Went on a trail run adventure at Mt. Madonna. On my way back to town my tire air pressure started to go down. Stopped at other tire shops with wait times of 4 hours. Went to Bruce s. They were pretty busy, though fit me in to their schedule and patched my tire (had a razor blade stuck to it). Raul and the tire service crew were outstanding and provided great customer service.

Excellent service and overall good experience. Robert is always friendly, helpful and making honest recommendation to improve efficiency of my autos. Sergio the store manager is always on top of his game, managing, answering calls, printing, running around.The shop is clean and organized - the team takes pride in their work too.I like to bring my cars here when the coupons arrive at home. Coupons always seem to arrive at the perfect moment for oil changes. Lost my coupon card, Robert took care of me. Dang good service.Pleasantly surprised by the top customer service and attention to detail. Usually, I have reservations about mechanics and being overcharged.Robert and Sergio communicate well. The transparency is unheard of in auto repair. Honesty and mechanic typically do not go hand in hand.My cars are serviced here for oil changes. The best part is that the service includes overall review of the auto. The service team caught the misalignment of all four tires as well as the oil leak on the pan.Sergio explained the issued by educating me through images of the alignment system on a Mercedez Benz. I wanted these guys to do the alignment. However, they were honest and recommended another shop who have the correct equipment.Overall, I like visiting this shop for my service.Cheers.

Beware of this place! Had an issue with my van pulling to the right when accelerating and brakes sounded like they were grinding. Took it in and paid 4k for brakes, rotors, control arms and ball joints. Got the van back and still experienced the same exact issue. Took the van back to their shop only for the tech to tell me they did a test drive and found no issues but they went ahead and did an alignment. Got the van back and Still had the same issue.... took it back again! Then I was told they noticed the slight pull but they had no clue how to fix it and recommended I go to another mechanic but once again they did another alignment... so... I took their advice and took it to another mechanic.That mechanic told me my ball joint was cracked and my brakes/rotors were long past due. Keep in mind this was just 4k miles since it first entered Bruces tire and auto. I called Bruce's and told them I believe their technician said they did the work on the van and charged me for these services but never actually did the work. I tried asking for the sales rep that knew the situation "R. Martinez" only to be told he never worked there and no one has heard of him yet his name is on my sales contract.... I asked what they plan to do to compensate me for this issue but the rep didn't seem to give a care and dismissed everything and told me since I had a mechanic already resolve the issue there's no warranty they can do to make the necessary corrections (keep in mind this is their recommendation they gave me since they could not figure out how to repair it after 3 attempts). I was at an absolute loss of words. This branch clearly has poor management skills or knowingly scamming customers and not preforming the work they claimed had been done.Now I'm out $4300 dollars for the work that I thought was done. Had another mechanic do the SAME work for $1400 dollars and all issues are now resolved.

I gave this place 5 stars because the staff was cheerful & accommodating on a STORMY day in Gilroy. They were just about to close but gladly opened at the last minute to get my tire patched for me. The work took less than 15 minutes and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Great support and service for our huge RV with 22.5 big rig tires. They ordered the specialty tires, had them delivered, installed all with a smile. No drama at all, great crew, amazing prices.

Very pleasant service. Came here to get my alignment check because I was worried that there might be something wrong with it. They did a thorough inspection, answered my questions, and when they found that there is nothing wrong with my car, told me that I'm good to go without even charging me. I totally recommend them. Very honest service. Thank you again!

Every person we came in contact with was exceptionally nice, best customer service I ve encountered in a long time. We are return customers because of this, and pricing is already competitive than we get to use coupons ;)

Micah was great. It was a very busy day. I watched him address a customer who was not so nice. He stayed calm, professional, and did not get emotional or personal. He handled it really well and was nicer than I most likely would've been. Went for an oil change. Tires were rotated for free. Price was exactly what I was quoted and was good for the service provided. However, my right rear wheel made very loud, strange noise as I drove to work. I didn't have the opportunity to take it back in the week of service because my schedule didn't allow. So to be fair, they didn't have a chance to investigate and try to resolve. Lesson learned- road test before leaving the vicinity.

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I lucked out as they have a 1/2 of oil change special going on. They did a good job and was done pretty fast. I waited for them to finish. I will go back again.

The dealership told me I needed brakes ..wanted to have Bruce s do the work as they always do a great job on everything. Come to find out I don t need brakes right now . They saved me a ton. They found four other problems that cost very little to fix now but would have cost me $$$$ later on. Oh and how they treat my wife and daughter when they bring their cars in ..with the utmost respect. These folks do it all very good!!!!

I had a slow leak on my tire. I called Bruce s to see if they could fix my tire. They worked me in. The staff is friendly and professional! I highly recommend you give them your business!

I would like to begin with the fact the staff treated me very well. That isn t the problem. I brought in a wheel and tire to be changed out and either when installing or removing tire on/from wheel a large chip and deep scratches where put into the wheel. I am very aware of how the wheel was before I brought it to them. Absolutely no curb damage. I just wished they would have taken more care when working on it. I don t know what to do because I m sure they will deny it so probably not worth the fight. Just very upset because wheel was perfect before hand. I never curb my wheels. I will not go back again and highly advise against having wheels/tire work done if you care how your wheels look. Most people don t care. I do.

Took my car to Bruce Tire for a tire repair as I had a flat tire on my way to work. Thank goodness this auto shop opens early on weekdays. Tevor took care of me right away. He and Ricardo were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys!

Lost one lug nut on the driver rear tires of my pickup truck and had to pull over. Luckily we were close to and exit. Had to be towed. One of the choices I had was Bruce s Tire and Auto Service. Even the tow truck driver recommended Bruce s. It was 4:30 PM and they close at 5:00 PM. The mechanic noticed right away the issue of losing a lug nut and 2 loose nuts. The mechanic asked if I just had worked done on the truck. Yes the brakes were worked on the day before. Since I m not from the area, I needed to get a rental. They waited for us to get a rental pickup truck and they assisted on unloading things from my truck to the rental. They diagnosed and fixed whatever was necessary first thing in the morning and ensured me the the truck is roadworthy. Great professional service and reasonable cost. Highly recommended. If I lived near the area, I wouldn t hesitate in using them to work on my vehicles.

We were driving thru for the long weekend and realized that one of my tires had a screw all the way through. We knew we needed to get that fixed promptly. We were worried beings it was Friday on Memorial day weekend. We stopped here and had a fantastic experience! Not only were they friendly and able to take care of us promptly, but we felt the prices were very affordable. We ended up replacing all 4 tires and total time was about an hour. I highly recommend this company. They do more than tires. Service like this is rare to find. If we didn't live in Reno, NV we would be here for all our automotive needs.

First time here. Staff were friendly and professional. Quick service for oil change and tire rotation! Did not try to upset unnecessary services. Bonus: great music in lobby. Will return here for future needs.
