We were referred here by our insurance company and they did an awesome job with our repair and went above and beyond buffing out some scratches on our car as well as gluing a plastic trim piece that had been loose since we bought our SUV. They even washed our car. We so appreciate their great service and going the extra mile. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience especially when we re dealing with an inconvenient circumstance!

My local dealership recommended this body shop. They were fast and professional. They gave me a time frame of how long it take to complete the work on my vehicle. The work was done very close to the time estimated. I will recommend this shop to anyone who need body work on their vehicle.

I ve been waiting for the parts for my car since November 2023 despite the numerous phone calls and messages left to the person (B.E) in charge. He has not responded back as I type. The agent of my insurance company is experiencing a same problem with the guy.

Sam s was great when I got into my first accident. Took longer than expected for repairs but didn t mind the waiting, so why would I not come back for repairs on my new car? I got my estimate done when the insurance (AAA) told me to, the guy who did it told me they would call me when they had availability but if I didn t hear from them to call them in a few weeks. Didn t hear from them so I called and left a voicemail. Again, didn t hear anything, called again and same thing, left a voicemail. The only response I got was to an email sent through their website. They gave me a date to bring my car in which I responded to letting them know I hadn t seen the email and wasn t in town that day anyway and asked to schedule for another day. I called again and left another message and still have gotten no response. Wouldn t be that big of a deal, except Sam s has already been paid for the initial estimate by AAA without having done any repairs on my car. It s been over a year. I m very disappointed with the lack of communication I ve received from Sam s.

5/5 best service I have ever had for a repair center and the negative reviews are biased. I dropped in to see about getting my car fixed after I had been to many places with no luck and knowing even though it was a non preferred provider center.The ladies at the front helped me immediately and went to work finding the OEM parts for my car. Called me back and said they can get the parts quickly and complete the work 100% on the original estimate the insurance provided. I towed my car in, they walked me around and were very nice and professional. They got to work on it promptly. They quickly found more damage on my car than insurance initially estimated. Best part is they 100% took care of supplement paperwork and contacted Insurance company for me and got it approved in less than 1hr WoW! My car was fixed before I knew it and not without almost daily progress check ins and was given back good as new. They even washed my car and polished it up upon return. I am absolutely amazed and extremely thankful. I will be recommending in the future to anyone.

My insurance company recommended I take my car to Sam's because they are a "preferred provider" and close to my home. As it turned out, the car was deemed a total loss based on the repair estimate which was twice as much as the first "preferred provider" I brought the car to. I looked very carefully at the estimate and I believe Sam's estimate was more thorough, catching many of the problems that were not caught by the first shop. They deserve 5 stars for the work they did to diagnose the repairs needed. But returning phone calls is also part of customer service, and half a dozen unreturned phone calls over a week gets 1 star in my book. Average is 3. From what I can tell, they have talented technicians, but the front office is either overwhelmed, or just not doing their job.

They did a good job with fixing up my car ! A few things they didn't do though like make sure my lock on the driver side locks with the alarm key! My other 3 doors lock and unlock with key except the driver's side now but other than that I think they did a job

I have been coming here for years and their service has never changed it is always been Amazing!!!! My first visit here was when is was 20 years old my first car was rear end. Be young I didn't know what to expect or do. My insurance company referred me here and they handled everything. They education me on the processes and didn't talk down to me like someplace do when you are so young. Well this established a lasting relationship. Everytime my cars need repair there is no question on where I will going Sams is the place

Still in the process of working with Sam's Autoland and will update when I have completed business with them...So far I agree with many of the reviews that say they seem to have enough business that they dont care if they get yours or not.I have been working with Sandy (takes care of Mercury customers) and have mixed impressions. In some ways she is thoughtful and responsive via email, but also has been unhelpful in resolving the matter. I had to call my insurance and ask them to get involved.I did not get quotes from other businesses, however their prices seemed okay.Receptionist could be a little more friendly. The lobby is clean and has comfortable seating.

