. Cruz went the extra mile (pun intended) to get my motorhome back on the road reliably.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to lack of communication. Every mechanic at Cruz Truck Repair communicates in Spanish and I don't speak Spanish. It was difficult to get status. There were many trucks in the work area. Everybody was busy working on multiple tasks. I did not know what was going on for my problem. I do see all the mechanics collaborating and helping each other. The team worked passed 8 pm (after dark) to get all the jobs done. These guys are a very hard working group.

My truck got stopped at the Gilroy scale for non-operating fear flasher. Cruz sent there mechanic there, he arrived late, looked at the truck for 30 min and said they didn t have the part/sensor and couldn t get it until next week.They charged me over $200 for 30 min at the truck and no repair. I asked them if they could charge me for one hour ($95) since no repair was done, their mechanic blocked my truck and threatened to get in the truck with my driver unless we paid in full. Not using them again

I had a good experience with Cruz tires, fast friendly fair service. My truck had a flat while going through the Gilroy scale, so I was told to park it and fix it, so I did, lol. Good people

They Did a GOOD job.BUT NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SOME STUFF MISSING FROM MY TRUCK .2 GPS old ones but good1 small box of Tools.And my headphones . The Owner told me that he need a judge's order to review the Cameras. ???Next day I was looking for other missing stuff . They tookmy flashlight.Some pictures of my Daughter and my SonAlso a Road camera for mi truck which was on top of the high bed still on the boxMy old phone were I had some pictures.SHAME ON GILROY CRUZ TIRES SERVICE

We used their services in the past replacing a clutch on my 2011 Cascadia, I believe it was not the most economical choice but they got it done in a reasonable time. Second time around my driver went for a simple air brake fitting and when I got the invoice I tough it was way high the price for the parts; I check with Freightliner for pricing and found out that Cruz charged me almost 4 times the price for the same part; I contacted Cruz and I spoke with the owner Isac and brought it up to his attention and he said we priced our parts differently, if we have to get the parts to the dealer we ll charge $150.00so if you don t like it take your business somewhere else, I don t need your business I do believe that we all in business to make money but this s a REPOFF; so be aware if you use their services and question them why parts are so incredible high MARKUP this s what you could expect.

Stay away....big time. Went for a seal repair. I ask for a price. They told me $145. When the finished the job they charge me $198. I ask why the jump. They told me for silicone and brake cleaner. I ask them $50 dollar for that you must be joking. I had to pay it and do a claim with my credit card.

Don't waste your time they are rude and have no manners I called to get p.m. service and the guy hung up on me I called back said it was real busy he didn't care if I showed up or not I know I normally use their repair service in Banning California those guys are great but I will no longer take my business to these people

The branch manager is literally the worst person on the planet, he is incapable of telling the truth and completely unreliable.
