They promise my car by 11am and at 2pm i just get the call 3 hrs. Latter the promised. I drop my cat at 730am thats ridiculous and also they opend my glove compartment and they dont put it back my air cabin lid, and i gat damage my glove compartment for this. Thats no acceptable

I get my car serviced there frequently. The service advisors are very knowledgeable in what you need. Wait is as expected. Will keep you informed on whatever work you're having done.

The vehicle I purchased was scheduled for a window tint and door guards installation... Excellent work was performed on the vehicle... However,,, delivering the vehicle back to customers after the installation is a bit "sketchy"... There were 3 of us anxiously awaiting our vehicles and seeking out the service rep who initiated the intake earlier so he could give us a status and deliver our cars to us... He supposedly was somewhere on site but we all ended up getting handled by another service department staff...

I guess it'd be okay if you need parts right away in person, but just for perspective,A coolant sending unit, which is a sensor next to the coolant temp sensor on a 1997 Toyota Corolla here is $97 before taxOnline it is $33 & that IS OEM TOYOTA PART. At Longo Toyota, therefore be smart before you pay more than 2x the price for a part here vs other toyota dealers.

great service, easy to schedule online, friendly and knowledgeable representatives.they dont sell you stuff to add to your expenses but do advice you to be aware of pending problems.overall good experience!

Took my car for service for the first at this dealership. Customer service was excellent. Mr. William Bermudez, Assistant Service Manager was kind enough explain the auto care service that was already part of my ToyoGuard which I was never aware of. Other dealership never told me this and keep billing me during every service. I got $0 bill this time cos of that existing plan. Service was real quick. They returned the car in less than 2 hours. Would definitely go back for routine services.

South Bay Toyota has a self driven and motivated staff to help Customers with there car needs. My experience when I come here is always the best and I feel like the workers really do take care of my car.

Saturdays are crazy busy but they are efficient in getting everyone checked in. My service advisor, Jorge, is always friendly and helpful. Great service!

Not happy . Told the advisor William Bermudez that I'd be waiting in the waiting area for my vehicle when I arrived to my appointment @ 11:10am. My van was not ready until 2:30pm and when van was ready I did not get called to advise me. I had to go check with the cashier to see if it was ready and sh advised me that it had been ready 30 minutes earlier. She said that the service order sated "I was not waiting" that's why they didn't call me up. I told the advisor I was waiting and when I made my appointment that I would be waiting for it also. This is unacceptable customer service. I cannot believe i had to wait more than 3 hours. I am very displeased. The service representatives need more training on their communication skills. If I could give zero stars I would.

Took me 3 attempts to get a part ORDERED after the 3rd Parts Dept member told me i needed to come in and PAY for the part to be ordered. PSADENA TOYOTA STILL theeee BEST! southbay and alhambra TOYOTA SUCK!!!!!!

I asked 4 a diagnostic after having car towed in. The representative Harold Young stated bk 2 me that "a diagnostic would NOT tell me what's wrong w car".2 days later was told $6,600.To repair. So l Had car towed back home and it was in SHAMBLES! REMOVED MANY CABIN PARTS AND DID NOT PUT BACK them back ON!! This is outrageous.

Love this place everyone is friendly and communicative with eachother. However it seems like every other service check I have to fork out money. Perhaps it's the money part that bothers me. Yet I'm still a happy camper only because the few times I had issues the manager took the time to call me and resolve any issues I had. Thank you all keep up the good work.

This is the worst dealership in the entire Los Angeles. They lied about the costs. They had an offer but didn't offer it for me. They basically didn't check anything in the car. They are rude. I tell them about problems and all what they think about is how to get more money from me with doing the least effort on the car. They only changed the oil and charged me with the highest price. I'll go somewhere else, cheaper and honest. They are scammers. I'll advise everyone I know not to even think about going to these peoples. They are liars.Service: Oil change

Brought in my 2019 Tacoma for its first service. Everyone in the service center is very welcoming and take ownership of the situation. They set up expectations and they fulfill them. The service was done much quicker than mentioned. Awesome service, will be returning for all future service.

On a Monday morning, it was a line waiting for the service department to open, my schedule appointment was for 715am, well the service personnel start at 8am. 2 hour for my new Limited Avalon, rear camera wasn't working and driver's door had a creaking noise upon opening and closing the door. The waiting area clean huge room, coffee and water with seating/masked difference apart, good, TV. Asked about shuttle services doesn't drive beyond Imperial Hwy. That won't work ever for me, so I footed to Dennys, had breakfast, came back waited about 20 minutes heard my name. The creak sound still in the door..camera repaired oh 1st thing out of the service person, did I buy the car here at this dealership WHY would that matter it's a TOYOTA

Where do I start? The staff are awesome and so gracious, and they go out of their way to helpful.They take care of you as a customer whether it be snacks, coffee, free WiFi and comfortable chairs in the lobby.If you want to get great service for your Toyota and you're looking for awesome customer service come down to South Bay Toyota, you won't be disappointed!!!

If there are zero starts or even a negative review I would have done it. I took my car for an oil change last Saturday, when it came back it had a scratch at the back panel of the car. I brought it to the attention of my service manager and he tried to buff the scratch it came back and the scratch was still there. He then told me that the manager is on vacation and I would need to comeback on the 29th. No apology whatsoever, it does not look like vehicles are well taken care of in their service bay. Aside from the scratch is the hassle to get it fixed. I had bought two cars and referred this dealership to friends and co-workers but with my recent experience topple with poor customer service. I suggest that anyone here in the Southbay to not go to this dealership for service. You are better off sending your car to Manhattan beach Toyota or DCH Toyota which for sure will take good care of your vehicle.

Took my car to be checked because I was getting a warning light that my oil pressure was low. Although I have an extended service contract, they still charged me for what they referred to as "diagnostics".

It's so fast I thought I will spend 2hrs for the service of my vehicle but I was wrong. They make me wait only for an hour. Even though they are always busy, you can see it from a long line waiting to be serve. They are so organize. Thank you.

DANIEL DANIEL DANIEL!!!!I m 20 years old coming into this dealership because I ve purchased a different car I wasn t happy with at a different dealership. Daniel managed to get me into a 2020 0 mile Toyota Camry! I was absolutely happy with the car he put me in. He showed me different cars and different body type and he just knew what I liked. He also managed to get me the best deal and what was affordable FOR ME. I couldn t be anymore happier with what I walked out the dealership with. I came alone into a dealership feel self conscious I wasn t going to be taken serious because of my age but Daniel took care of my needs 100%!Definitely recommend going to Daniel for all your Toyota needs!