I took my car here for repair. The service was exceptional. I worked with Sandra who was very professional and kept me updated through the whole process. My car was ready two days earlier than expected. My car was so clean, I really think they detailed it inside and out. Someone rear-ended my vehicle so I took it to Sam's Auto Land, what was already a stressful situation was made very stress free by the staff here.From the receptionist to the individual who came to check out my vehicle, they made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the process. There is an Enterprise Rental right next door, so as soon as we left our vehicle we went right next door and got into a rental and were on our way.If you are looking for a reputable body shop and you want to go to place where you feel you'll be taken care of and not taken advantage of, check out Sam's Auto Land!!!

I would have liked to give a good rating but It's kind of impossible I went to this place to get an estimate on getting my car painted the guy told me that it was $5000 for paint job OK they would call me in a week and what I was told here it is almost 3 weeks to a month later and no call oh it seems as though they may be doing a lot of business and really don't need Your business.Not as courtesy or professional a company as what I saw advertised.The money wasn't and issue however how I was treated is big.Their off my list to get anthing done.1st impressions are everything when they show you who they are believe them.

So my poor little Camry has probably been hit more times than he deserves, but Sam's Autoland always comes through. Professional, attentive and it doesn't seem to take long for repairs. The past couple times I had Matthew as my inspector and he's super friendly! Hopefully my car never needs to go back, but there is a guarantee on workmanship if it does.

Sam is a friendly personable man. He gave me a better price than any other auto-body shops that I checked with. My car had a lot of damage to the front right corner, bumper and under the hood. I was blown away by what an AMAZING job they did! They made my Honda Accord look brand new even though it's a 2012. Their work was meticulous and I felt completely assured that everything was done perfectly after Sam went over everything with me.The work that they do is definitely high-quality. There are some places that do quick jobs and use cheap parts/cheap paint etc. Sam's place is not one of those. Sam's shop does thorough, high quality work. When I came to pick up my car (after it had been repaired) -- Sam made sure that it was cleaned extremely well. Also, I noticed that the paint on the whole car had a nice shine to it! My car looked better after being worked on by Sam's Auto Land than before I even had the car accident/damage to the car to begin with.After they brought the car out to me, I just kept looking at it in their parking lot because I was so happy to have it looking so much better than before there was even any damage to it. Now and then, I will find myself looking at my car and being in awe at that it looks like I have a new car now! I normally do not write reviews, but I was so IMPRESSED with their work and Sam was such a great guy to work with that I personally wanted to write a review. If you want great quality work for your car, I recommend Sam's!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! unless you have money to blow on a car rental and don t want your car repaired in a timely manner. I ve waited MONTHS for my car to be repaired and have yet to receive it. I dropped my car off NOV 15 2021 it is now JAN 19 2022. The completion sat was scheduled for DEC 17. All I get it text message status updates saying the completion date has been extended. It was also only small amount of damage on the front bumper.On top of that I received a notification of my car being in San Fran. My truck was in and accident and Sam's was close to where I live. Repairs are scheduled to take place in Sept so I cannot say anymore till then. The reception area was impressive with the racing photos, model cars and photos.

Bert and Matthew are always very professional ..They make you feel at ease that you are being well taken care of andalways go the extra mile to to ease the experience after being in an accident...The work we have had done at Sam's Autoland always comes home looking like a new car. Except this last one that was totalled..

I went to this company for simply an estimate on auto repairs and just that short engagement was a horrible experience. The cost was astronomical for mere body repairs. How do the cost of repairs surpass blue book value of the car? I was told almost 3000 for paint alone. Keep in mind I have received 3 additional estimates and even the dealership was significantly cheaper. Even worse than that was the CUSTOMER SERVICE, or lack thereof. Does the company get business outside of insurance claims, because the way the young man treated me as a paying customer was atrocious. He literally said to me "you tell me what you need repaired because I can always find alot of stuff and it will get expensive." Who says that to a paying customer? He was sarcastic, rude, impatient, and even as he first approached me, uninterested in helping me. He was also quite UNCLEAR with his information. He needs to NOT deal with customers. Perhaps the BBB or some of the companies they are contracted with need to be informed of their customer service. I think if they are dealing with people in vulnerable times such as with insurance claims, CUSTOMER CARE is important. Normally for a visit so short, I would have ignored the associates disposition but I had to review this experience. It was not pleasant at all.

