I really like this place and visit often, super cool staff and are very helpful finding me the right part that actually fits my vehicles. Prices are the best in the area and B & R is my go to place for all my as good as new auto parts place. Highly recommended 5 stars hands down. I'm glad they are there.

Not knowledgeable of what they have in stock. They are very unprofessional, they f they have people inside the office playing around like children in redelin pinching the females' bottoms. Overcharge their used items when I purchased mine online through Amazon for 1/4 the price and got it delivered to my home in the same time frame or less. Bad place to go in Gerber.

This facility gave me excellent service, and I will now begin my parts search with B&R. ...be sure to check their "AutoWrecking.com" website, as they list all OEM parts at all yards in WA, OR, NV & CA

We are a used car dealer and we bought an engine in the past and a turbo which both stated in the invoices as having a 6 month warranty. The engine turned out to be faulty and B&R agreed to provide a credit which kept getting pushed back every time we would call and ended up getting "forgotten" about by them. The turbo also turned out to be faulty and we asked for a warranty exchange on the turbo because on the invoice that B&R provided, it says that the turbo had a 6 month warranty. B&R claimed that the warranty on our invoice was a mistake on their end and that they would not honor it. After continued calls to try to get a credit, B&R simply stopped answering our calls even at the management level. Terrible experiences with parts that were not inexpensive. We will not continue doing business with B&R Auto Wrecking after these experiences.

Large inventory across more locations than I ever expected. Very reasonable pricing even though the parts are pulled by the employees as they are ordered.

My Husband bought Tire's an was told they was New they wasn't New an they wouldn't Refund the amount that was paid an He paid Cash an on the invoice Said Check I'm turn them in to the Better Business Bureau will NOT Recomend them to anyone

Do not go here. Had nothing but issues from the first time i walked into the building. Canceled my order and i am still having problems with them returning my money. Will never go to this establishment again and i hope no one else does

Customer service was terrible was sold a faulty product and they fought me on getting refunded. Highly not recommended unless you like being treated horribly

Used batteries are cheap enough along with the unbelievably huge parts networking facility they secretly are. Prices are right up the poor man's alley!