Loved the way they took care if my car. Every situation is different but they showed me sympathy as if they felt my pain my car pain. We all love our cars I mean they make our lives 10x better. Anyway they are very friendly and keep you updated on your car status. Email , text , call they make sure you get your update right when it happens.

Great customer support. They kept me updated with the status of my car. They delivered my car one day ahead of schedule and they washed it. AAA had recommended it, and I'm very happy they did.

This place is the worst! My insurance company has this place in their list of vendors to fix my car, to only do a horrible job at it, they made me come back at least 10 times for things they failed to fix, they will only waste your time and money here ! Never again will i come here in my life! The person helping me was vick! He has no professionalism and is rude to its customers, they won t help you here they will only make your life harder

Hi there I brought an 2011 Toyota Avalon in forrepair. I picked car up on rainy day, Jennifer took picture of replaced grill, then Andrew tried to say that I brought it in like that., when in fact Toyota does not use aluminum grills at all a professional from toyota said it had been replaced that they dont sell aluminum. After a few days I noticed that the front grille had been changed. After rain cleared I took vehicle to get detailed. The person that details it all the time noticed the Chrome Plated Grill was missing, we also noticed that they put a 30 dollar aluminum grill as replacement. I emailed then called Jennifer regarding the vehicle that also the bumper was not correct it is shorter and changed the look and dynamics of the car. They also did not repair the loose sides with edges sticking out and Gap in frame the other in sured caused while She rammed into me at standstill. I recommend that others do not do business with Sams they ignored my calls he is unprofessional allows his employees to steal parts and he won't fire them or replace stolen part. I did not ask them to take my original bumper off my car only to fix the scratches. The bumper that they put on has a gap in the middle of it. I went down yesterday spoke with rude Andrew, he brings out photos of the grill after they replaced it. I have the true photos. My intention is to file police report regarding the stolen items against the owner and also take them to court for repairs not done to vehicle also, incorrect bumper, grill. If my accident attorneys recommends or gives me ok I will sue them and take my originals photos in.I will sue for pain and suffering also.Do not do business here the work on my car is horribleThey are rude rude and ghetto loud.Stole my chrome bumper and sold it..I'm going to give them to end of June 30, 2022 to pay me for my chrome Grill which is $800Or I'm going to serve them upMy cars entire image is changed because of the fake grill.Thus the reason I chose car is partly because I loved grill.Please take your car to Galaxy Auto Sound and body shop in Reseda they do fantastic work, they put correct bumper on my car paint was immaculate they even took care of my scratches for free.See Galaxy Auto Body. Worst place to fix you car! they replace the front fender in my car and they didn't put back the liquid container for the windshield wipers and the paint they used wasn't the same color so i went back and the guy who fix it, was hard to reach, and also i had to make and appointment, also they only fix one thing and i had to leave the car the whole day so they can work on it, and i need to comeback another day for the paint. I feel disappointed with the way they work!

Very unhelpful, very unfriendly, very unprofessional!I had forgotten my mask, and instead of asking me nicely to please put my mask on a man yelled at me at the top of his lungs! What a way to be welcomed!Definitely need to work on customer service skills!

I went in to get an estimate and ended up paying $1000 for storage fees, $125 per day. This is a very dishonest body shop. The organization I work for will never do business with them again. I hope this review will prevent at least one person from getting done like that.

Job was late one week but the paint job was great.Car was really duty inside and my car battery was loose, my car didn't start after I left the shop.. Customer service was bad and shuttle service never came to pick me up... Terrible comunication.

Terrible customer service. I went in for an estimate. After waiting 20 minutes I asked when someone would help and I was told the guy sitting at his desk the whole time would be with me shortly. He continued to just sit at his desk and did not budge or even acknowledge I was there. There are plenty of body shops around. Stay away from this one.
